Very friendly on site, the receptionist was very attentive, the apartment was welcoming, and the breakfast was very tasty.

I stayed at the place for little over a week. Overall stay was OK. The location is great. The condo was clean and room service was really good. Breakfast was good. Issues 1. On the booking page, I found the address of the location after booking. The address provided on the booking page was incomplete. I shared the same address with the tour operators and it turned out that no one was willing to pick us up form the hotel the reason being that they could not locate the hotel itself with given address. With the help of one tour operator I was able to get the actual address. Had the address been provided clearly with the name of the hotel/condo, it would have been really easy for me to get picked up from the hotel itself. 2. Elevator on the premises is very old, hard to access and very small. 3. We never got sufficient hot water in the showers and had to make arrangement to heat water. This defeated purpose of having two bathrooms as we could never use both bathrooms at once.
