I had an excellent experience ✨ The location is super convenient, and the place is very quiet and perfect for resting. The co-hosts were always very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I went with my dog, and everything was more than great. It's definitely a place I recommend! :)

The clean and quiet place. The beach is very nice and is a 5-minute walk away. The private house had everything you need for a few days of vacation.

It was our first experience in a house full of solar panels and despite being limited with the battery issue at night, it was all very good, super attentive hosts to our needs! Very nice house, clean and very good privacy!

Quiet, pleasant and comfortable place. Everything was great. I suggest planting trees in the surrounding area.

Excellent place to rest alone or as a family. Very good views of the Sea in its sunsets. The house is flawless to be alone, as a couple or small family. In our case we were my wife, 2 young children and 1 baby and we had a great time. We felt safe and at home. Lindsay's attention was always great, although we need nothing because the house was so good, she always asked and was on order. Highly recommended! We will be back soon

Lindsay was an incredible host, from check-in to check-out. She was waiting to let us in and said goodbye to us as we left. She was very responsive, helped us with everything we needed, and was always ready to assist us. The place is very beautiful, clean, and modern, perfect for two people and a nice getaway, as it's private, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. There's a beautiful private pool for the tiny-houses, and the ocean is about a 5-10 minute walk away, also private and calm. We loved it and would go again.

Quiet location, we were almost always alone at the pool, if it's to work for the internet the speed was good but cut off quite frequent, 1 morning out of 2 no internet for 1 hour in the morning which was restrictive because we booked for 1 month to work with online encounters and it seems to be a normality in Nicaragua because of the breakdowns of regular currents ( this part did not impact us because the house is solar energy which was an advantage). Not really the choice to rent a vehicle because the nearest grocery store is 45 minutes away and 3 km from the convenience store and hotel. In summary if the internet is not a concern for you I recommend because the sunsets are beautiful 2 minutes from the beach and the house offers the necessary amenities.
