Beautiful houses but not easy access to upstairs rooms, stairs are not secure and we had a couple of accidents. A simple hand railing would have made all the difference. Loo and showers are on the ground floor. Neighbours very very noisy but the hosts did what they could, not really their fault but out of 4 nights we stayed, we had very loud music all night long next door on 2 nights. This is just Tulum for you so be prepared if you stay on this area! Also be aware that the 24 hr security on site actually means a man living in a little hut just a few meters away from the rooms, basically inside the garden, making it not private at all specially with the type of curtains . My room could be seen from the outside. He was a very nice man though. A couple of loungers would have been nice to sit around the pool. It is a nice place but it could do with do with some improvements.

Loved our stay , would definitely recommend this place if you want the feel of jungle vibes. We were a group of 6. We were 3 couples and we all had our own private space which was nice and shared a common pool. Each bungalow had all necessities whatever we didn’t have just went to local supermarket and bought I would recommend to bring bug spray.We were greeted by Ehsan and the others were very helpful ,kind and responsive. We did loose power for part of a day but it was no big deal we just went to the beach and by the time we came back it was back on . You will hear some noise and streets are vey bumpy but we have been to Tulum 3x and it’s everywhere you can’t help it . There are bikes on the premises but we rented a car and rented ATV’s for a whole day so much fun! Can’t wait to go back ;)
