An excellent place to enjoy and have an incredible time. The property is very well cared for and maintained in excellent condition; it doesn't feel old at all. All the staff were super attentive and kind during our stay. The mixologist did an excellent job, and the chef completely exceeded our expectations: the food was amazing! Also, the view is beautiful and we were all very comfortable. Definitely an experience that we highly recommend. We hope to be back soon!

Had my bachelors here and just to summarize it, it was a legendary stay but mainly because of the staff. The food, and the drinks were top level. Mariano the chef, Miguel, Aaron, Alex and the rest of the staff made our weekend memorable. I read before someone talking about going up the hill, and yes, can be difficult after a long night, but to be honest, it is part of the experience, the view is beautiful and something that will help you go up, watch discovery channel and see how goats do it lol “do it como los chivos” Fantastic place and planning another trip here again !! Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay, and their hospitality was second to none. The food was outstanding—easily some of the best we've had—and every meal was something we looked forward to. From the accommodations to the service to the overall experience, everything was flawless. We genuinely can't think of a single thing that could have been better. Our stay, 17 of us, was outstanding. The accommodations were top-notch and well maintained. But the real key to our wonderful vacation was Miguel and his staff. They worked very hard to provide us wonderful thoughtful meals. Always considering the dietary needs of several guests and preparing meals for picky children to enjoy. Miguel and his staff prepared dinners and desserts for two birthday parties that will be remembered finally. It was my best travel experience.

We booked this stay for a birthday celebration, and it blew every expectation out of the water. A massive highlight was the food. We actually dined out three times during our trip, but hands-down, the best food was right on-site. Do yourself a favor and trust the chef: their "chef's choice" recommendations ended up being way better than anything we specifically asked for! The mixologist was amazing as well... he seamlessly restocked the bar based on what we were drinking throughout the stay and made suggestions to compliment what we requested. The staff struck the absolute perfect balance—incredibly attentive and thoughtful without ever feeling invasive of our group’s private time. If you are looking for a high-end, tailored experience in Mexico for a special event, this is it. We’re already dreaming of going back!

The place was amazing and the view from the top floor was outstanding. The service provided by the staff was excellent and everyone who stayed said they enjoyed the property very much. I would definitely recommend this for a large group of family or friends who want to have an exceptional experience while on a vacation. amazing staff that went above and beyond! Wonderful food! The hill was so steep that the ubers would not come up so we had to walk up and down it! The living room does not have AC so it is extremely hot in there. Otherwise, our stay was excellent and we loved it!!!!!

This was an incredible spot for our family trip to Puerto Vallarta! Finding a place that comfortably fits a big group of siblings and cousins can be a challenge, but this property had plenty of room for all of us to relax without feeling cramped. The food preparation to The pool area was fantastic. The view of the ocean was unbeatable. The host was highly responsive and made the entire stay seamless.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Villa Alexa. It’s an absolutely beautiful home with comfortable accommodations and a priceless view. The team at the Villa were top notch. They were so friendly and helpful. The bar tender was so attentive, making special drinks that were beautifully garnished. The Chef made us some amazing meals and the Concierge and server pulled it all together with local recommendations and assistance with transportation and booking activities. I would highly recommend if you have a large party to stay here. Cinco estrellas!!!

Villa Iris was breathtaking! Such a beautiful home! We all absolutely loved staying here for my bachelorette weekend! Jonathan (chef) and Miguel (bartender) were so amazing! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Miguel and Alejandro were both super helpful. From the moment I booked, Alejandro was super attentive and communicative with me leading up to our stay. They helped with coordinating transportation too! We absolutely would recommend and come back to stay again. Thank you so much for all your help!

