Nicole’s place was very nice and located in a great, private place. It was far enough away from the city to have a cozy/private getaway, but close enough to drive in for dining or any items needed. Nicole was very communicative and I appreciated her quick replies when I had questions.

Check-in was smooth, and everything was stress-free. Our host, Nikki was very responsive to our questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Loved our stay! It’s definitely off the beaten path, but such a gem! Don’t go expecting all the amenities of a resort, but it’s safe, comfortable, and close to town (10-15 min drive). The beach was the best part of course, and there is a number posted if you want to rent a kayak, paddle board, or canopy. I loved that there was no one selling things on the beach. It was a perfect getaway for me and my husband

Nicole is great host, place is little old, but the view is great, best part, I was allowed to take my two dogs. I would definitely recommend her, if you are new or frequent flyer, stay at her place. It’s worthwhile. Only thing is laundry, I don’t like others doing my laundry , but she had so many towels I didn’t need to anyways. Thank you

Great Place

The place is great with fantastic views, amazing sunsets and sunrises. Nikki was very helpful when we had any questions, my kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool.

We had an amazing stay at Nikki’s place. From the moment we stepped into the condo, we knew we were in the perfect place. We didn’t want to leave. There was a power outage for a couple of hours, but Nikki had a gas grill in the balcony and that allowed us to continue with breakfast. Also, we had an issue with the restroom and it got resolved almost immediately. Tessoro condos are a great way to disconnect from everything since it’s far but close from town. The Place is always under maintenance and you can see they put a lot of work into it all the time. We want to thank Nikki for opening the doors of their home to us.

As always, love your place and will be back!

This space was the perfect “getaway” for my birthday weekend. Even though it’s advertised as a romantic getaway, my entire family enjoyed the stay so much that we’re considering buying within the area. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a serene, picturesque vacation by the beach.

This is our third stay at Tessoro 802. Needless to say, we love it. It is such a beautiful condo and beach. We come here to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, and we are always rejuvenated after we leave. We highly recommend this condo!

Great location if you want to get away from everything. You feel as though you have the whole beach to yourself at times. Other reviews already mentioned that the pictures don't do this place justice and I can confirm that this is absolutely factual. Nicole and Charles are the best hosts that anyone can ask for. Anything that I needed, they were very accommodating. They answered all of the questions that I had (quick response time) and gave great recommendations on places to eat. Staff members (Ricardo and Gaspar) were very helpful as well. I did not want to leave. I am already thinking about the next vacation there. Thank you Nicole and Charles for making my stay one of best experiences that I've had.

This is an awesome place to relax and rejuvenate. Weekdays you have the entire beach to yourself. This is our second time here and we look forward to our next time! Nikki is absolutely a super host. Very communicative and wants to be sure you have an amazing trip. Nikki’s place is well stocked and beautifully decorated. A true gem!

Tesoro 802 was home away from home, everything was nice and clean instructions from host were very clear no issues finding the place. If you like a little getaway from it all this is the place. The resort is a different feel it felt lonely it needs some TLC . Just know that there are no vendors in this area is more residential make sure to bring food.

The home was much more beautiful in person. I love the resort. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Staff on site were extremely friendly and helpful (even helped us push our car out of the sand when we got stuck lol) Definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet, private, relaxing getaway. We hope to return soon!

Tessoro 802 was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfy, plenty of towels, even beach towels and chairs available for us to use. I liked the covered garage parking and elevator access right to the front door! The beach was private and clean and the estuary was good fishing. Only reason I gave 4 stars for “value paid” was because the resort itself offers few amenities. The pool area was sandy and unkempt, pool bar wasn’t open, steps to beach were questionable. Obviously out of Nicole’s hands, but merits mentioning. However, the condo itself was perfect and we enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Las Concha’s is nice and more private for a more relaxing Rocky Point experience. The condo had amazing views and nice furniture with nice added touches such as provided coffee and some snacks as well as cotton swabs in the bathroom. Nikki was an amazing host who was very responsive and willing to help with anything that is needed. We will definitely stay here again!

First time going to Rocky Point and it was absolutely worth it choosing this place with this Host! Friendly, Knowledgable of how to get there, The staff at the Condo were very friendly and accomdating, My lady and I felt right at home! We adored the gorgous views from sunrise to sunset! then the Beautiful starry night with a nice Bloom of populated constellation of stars! (Even a shooting star on our last evening) Worth every moment and has more than everything you need to start and enjoy your great vacation! Highly reccommended!! Thank you Nicole and Charles for those memories at your Condo!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! A very zen and spa like feel. Just what I needed. It was such a plus that Nicole was so proactive in ensuring my stay was perfect, from checking with locals on weather and road conditions and letting me how things were progressing as my stay was but a few days post hurricane Hillary. The week prior I was in San Diego and messaged the host of the place I booked and not a word back. What a difference it makes when the host cares. Cannot wait to go back and having friends along!

Excellent place... Usually I always wanted to run to the mess of Peñasco... Here I found everything I needed... and above all, the beach they have is fabulous, very clean and not as crowded as the other beaches... I will definitely come back.

Great view. We loved the hot tub on the balcony! It was very spacious but still felt like home. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet to check in on us to see if we needed anything. Very easy check in and out.

Very good apartment, everything is very comfortable, the rooms, jacuzzi, living rooms, kitchen, it's a shame that we had a cold front and we couldn't use the pool but the outdoor jacuzzi is heated and we were able to use it, bring everything you need since there is absolutely nothing nearby and the building is very far away but everything is fine, plan to bring everything you need so you don't have to go out, I would return with friends and family, the place is very comfortable.

Most days, we were the ONLY HUMANS ON THE BEACH!! This is Our Type of Rest, Relaxation and Rejuvenation!!! Nikki’s Condo is Truly the Best Beach Getaway!!!!

This. place. was. awesome!! I remember reading another review that said the pictures did not do this place justice and that person was completely right. This large 3 bed 2 bath was so great! Very spacious with lots of upscale touches that made you feel very comfortable. There are two jetted tubs: one on the patio (suuuuper cool) and another in the master. The views were amazing and the location was secluded and private. I'm sure this time of the year makes a difference (Mid August), but we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Nikki was also very quick with responding and was helpful throughout the entire trip. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Both are very prompt and take such diligence to ensure we have an amazing time! I have said it before and will say it again, we will not stay anywhere else in Rocky Point! Excellent place and excellent hosts, always attentive, as is the staff at the place. The beach is practically private, the house has spectacular views, and everything is very clean. We were going for 3 nights and stayed 6. 100% recommended.

The place was perfect with friendly, efficient staff (especially Gaspar) and easy check in/check out. We loved being a little removed from the town of Puerto Penasco. We used the paddle board company "SUP the sea" and they delivered and picked up our crafts to the condo. Most of the time NO ONE was on the beach. The only negative (which has nothing to do with the accommodations or staff) was the jeeps/buggies on the beach (but they were few). Thank you Nicole. We WILL be back! Jo and Leon
