We had a great stay! The location was wonderful, with beautiful ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The host provided clear and helpful directions, making check-in easy. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful home, just outside downtown so it’s nice and quiet. Having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus! Mini splits in each room is very convenient for each guest.

Got married in Ensenada. The perfect location for taking my get ready photos, and waking up in the morning as a married women. Everything I could have dreamed of. The view is amazing. I was 7 min. Away from Ayra Jardín where I got married. I have zero complaints about the house. She also offered the downstairs condo thats attached to the home for a better rate. That truly helped out with the additional guest staying with us. I absolutely loved our stay there. Will definitely go again.

Everything was excellent! Our stay was very pleasant and the house was in excellent condition… We are invited to return and spend a few pleasant days!

The place was spotless, very nice, and looked just like the pictures. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The Wi-Fi on the second and third floors never appeared, so we were unable to connect. The TV on the third floor would not connect, and the shower on the third floor leaks. That said, the property is great and definitely worth the money.

Everything was excellent. The house was very comfortable, in a very good location, and the host was always very helpful. Everything was 10/10.

Everything is as shown in the photos, and the house is super comfortable and beautiful but not suitable for children, there are 3 floors with dangerous stairs and tables with glass that are not recessed. One of our children accidentally fell on it, the glass broke but the metal structure remained intact and we were charged for the entire table.

Beautiful home in a quiet part of Ensenada. More than enough space for our family, very comfortable beds and linens. Lilia was amazing with communication, but we really didn’t need much for our stay! Looking forward to our next Baja trip!

very nice house, very spacious! ideal for a group or large family

This was our second time staying at Lilia’s place and loved every second of it. Last time, we did not enjoy the house as much, but this time, we made sure we utilized the home as much as possible. Very spacious and clean, with amazing views of the ocean. Lilia made sure we were taken care of and communicated well if we had any issues. We will definitely return next year, God willing.

Excellent accommodation for a large family or a group of friends; each room has a full bathroom and there is also an additional full bathroom in the living room. It is located in a quiet area of Ensenada, but very close to the exit to Valle de Guadalupe, so it is convenient if your plans are to go to that area. It's totally worth it, I'll definitely recommend it.

Lilia was a terrific host and provided extremely detailed instructions and a helpful video for us to use to locate her home. Traveling with multiple couples can sometimes be challenging yet ALL of us thoroughly appreciated having our own private en suites along with breathtaking views from each room. Thank you Lilia for your hospitality...we can't wait to return! Thank you for making our Valle de Guadalupe vacation special!

Thank you so much Lilia for the incredible stay for my family. My family came from LA to join us for our wedding in Valle de Guadalupe so I did not stay here, but I did set it up for them. They had a wonderful time and gave it a 5 star rating. I received no complaints at all. It sounds like a huge place with a penthouse room on the 3rd floor. Each floor has a balcony with stunning views. I had 7 family members stay here and it was spacious and clean, just as pictured. Nothing was missing from this stay. Lilia gave plenty of instructions and was always available for contact. It's also an easy Uber to tourist areas in downtown Ensenada and lots of great eateries. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you want a beautiful view, great accommodations, and something close to local activities/restaurants.

Lilia was a fantastic host and the place was incredible! The home in Ensenada was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The master bedroom alone felt like something out of a movie-huge, dramatic, and honestly bigger than my whole house. Total villain vibes in the best way! Loved the experience and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Every room has a great view and its own full bathroom which makes it even more private when you’re staying with a group. Lilia was a fantastic and super responsive host. Lilia's place is exactly as the pictures. So many times we go to airbnbs to find out that the pictures were taken years before, with old furniture and decaying surroundings. This place is beautiful inside, well kept and clean. Getting there was easy becasue of Lilia's instructions (it is located on a steep, unpaved hill ). Unfortunately the fridge was not working (a first for us). Lilia took care of this situation with another replacement. This unit is expensive but worth it. 100% recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing home. Our race team stayed here for the 2025 NORRA 1000 start. lots of room. felt secure leaving the race car and trailer in the gated rear parking area. host was awesome in communication. couldn't ask for more.

