Absolutely exceptional! Perfect house for our family’s month-long stay with young children. Lola (cook) and Sylvia (housekeeper) were incredible. They made our stay feel so accommodating and special. Loved our stay and already planning to come back next year!!

Great location and an amazing house. Very spacious with several terraces and many plants. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and clubs in town, but away from all the noise of the town square.

Gorgeous place in the middle of the action on Zacateros. Once inside it is peaceful and tranquil especially with the gorgeous fountains. Host is well organized and Lola the caretaker is top notch.

This home is as spectacular as the photos depict. It was definitely worth the splurge, from the fresh cut flowers to the cozy movie theatre. The staff were also fantastic. Lola and her coworkers took great care to make sure everything was perfect and made perhaps the best breakfast I’ve ever had.

The accommodation was perfect; I felt at home. The service provided by the housekeeper, Lola, was excellent, and she was very attentive. The hospitality was excellent.

Large, clean, excellent condition. Would repeat.

Can’t say enough about how amazing this home is. An amazing place to gather with friends for an event or just some time away. Casa Terrazas was amazing! Right in the middle of everything but when you’re inside it’s a private oasis. Lola is absolutely fantastic and her cooking is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her, definitely take her up on as many offers to make meals as you can! Lucia was also helpful in getting us set up with special birthday balloons and cake for our daughter, which was great.

What a wonderful home. There are many amazing features to this property, but what stands out most is the rooftop. There are 3 large areas on the roof with views, fire pits, dining table, seating areas in the middle of a wonderful garden. The house looks great in pictures but it’s even better in real life, additionally there is a movie theater with projection and theater seats not shown up to date on the site. The host was very accommodating and arranged transportation. We had a wonderful stay- thank you so much

Amazing, spacious house a few blocks front the center of town. Perfect for 3 couples, each with their own private suite. Waterfalls all of the house make for a super relaxing vibe. Lola is an absolutely terrific chef: definitely try her chilaquiles and guacamole. Huge living room/patio and 2 rooftop patios with a butterfly garden allow for pure tranquility. Highly recommend!

This house is jaw-dropping & spacious. The interior was wonderfully curated. Lola was wonderful. My husband and I had our “first look” here before our ceremony at La Parroquia, the moment is something that we will remember forever. Thank you

This place is quite simply magical, both San Miguel and this air bnb. It is in ther pefect location, you can literaly walk anywhere in the city in under 10 min (and most places are a 5 min walk). Jim and his team were very responsive and there was never a lapse in communication. Five stars all around.

Absolutely amazing Airbnb, this is our second time staying here and couldn’t recommend it enough. Beautiful home, with wonderful bedrooms and a rooftop that rivals some of the best views in town! Short walking proximity to everything in Centro.

Amazing property and great location. Pictures do not do justice to the property. Jim and Lucia were always very responsive to any of our needs. Lola was an awesome cook and she was always willing to help with anything we needed. We had an amazing experience in San Miguel de Allende, so my daughter got convinced to get married in this magical city. I highly recommend this property. This house is AMAZING. It is a perfect location and very close to shops, restaurants, and activities. The size of the house is perfect for groups of 8 and between the gym, rooftop, and elevators, can be accessible to all! I highly recommend staying here as most rooms have their own bathroom and the staff was very attentive! Don't forget to enjoy the Library while there!
