Communication with the hosts was always open. They resolved questions, gave us suggestions for eating, provided house amenities, etc. The house is very well thought out and adapted for seniors, and there are amenities that make your stay easier. Although the pool is large, it does not have access for seniors. It would be very difficult for them, even if they just wanted to sit on the edge. Other than that, the pool is amazing. Beautiful house, ideal for the whole family. I visited it with my elderly parents, and the elevator was excellent. The pool was lovely, and the bedrooms were super equipped. If I could mention one drawback, it would be that there is no air conditioning or TV in the living room area, and it can get hot. However, there are several fans, which helped a lot. Amazing house and location! The house is very spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully decked-out kitchen, a huge backyard with ample seating, and a beautiful swimming pool, which was sparkling clean and always the perfect temperature. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They were easy to get in touch with if we ever needed anything. They thought of everything, down to beach towels and toys for our little one to play with. You can tell they really care about making the stay the best it can be. The first floor has a beautiful living room and a dining room, leading out to a covered terrace so you can sit and relax outside, taking in the fresh Veracruz air. The upstairs has individually air conditioned bedrooms and the bathrooms had a modern design and had all amenities you'd need. There is even an elevator if there's someone in your group who needs extra assistance getting up and down the stairs! The location is unbeatable!