We had an incredible (and SAFE) stay at Villa Iris. The house itself is absolutely stunning - beautiful architecture, gorgeous rooms, and an unbelievable view. The rooftop and pool overlooking the ocean were easily some of the best views we’ve experienced in Puerto Vallarta over the years. The staff was an outstanding and well organized team. Everyone was warm, attentive, and clearly proud of the experience they provide. From AR3 and Marc coordinating everything before our stay, Susana making sure checkout items went smoothly, Concierge Alejandro arranging our bespoke requests, Miguel ensuring the villa ran smoothly each day, Mixologist Alejandro keeping us happily hydrated with delicious cocktails, Ohre and Miriam maintaining a spotless and tidy space, and Chef Mariano with Sous Chef Johnathan preparing exquisite, flexible meals—including our “chef’s choice” final dinner that was an absolute knockout. (Apologies if I misspelled any names!) We couldn't recommend this place enough!!!

This place is just magical. Great location not far from the main part of the Romantic Zone. Staff is responsive and amazing - super friendly. The food was some of the best I've had in PV. Our concierge did a fine job, despite having to take over from someone else last minute. We were treated incredibly well, and would stay here again!

The staff at Villa Iris put together a very good trip for us, a large group of guys for my bachelor party. They arranged transportation for us, and arranged lots of fun activities for us (mariachi and fire dancers to come to the house, helped us get a boat, etc). The staff made us food, drinks etc and responded to all our inquiries. Miguel and the rest of the crew were awesome. Would recommend for a large group, the house has about a dozen beds and the most incredible rooftop infinity pool. Whatever we wanted to eat was prepared for us. And the food was incredible. Every single one of my friends had an amazing time. Would absolutely recommend this house for large groups!

The Airbnb is excellent, the best thing is the staff who serve you are super attentive and you feel like the best hotel but private.

Absolutely wonderful place. It’s like being at your own private hotel. The full staff is there to take complete care of you. Wonderful food, great drinks, very clean. If you want to be pampered and have one of the best views in PV this is the place to be.

While the villa itself is one of the most beautiful spaces I've ever been in, the mixture of the thoughtful, professional, top-tier, friendly and respectful staff is what was a gamechanger. Intentional moments, incredibly delicious food, a consistently personalized experience and a property you won't want to leave. Did I mention the food... my goodness. I celebrated my 40th with a group of 12, and this was a perfect house. The house is stunning, each room has its own bathroom and is really beautifully appointed. The staff is pnenomenal and makes the stay so seamless and pleasant. Would return!

Albert and his team were incredible! The house DOES NOT disappoint. The view is incredible and the surroundings are amazing. The iguanas coming on the patio are an awesome bonus to feel immersed in nature. The staff makes food and drinks that are out of this world. Staying at Villa Alexa is truly like having your own private all-inclusive resort available for you and your family/friends/colleagues right at your fingertips. There are many great things to do close by, but we mostly enjoyed just hanging out at the house, as we had several great experiences which were brought in for us, and the food, drinks, view, and sunsets were so incredible that we mostly just enjoyed them! Cannot say enough good here and definitely planning to come back soon!

An extraordinary experience! The accommodation itself was a beautiful villa that felt very spacious for our group with everyone having ample space to relax and then come together around the pool for cocktails and then for communal meals. The service was unlike anything we have experienced. From amazing chef prepared meals, a private mixologist, our host Albert was always available to contact and our rooms serviced daily, we truly felt taken care. We felt particularly well looked after by the concierge Miguel. We highly recommend Villa Iris!

albert and his crew of seasoned hospitality experts have created a beautiful entertainment venue with spectacularly-crafted food and drink. at villa alexa service is impeccable with attention paid to the preferences of each guest. we had a wonderful long weekend retreat and very much enjoyed the off-season vibe in vallarta. thanks again to all who contributed to what we will remember as a very rich and positive shared experience.

The home is gorgeous and the staff is amazing! We wish we could have stayed there forever! Keep in mind that you cannot use local taxis and Ubers to get to the house—Albert warned us about this and recommended a great driver! The hill is really intense but it’s very worth it for the stunning view.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The staff was amazing, the home was gorgeous, the location was perfect. They handled everything, made the most incredible food, organized our transportation. I can’t recommend them enough.

