We rented the place for the weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The place is as shown in the photos. The person who helped us was very friendly and was always attentive. There is an issue with the token to enter the beach area, but otherwise everything is very nice, tidy, and we had a great time.

The house is very spacious, nice and in a good location. The host responded quickly and respectfully most of the time. However, the house is neglected, it was dirty, with the bathrooms in poor condition; since two of them had fecal waste and one of the rooms had a bad smell... The host must repair or replace the locks in the house, as it is very tedious to enter or exit. Regarding the WiFi, you should leave instructions for the password near the modem to save time, since in my case I could not use it, nor could other members of my family. The house is cozy, but it needs maintenance.