My family and I always look forward to staying at Lilia’s beautiful home. Every room is beautiful and comfortable, the views are unmatched. It’s in a great location in between the city and the valle de Guadalupe. The kitchen is stocked in case you need to cook anything. Would 100% recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Nice place, but difficult to find

6 of us stayed at the house for the Baja 1000 and lived every part of it. There was plenty of parking for all three of our vehicles although it was a bit of a challenge turning around out the gate with our Sprinter Van. Totally worth it for this great home.

This was one of the most amazing VILLAS that I’ve ever stayed at! The photos and description matched exactly the experience. The location itself was convenient to get to Ensenada, as well as to Valle de Guadalupe. Lilia was a pleasure to work with, and was very responsive. I would definitely book this villa again!

All of the guests with me enjoyed staying here. It is just a few minutes away from downtown Ensenada. I would recommend staying at this airbnb.

It’s very rare that an air Bnb stay is actually better than the listing! My family and I were so happy with the place. Lilia’s stay was so clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The house is on top of a steep hill with mostly paved road, but towards the end it becomes dirt and unleveled. We had four wheel drive cars so it wasn’t a problem, but could potentially be a problem for smaller cars. Lilia gave detailed driving directions to find the house and we had no problem navigating it. She’s very responsive and friendly. Also great location if you’re wanting to visit both valle de Guadalupe and Ensenada. The sunset views from the balcony’s are unmatched. Definitely booking with Lilia again if we do another big group outing.

Lilias place is amazingly beautiful. It is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We specifically liked the spacious living room and the outdoor deck/s with breathtaking ocean views. The location is great if you’re looking to explore Valle and/or Ensenada. It's one of the most beautiful and well-maintained properties I've stayed at. The view is second to none, the rooms are extremely cozy and the decor is very nice. The house lends itself to staying and enjoying rather than love to another part, fully recommended. Lilia is a fantastic host and was always available for us.

Perfect house for a large group visiting Valle de Guadalupe or Ensenada, it is an ideal distance from both destinations. The bedrooms are very spacious, it has a large stay for the whole group and balconies to watch the sunset with an amazing view! This is a spectacular house. Unfortunately the other family canceled out of our trip to Ensenada, so that just meant we had an insane amount of space for the 4 of us (and two bedrooms we didn’t even touch). The third-floor room is so luxurious and expansive in its views, but the views and terraces on all floors were amazing. We watched the sunset from there every night. The location is good in that its between Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe, but not great in that you can’t really walk anywhere. Just count on using your car to get around. And bring breakfast food to make at home, at the very least. There’s so much good food and drink in the area, not far away. Yes, there are dogs on the street outside; this is Mexico! They are friendly (as is the neighbor family who cares for them).

This location exceeded my expectations. It's even more stunning in person than in photos. Its strategic position between Valle de Guadalupe and downtown Ensenada was a highlight for me. Throughout my stay, I felt secure. The view of the beach was nice, and the neighborhood was chill. However, be mindful that the roads leading up to the place are unpaved. A minor inconvenience was that the third-floor AC wasn't functioning during my visit, making some evenings a tad warm. Despite this, I'd definitely consider booking again.

I loved Alicia’s place so spotless and grandiose. The house has wonderful views in all bedrooms. She is such a great host and was a great communicator. She also had things there in the kitchen that would be needed in a bind and things you forgot to pick up at the grocery store like kitchen oil, salt, pepper, some coffee, water. It was wonderful to enjoy breakfast with my family. Near the exit to Valle de Guadalupe wineries(primary reason for booking) and Ensenada(Makukos-my favorite fish taco place). The only thing I would complain about is the street. It’s hard to get to if you don’t have 4 wheel drive(I have 4 wheel drive) because you spin out(my cousin had issues) going uphill but it’s a neighbor issue. It doesn’t help that some neighbors have dirt bikes and tear up the road. I think a temporary fix would be some cement and gravel and do minimal patch work on flattening the soil just outside of the home. Overall the best place I have ever stayed at on AirBNB. 5 star stay. 😃

This ocean view house left us in aw! Amazing views and an incredibly nice and welcoming host. We loved every single moment spent here and the balconies and bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous. Incredible views of the ocean and sunsets! Excellent decore and artwork. Every room in the house is extremely spacious. The road to get there is a little steep and it’s dirt so tires may spin if not careful. And low profile vehicles beware of ruts caused by rain. But overall, definitely worth the location.
