House was as described, it’s about a 15 min walk to the beach. Stairs to the apartment would be an issue if you have mobility issues. Overall, good location and Sam is quick to reply if there is any issues . While we did a few issues dealing with Sam is best over dealing management team. Great little spot.

Excellent location, quiet, safe, and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The place is beautiful, and so is the apartment 🫶🏻
