Guiovanny

I had high expectations for the house based on the photos. Check-in was easy; the location was spot-on. Guiovanny was a good host; he was always available. However, the house needs a lot of maintenance. The kitchen inside the house is not functional; you have to cook practically outdoors, where animals are constantly coming in. There were cockroaches in this very spot, and the kitchen is not fully equipped. The main house smelled quite bad when we arrived, the bathrooms were untidy, the sofas were in very poor condition, and there were 3 refrigerators, 2 of which need to be replaced. The house needs urgent pest control; we understand it's a rural area, but the number of insects is excessive. Whether it rained or not, the power would go out for long periods of time, even for an entire night; since this is a recurring problem, they should install a power generator, at least for the common areas. We rescued the court; it was in perfect condition. If a renovation is carried out, it is a place I would recommend.

Guiovanny was an excellent host, always ready to help, super friendly, and available to answer our questions and meet our needs. The place is fantastic, very quiet, and excellent for all kinds of gatherings. What we liked most was the pool, which is suitable for children and adults for daytime and nighttime use, along with the large green area with a very well-maintained soccer field, the spacious kitchen with a wood-burning stove or regular stove, and the large table for sitting as a family to enjoy meals. Ángel, the farm manager, was always ready to help us with whatever we needed, always very friendly and helpful. Rating 10/10. Guiovanny also helped us arrange for two people to assist us in the kitchen: MaFe and Ányela were always ready to help us, and they cooked delicious food! Rating: 10/10. Overall, our experience was really great, and we had a wonderful time. A good place to share with family and friends. We would definitely come back!