Villa Iris is an amazing stay with a beautiful view. Albert and the staff are all very attentive and helpful with curating a great experience. The Villa itself is spacious and has plenty of places to hang out. The pool can be heated and the hot tub as well. The wrap-around balconies and pool deck offer great places to soak up the sun and relax. The food and bartending services were top-notch. While we were there our favorite meals were the Birria tacos, Eggs Benedict, and Chilaquiles. They are very professional and will work with you to design whatever menu you want for your stay. Only slight drawback is that not every Uber/taxi will be able to get all the way to the villa because of the steep hill, but Albert provides some very reasonable transportation options that will always deliver you door to door. If you're looking at doing a group trip in PV, Villa Iris should be at the top of your list!

Our group booked Villa Alexa for a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip. Our party of 16 loved being able to stay in one place like a big sleepover. We had a very comfortable stay thanks to the incredible staff who kept snacks on hand and drinks ready during the days. Villa Alexa is really great option for a stay if you're looking to do a laidback trip where everything is handled for you. We spent the mornings sipping coffee on the main floor looking out at the ocean view and afternoons in the pool relaxing and being excited for the various animals that popped up in the trees surrounding the villa. Thank you to Albert for curating such a beautiful space and managing our trip with ease. He's a great go-to guy for recommendations and is very receptive to guests' thoughts and concerns. Would definitely book again!

Had an amazing stay here with 8 friends! We were treated very well by the staff who was always accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The food from Chef Albert was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We went out to a restaurant one day and didn’t come close to the quality and thoughtfulness he puts into his meals. They made recommendations of authentic Mexican meals and even made special requests from us - definitely do the birria for breakfast, ceviche, and aguachile. Everything was so fresh! Will definitely stay here again when we are in PVR. THANK YOU ALL!!!

I stayed with my friends at the Villa over the weekend and it was an amazing experience. The house is impressive, beautifully decorated, super spacious, private and safe. The service from the staff is extraordinary. Miguel, Jonathan and Rosy attended to us and everything was great. Miguel was always super attentive to us, he gave us reminders, made sure we were safe, prepared delicious mixology and was very flexible with schedules. Jonathan cooks delicious and super vast. And Mrs. Rosy was always super friendly and helpful to everyone. Also, the cleaning service is super efficient and high quality. The price of the place is totally fair for what it offers and is 100% worth it. We've never had an experience like this and it was better than any all-inclusive because the place is private. I'd come back without thinking!!!

Overall our stay was amazing! The home is absolutely beautiful. The view is impossible to capture in a photo. The STAFF was the best part of our stay. They were so kind and attentive. The chef was incredible and we have high foodie standards. The house manager was always on point. The bartender was excellent. In reading through reviews we knew about the stairs before coming to the villa. However, I’m not sure anything could quite prepare you for the final turn up the driveway. It is STEEP and the roads are in major need of repair. The villa itself is four stories. If you have any sort of mobility issues, this home may not be for you. Take advantage of arranging rides to/from the airport and into town if you don’t want to climb several very steep blocks up to the house where normal Uber or taxis refuse to try. I want to so badly give this 5 stars but the largest indoor portion of the home was barely usable, no A/C with indoor temps 95+ degrees. Very uncomfortable 😔

