Villa Almendros is absolutely gorgeous. Surrounded by tropical greenery, wildlife and steps from the beach and close to restaurants and things to do, it is in a prime location. The villa was beautiful, clean and expertly maintained and it was cleaned to spotlessness every day. The property is well-maintained as well, free from jungle and beach debris so the surroundings are always peaceful. The outdoor bathroom and shower is an extra perk that I loved using. Kevin and his team were extremely responsive and friendly hosts, quick with recommendations and answers to any questions. Santa Teresa is one of my favorite places in the entire world and Villa Almendros places you squarely in the middle of it all for a great value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you’re a cook, know that the single villas have only a coffee maker hot plate induction cooktop but the host allowed us to use the outdoor kitchen in the home to cook our breakfasts which was lovely. Easily 5 out of 5 stars.

Such a beautiful stay, perfect location close to restaurants, cafes and steps away from the beach. We stayed with a 7 month old and 5 year old and they had the best time!
