Our listing does clearly outline the location, including that the home is about a five-minute drive from the beach, so guests can make an informed decision prior to booking. As for checkout, while we do our best to accommodate late requests, this was not possible due to a same-day arrival requiring our team to start cleaning at 11 a.m. We appreciate your understanding.