A PERFECT STAY!! 14 adults for 3 nights. Booking: Albert makes the experience feel luxe with his attention to detail, responsiveness, and great taste. Everything he recommended was exceptional. Property: Impeccably clean. Gorgeous views. Very safe neighborhood. Thanks Manny for taking such great care of us! Food & Bev: Better than most restaurants we went to. Our favorite meal the whole trip were the tamales! Mike's craft cocktails were very creative. Non-drinkers enjoyed juices & slushies. Fire dancer: Worth every penny. Long performance and better than Cirque du Soleil or resorts. We wanted to explore Zona Romatica in the evenings, and in hindsight, the food was better at the villa. We ran into a few tourist traps at happy hour and at one of Eater's "25 Best Restaurants" and were unfortunately upcharged (a lot!) for good (but not great) food. If you do want to go out, definitely ask for Albert's recommendations. He sent us to Campomar our last day in PV and it was great!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Iris in Puerto Vallarta! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff gave us a warm and welcoming reception. The service throughout our stay has been outstanding. Miguel and Alex have gone above and beyond with their hospitality—always attentive, kind, and professional. Chef Mariano and his assistant Jonathan have catered perfectly to our dietary needs, and every meal has been delicious! The housekeeping staff has also been wonderful. Our family of 16 stayed for a week in June/July 2026. We had an amazing stay, zero complaints. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Alberto and Lano were amazing in the kitchen and provided meals that were so flavorful and authentic - im sure each of us gained at least 5 pounds or more. Manuel managed everything with ease, always a smile and so friendly. Mike kept the drinks coming, for us mocktails in multiple flavors. David was an amazing concierge, always available and responsive to our questions and transportation needs. The views are amazing! The rooms are all clean and comfortable beds and linens. All the kids are trying to figure out how and when we can go again!

I visited with 8 close friends for my 50th birthday party. Albert was detail oriented in the pre-arrival prep process which contributed to an outstanding experience. The staff was top notch. The chef and assistant were outstanding- Capable of preparing a long list of first class meals. The bar tender was also of high caliber. The air conditioners in some units dripped water which only happened when balcony doors were opened which can lead to hazardous conditions if not covered with a towel. Not a problem, but something to be mindful of. The overall experience was first class and we would definitely consider revisiting with couples or family friends in the future! Our stay here was phenomenal!! Everything exceeded expectations. You’re really getting top notch service. Thank you David, Miguel & Albert. The food was excellent, everything we ate was always delicious. They are a very organized team and I definitely want to book their other property! Things to note. Transportation: Villa is up very steep hills (which they do tell you beforehand). Although uber is cheaper, definitely use their recommended drivers for airport pickup bc some of our Uber’s could not drive all the way up the hill. If you have luggage, it would be a hassle. When you pre-book through their concierge, make sure you know definitively what you want to book or else they’ll charge a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24hrs. My group kept going back & forth and I totally felt bad for David (concierge). Their recommended amount of money to set aside for groceries was accurate for our group. We had brought liquor to keep costs low, & we only ordered beer & wine.

I recently stayed at this villa and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The pictures simply don't do the home and its breathtaking views justice. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely accommodating and worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces the entire time. The chefs were top of the line, providing a culinary experience that was far beyond what I anticipated. And Mike the mixologist made amazing drinks! If you book this villa, make sure to request a seafood night – it was truly unbelievable! Every aspect of our stay was perfect, from the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service. This is one of the best places my group and I ever stayed at. We had 20 people and fit comfortable. Rooms were beautiful, staff was amazing and the hosts were responsive.

We were a bachelorette group of 20 people and absolutely loved staying at Villa Alexa! The home is breathtakingly beautiful, the service from the manager, chefs, bartender, etc. was amazing, etc. They made it easy for us to book any shuttle services, coordinate airport pick up, etc. The house was very thoughtful from the decor to the fresh flowers. We loved our daily snack of chips and fresh salsa and guacamole. Cocktails were amazing with many tropical fresh fruits and flavors. Shopping was made very simple through the intake form. When we asked them to make sandwiches and a salad to pack for the boat they came cut in half, in foil, and packed away. There were even easter decorations on the table to celebrate. We 100% recommend Villa alexa and would love to be back!

