Had an amazing time and experience. Carlie spot was everything and more. Her staff and security are incredibly friendly and helpful. You feel safe and comfortable day and night. And I hope to go back to stay with them again. Can’t say enough good things about my trip.

Lovely little place located close to several beautiful beaches in Santa Teresa! We recommend Playa Carmen for the sunset and Playa Hermosa in the morning for tranquility, swimming, and surf lessons. Very good communication with Carlie. Very charming place. We recommend it :)

Good location within walking distance to the beach and the start of the strip of shops and cafes/restaurants! Nice spacious accommodation and Charlie was very helpful and gave clear check in instructions 😊

We had a fantastic two week stay at Carlie’s place, it was super calm and surrounded by nature and we woke up every morning to howler monkeys and hummingbirds along with plenty of other wildlife which made it feel really special, the pool was a great bonus and perfect for cooling off after hot days, and the location was very convenient just minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurants so everything was easy, Carlie was a wonderful host and very helpful throughout our stay, thank you again for having us we would happily come back.

We had a very nice stay in this house. The pictures on the webb are identical to the house. - Very good and fast comminucation with Carlie and overall worth the money I do recommend a rental car or to rent an ATV (quadbike), otherwise you have to walk on the road with unpredictible traffic Highly Recommend, 10/10

Very good stay in Santa Teresa The accommodation is very close to the city and all amenities. You can walk to the beach and rent a surfboard easily near the beach. There is plenty of restaurant choice and you can also easily cook in the equipped kitchen.

Carlie’s place was perfect! Right next to the busy town but just far away enough to make this a relaxing, peaceful oasis. Couldn’t recommend her place enough! She was also super responsive and her place was immaculate. Definitely coming back and re-booking in the future :)

Very close to a very nice beach, for everything else a vehicle is recommended, simple accommodation with functional furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The apartment, especially the bathroom, could use a refresh and the large windows a cleaning. Hostess Carlie was helpful, uncomplicated and always very accessible.
