Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The home was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. You can truly see the attention to every little detail, which made us feel comfortable and at home the entire stay. The location was perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. Max and Cecilia were exceptional hosts. Their communication was outstanding, they responded incredibly quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. A special thank you to Rosy and Armando, who were absolutely amazing. They were so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and their hospitality made our trip even more memorable. We genuinely could not have asked for a better home, better hosts, or a better location. We made so many wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Casa Maeva is an incredible stay and I would highly recommend this booking! The house is within a short walk to downtown and a number of great restaurants and activities. The location is a little tricky to find at first, but the local security are incredibly helpful in getting you to the right place. Our property manager Cecilia was so helpful in local recommendations and super responsive whenever we had questions. Beach and pool access are the cherry on top!

We just had the most wonderful vacation stay at Casa Maeva. The location was very convenient to the shops in Playa del Carmen and we easily rented bikes from a company recommended by Cecilia. As the photos show, the house sits back from the beach but then the lot across the street also belongs to the house and so you have private access to the beach and a private “beach club” with a palapa, grill, hammocks, and lounge furniture (just note that you can’t sit on the patio and see your kids at the beach, there are hedges separating the private space from public access). Rosy was there almost every day to clean and the house was immaculate. We hired Theresa to cook lunches for us and they were delicious and she was so lovely. Orane was incredibly helpful and Cecilia acted as a personal concierge arranging Theresa as a cook, one night with a chef, and even outdoor massages. We left feeling very refreshed and loved all of the space and options for enjoying the outdoor spaces. Will return!

The house was great and Cecilia is the perfect local host. We had considered other nearby houses and are happy we chose this one. Having the large house + pool + rooftop + palapa area (which is huge and comfortable) made all the difference. Many (on-the-beach) houses give you about two inches of distance between your space and random people on the public beaches. This house provides a large, private buffer zone. The fact that everyone stops on the (small, neighborhood) street to take photos of the palapa area/beach tells you all you need to know. Daily maid service was thorough/excellent (and the cleaners nearly invisible). Cecilia picked up groceries for us (a huge help) and we had the chef make us (a great) dinner on our first night. If you're looking to stay within walking distance of playa, on the beach, in a fully-serviced vacation home, this is the place.

Casa Maeva is a wonderful beach front home and we enjoyed every minute there. The house sits on the west side of the primary beach street in the Playacar I neighborhood. The private beachfront lot on the east side has a wonderful cabana with outdoor an table setting for 8, grill, outdoor shower, 4 beach chairs, and 2 couches. The 2nd floor of the house has a wonderfully private patio deck featuring a very large hot tub and a covered round table with outdoor seating for 6. We spent an hour or two every night after dinner in the hot tub enjoying the stars and distant lights from Cozumel across the water. Everything in house worked fine and we enjoyed every minute there

A group of 7 women stayed in this beautiful home. Orane was so easy to work with. Cecilia was the property manager and was wonderful. She was communicative, scheduled our shuttles to and from the airport, did our grocery shopping and gave us great suggestions for restaurants. The home was clean(house cleaning service every day), open, comfortable. The kitchen well appointed. Our only suggestion would be new knives as we did a lot of cooking in the home. The hot tub on the roof was so fun to have. Beach access was amazing and the extra grill/palapa area was lovely. We will be back.

We had a wonderful week at Orane’s home. The home was spotless, situated just across the neighborhood street from the beach, and very comfortable for 7 people. I would highly recommend renting this Airbnb. It’s definitely the nieces home we’ve ever rented. The host and consigner, Cecilia, could not have been nicer. Both were very quick to respond to questions. The location is priceless. We felt like we had our own private beach. We felt very safe as the home is in a gated community and security guards circled the neighborhood frequently. We hope to rent this lovely home again some day.

Excellent, well equipped home in great condition. Pool is on the smaller side but direct beach access (including private palapa) is key feature. Hosts Orane and Cecilia are very helpful. One minor caution unrelated to the house - we rented a car from One Car Rental based on a referral from our hosts. It did save a lot of money but the vehicle was effectively a rent-a-wreck. If you do rent through them, make sure you are clear what you are/aren’t getting compared to large rental co’s.

Cecilia was amazing to deal with! She was extremely responsive and made it extremely easy for us during our stay. The place, the beach house as well as the grill were very nice touches . Overall 5/5

The location of the home was great with private access to the beach. Easy walk to the downtown area shops, restaurants and ferry. It was spacious and had everything that you need to feel at home. Cecilia who manages the property was wonderful. She was very informative and quickly answered any questions we had. She set up our private transfer to and from the airport. We had a wonderful family trip and would go back.

Great views and great house lots of space and lots to do nearby for kids and adults. Host was extremely helpful with recommendations and babysitter. Thanks