Villa Iris was a spectacular choice to celebrate my big birthday with 15 of my closest friends. The staff including Miguel, Alejandro, Mariano,Jhonatan, served us, prepared amazing meals, and served some of the best made cocktails. Everything we could have asked for was offered. And as the 15 of us sit here in the airport lounge we are all saying what a lovely time it was! Coming from a particular bunch of NYC boys that's a lot !

Beautiful home and fantastic staff! This home was perfect for our family of 15, very clean and spacious. We were blown away at the spectacular view, watching the boats, whales and daily fireworks was such a treat. The staff was top notch...friendly, fun and knowledgeable about the area making it an incredible experience for our family. The chef, he is truly talented. The meals were perfection. We had Italian, Mexican, steak and ribs. He can make anything and everyone in our family was raving about the good food. No need to ever have a meal away from the house...you will not find better then him! The mixologist created fun and unique drinks, he always had a new idea to put together for us. We loved trying his creations! I've been trying to recreate a few since we've been home. 10/10 I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. I have shared the link with many friends already. Wow! This place was PERFECTION. We celebrated my 50th with 15 people and there was plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom. Albert & David communicated well before the trip. The chef, waiter, mixologist and house cleaners were incredible; the food was so delicious, we never ate out for any dinners. The beach was in walking distance. There was easy transportation to the town. They had a lot of suggestions for us for activities. We highly recommend the chef’s mole, the steak on the first night, tres leches and the endless homemade guacamole. We had one vegetarian and they cooked a separate meal for her every night. It was just the vacation we all needed. Thank you for a perfect vacation!!

Villa Alexa was a dream. Albert was so great throughout the booking process. The staff was absolutely amazing. David was so patient and kind with check-in and check-out. Emmanuel was always professional and treated us really well. Chef was soosoooo good - the guac and salsa were to die for. Mike, the bartender, stole our hearts - he was genuinely the life of the party and made our experience so special. All the staff genuinely made us feel like they cared. The location was perfect, the amenities were great, the beds were comfy - we even were able to whale watch from the balcony!! I have no negative things to say because this trip was awesome!

Can’t possibly describe how gorgeous this property is…even better in person. The location is ideal and amenities were incredible. We appreciated their attention to reducing waste and using sustainable luxurious items like glass instead of cheap plastic. This was the perfect setting for our company retreat & Alex and his team took great care to ensure we had a successful trip. Our chef Lalo made the most delicious meals. This is a beautiful home, just as shown in the photos. The staff was tremendous and took great care of us with delicious food and drinks. David helped to coordinate several transportation requests for the group, coordinated massages at the Villa, helped with reservations on the beach a a wonderful restaurant. The food prepared by Chef at the Villa was exceptional, and Mike was a fabulous mixologist. Manuel was attentive yo our every need. This was our second stay at an Iris Covet Collection Villa, and we'd definitely stay again. Albert and his team are fabulous!

What really makes this place magic is the staff!!!! David the concierge, Alex, Miguel, Jonathon, Mariano….. they are the real stars of the villa! The hot tub didn’t work and the pool heater took a few days to get fixed and working….. but overall it was an incredible place to celebrate my 50th with my family and friends! It is at the top of a steep hill and has lots of stairs. I loved it bc it was great exercise but not great for some people.

This place is luxury! The view is like no other, there are fireworks every night and the staff felt like part of our family. We were shocked by the quality of the food and cocktails! 5 star for sure!!!

Our family had an incredible stay at Villa Alexa! The property itself is stunning, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional service from Albert and his amazing team. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel like we were at our very own private resort. The food was absolutely delicious! In fact, the one night we decided to eat out, we instantly regretted not staying in! The drinks were always flowing, and we loved the perfect balance of enjoying the communal spaces and retreating to the privacy of our rooms whenever we wanted. This was a dream getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning to Villa Alexa or any other property managed by Albert and his team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation!

This was the most beautiful villa I have ever experienced! The pictures don’t do it justice. The staff was beyond helpful and make the experience memorable . The food was also amazing. No need to ever leave once you make it to this paradise!

