Thank you for a wonderful stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at your property. The staff was amazing, the accommodations were very clean, and everything else was exactly what we had hoped for. I would have happily given a five-star rating across the board; however, I do need to mention the issue with the air conditioning in the main bedroom. It did not cool the room properly, and because there are no air vents in the bathroom, that entire area became extremely hot, especially overnight. Originally, I had planned for one of my daughters to sleep in the room with me, but that wasn't possible because it was simply too warm to be comfortable. I do want to acknowledge that the maintenance team was excellent. They responded promptly every time I reported the issue and were always courteous. Unfortunately, although I was assured after each visit that the problem had been resolved, the air conditioning continued to malfunction, which made for several uncomfortable nights.

Linda was great! So easy to work with. And her property at VLE was perfect. That view is amazing! VLE is the best of both worlds with resort and condo amenities. The location is not as walkable as we had hoped. The beach is sloped and there isn't a contiguous sidewalk to the Cabo marina, but taxis are readily available. We would definitely stay here again!
