Great experience overall. We booked all 5 rooms and it felt pretty convenient. Great off-the-beaten-path location with tons of good spots and a fantastic coffee shop just across the street.

This is an ideal place for a large group that need individual bathrooms, no need to share kitchen or bathroom space. Ultimately, it works for those that know you wont be in need of a shared communal space since you're gonna spend time outside. There is sooo much to do within walking distance. The feel of the neighborhood is more local and cultural, its not touristy and pretentious. It is true there are long stairs to get up and down, but the exercise is worth it. Also true that there is a bar next door and it can get loud. However, it is not every night and the host offered ear plugs. I found it hard because the music was good, and I needed to wake up early for the hot air balloon experience. Overall, we felt safe and loved the space. The host was caring and communicative days before we got there, even asked how we enjoyed our first night. They were very attentive. Would definitely recommend for a group of adults.

The place was in an excellent location and peaceful, easy ti find and close to everything. I will stay there again we enjoyed this place.

Lovely studios in Coyoacan. We were a group of 4 four so we each had our own studio and used the fifth studio as the living room. The balcony’s are a plus especially during early mornings and evenings! We greatly appreciated having AC after long day outings and communication was great!The stairs were not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and comfortable accommodations. There’s multiple flights of stairs to reach the lofts, but that wasn’t an issue for our group. The balconies were perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The host was very helpful and super quick to reply to my messages. Easy walking distance to Plaza Coyoacan.

Absolutely loved staying here. The location cannot be beat! Host is very responsive and provided additional items requested. We had a group of 7 people and the separate lofts were ideal for us. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything is excellent, but if there are a lot of stairs for someone who can't climb stairs or uses a wheelchair, they have to consider it

I liked the place, it's very clean and beautiful. The area is a bit noisy because of the restaurants around, but nothing alarming I would come back :)

Excellent service from Houssy, its super clean loft and according to what I mentioned, super rich her recommendations and very close to the center of Coyoacán

The lofts were perfect especially for the large group we were traveling with. Each one has its own bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. They were the perfect size in the most amazing location. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. They event went out of their way to decorate for Día de Muertos! It was a great stay and I can’t wait to return!