Beautiful home, views and experience for our large group of 15. The chef was superb, creative and accommodating. Miguel our waiter was friendly, attentive and kind. Huge kudos to our bartender Alex who anticipated needs and was fun and creative with drink options. We loved our time at Villa Iris.

Villa Alexa was truly a magical place, with a breathtaking view, generous space, and attentive staff. We were spoiled by the extra services that really elevated the experience to luxury, from handmade meals and an in-house bartender to housekeeping and local recommendations. The location was also far enough from downtown to feel private but close enough to walk to local beaches and slowly explore this part of the city. The pool was always clean and the open air from the layout of the villa was refreshing. We were sad when our stay was over!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Alexa!!! We were a group of eight adults and six children, and each and every one of us had an awesome stay. Albert’s property is beautiful, the meals were fantastic and the staff at the villa was so amazing! Chef Felipe and Eduardo prepared gourmet meals for us every day – making special accommodations and treats for the kiddos. The kids felt so special! Emmanuel took great care of all of us – helping us plan meals and attending to our every need. Miguel, our mixologist, spoiled us every day with specially crafted cocktails. He even made fun kiddy cocktails for the little ones. They were thrilled! Rosa, Javier and David were great to us as well. Rosa even went out of her way to help by washing a load of kid laundry when they were running out of clothes. All in all, it was a spectacular family vacation! We made lots of wonderful memories and will be back!

Spent my 40th birthday at Villa Iris and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the amazing villa, the friendly staff and fabulous accommodations. The team goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect from breakfast every morning, delicious cocktails and the afternoon pool side guac! Our group of 14 had the best time and still can't stop talking about it! I highly recommend skipping dinners out and enjoying them in the villa bc the food was delicious and hospitality 5 star. Thanks again for making this milestone birthday one I will never forget!

I rented Villa Iris for my 40th birthday and it was nothing short of perfect! We had 17 people and I can’t imagine it going more smoothly. The house, service and food were all exceptional! In fact, we had 6 restaurateurs within our group and they all said the food was a major highlight of the trip… and these are foodies who are hard to impress! Every single bedroom is amazing and our group made good use of the media room, which I didn’t think we’d use at all. The pool and bar are exactly as pictured and perfect for lounging. Wonderful job all the way around!

Everything was amazing

We stayed at the Villa Iris with 8 couples for 6 days. It has all of the modern conveniences, is well kept, and has the most gorgeous views of PV. I personally loved how it was perched over the part of old town PV, where you got to glimpse the authentic part of Mexico. The Villa is well insulated and outside noise can be shut out or drowned out with a fan. The staff were amazing! We gave the chef and his team some ideas for food/drinks. We loved how they improvised and created delicious food/drinks. Albert and David were very communicative and took great care of us. Be aware that the view at Villa Iris comes with a price- the cobblestone roads are very hard for the common Taxi/Uber driver to navigate. You may save some money using them over the Villa transportation but it may mean you need to walk the last road, about 200-300 feet or so of 25%+ grades up to the Villa. Many in our group said the house and staff made for a top 5 vacation for them so mission accomplished! Highly recommend

We had an incredible time at Albert’s Villa. The staff was incredible, very attentive, and also respected our privacy. They provided incredible recommendations and truly helped make our experience a trip of a lifetime. Would absolutely love to book again with Albert and would highly recommend!

If you are considering Villa Iris, don’t waste anymore time book it immediately!! The views and scene from the roof top pool and bar is better than photos, sunsets and night time are stunning. Rooms are big and very comfortable, the house is amazing. However, the biggest reason I recommend Villa Iris is the people. Albert, David, and their staff provide a second to none, 5 start experience. Anything you could ever want from a food or drink option, they will make it happen, organizing shuttles for any adventure you can think of. David provided a recommendation for a fire dancer on the roof top for my wife’s 40th and it was such a unique and very cool touch. This place was a dream vacation, the house is amazing, but the staff are just amazing, beautiful, friendly people, they make your stay amazing! Bravo Villa Iris!! We will see you again!

Albert is a superb host. He's always attentive to guests needs and a very kind person. The place, Villa Iris, is a beautiful four-story building with a breath-taking terrace and an infinity style pool where sights are astonishing. With its nine big bedrooms, is more than enough for a large family or group. It is situated at a walking distance from donwntown and Malecon. The place's staff (cook, chef, bartender, housemaids) is extremely helpful and courteous. My family and me just spent a wonderful and unforgettable vacation at this lovely site. Nevertheless, I could not recommend this place for senior people or those having any sort of mobility impairment because although there is an elevator, it's out of order and one must climb a lot of stairs; not to mention that the place is located high in a hill and the cobbled road to get there can be hard to climb for some.

Villa Alexa was a once in a life time experience in part due to the amazing staff who were present and tended to any of our needs and requests. Each meal we had was crafted with our group’s dietary needs and restrictions in mind. They were even willing to prepare meals ahead of time due to some of our early morning excursions. Chef Felipe and his assistant Jesus astounded us with each meal they provided and with Mixologist Mikes tasty cocktails and our waiter Sajith everything was provided in a timely manner. Our concierge David was great with the last minute bookings for any excursions and helped booked transportation with last minute notice. A big thank you to the housekeeping ladies Ana Elsa and Miriam for providing clean rooms to come home to. The Villa itself was large and open with a gorgeous water facing view, sunset dinners cannot be beaten here. Thank you for all your help Albert, we’ll be back for sure!

Amazing place. Once I arrived I was greeted by the team and concierge, they had snacks and drinks ready, and they had a concierge to accommodate all of our needs. The place is quiet, intimate, and beautiful.

We had an AMAZING TIME at Alexa, it’s a truly stunning villa. The staff is so amazing and friendly. We were able to walk to a beach, very easy to grab an in expensive Uber into the romantic district for dinner and drinks. The beds were very cozy and the pool was perfection. The only negative comment I could make is because the chef prepares amazing meals our food bill was more than we had budgeted for. But it was delicious and worth it!

Iris Villa was absolutely incredible!!! The views from the villa were breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool was the perfect temperature and easily accommodated our group of 14. The house was clean with daily made service and looked just like the photos. The staff went above and beyond to make our time memorable and perfect. Miguel and Alex were always available to help with anything we needed. They even made fresh sushi for us to take on our boat cruise. Every meal was delicious and creative. The drinks had fresh fruit and were amazing. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

Villa Iris was a truly magical destination for my 40th birthday with 14 friends. The space was luxurious, private, and comfortable with breathtaking views. The quality of food and service--from our host to our mixologist, server, and chef team--was some of the highest I have ever experienced. It honestly was an incredible stay. Our only mistake was trying to venture out for a dinner on Saturday night--not worth it, as nothing compared to the service and food quality we experienced at the villa. The chef team was especially accommodating to our various dietary needs. The views of PV were incomparable. Above all, Albert and his team delivered exemplary customer service throughout, despite a handful of setbacks totally outside his control (e.g., the City water being turned off without notice). The chef team cooked with bottled water and didn't miss a beat! I would recommend this vacation experience to anyone looking for a chance to unplug and soak up an array of wonderful amenities.

Beautiful property with outstanding views! The staff is what really sets this place apart. Manny was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our large group happy. The chef was amazing. Food was better than some 5star restaurants in Dallas. We also celebrated our nephews 18th birthday while we were there and Albert and his team assisted us in having a local bakery make a custom cake. Also, if you’re willing to walk about 6 minutes from the house, you can find Simmons Gym, a small but clean and well kept fitness center for those that like to grab a workout on vacation. Guest passes were only $5 per day. Overall, a very cool location - would def stay here again.
