Simon’s place was perfect for our family. We had the benefit of peaceful family time at the beach and pool and then could get to the downtown area within 10-15 minutes by Uber. It was a great balance. The views from both balconies are stunning. The beds were really comfortable. The air conditioning made it so comfortable after spending days in the August heat. Simon was very responsive when we needed some assistance during our stay. Highly recommend!

Simon’s place was beautiful spacious and private . My family and I enjoyed staying it is far from restaurants so they don’t deliver you’d have to go into town . Stock up on groceries before you check in . We really enjoyed how private it is especially the beach . Would stay again

The enjoyment of our vacation was enhanced by the excellent communication of the hosts. Their home is very well cared for and they genuinely wanted things to be perfect for us. Their condominium and the entire building and grounds provided a wonderful setting for relaxing, enjoying the ocean, and stunning views. We appreciated the excellent food at the onsite restaurant and the entire team of thoughtful and respectful staff. Fernanda and Simon (the hosts) were very responsive, professional , and helpful. We are grateful for our wonderful time at Los Palmares!

Our family of six loved this condo. Beautiful and spacious, a one minute walk to a gorgeous infinity pool and lovely, swimmable beach. The location is a ten minute drive south of the Zona Romántica, which was ideal, as it was easy to get to via Uber and away from the craziness of PV. One tip—buy your groceries on your way in from the airport if you can. Other than a tiny little store up a steep road across the highway (in El Nogalito) there is nowhere to buy groceries. However, La Palapa, the small restaurant attached to the condos, has delicious breakfast and lunch for a very reasonable price. You can order online and either take it to go or eat in the palapa.

Loved our stay here as a family with small kids. Had the beach to ourselves, and usually the pool, too! The little restaurant was great and affordable and it was easy to grab an uber into town

Breath taking Views , emerald green waters , gentle waves, a private beach feel, and if that was not enough all this is just steps away from a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 4 full bath vacation home . This place is loaded with a full kitchen ( with everything and more ) needed . There are three beach front balconies where you can have your own sunset dining experience ( wow what a romantic setting). If you are looking for your own peaceful private family oriented or romantic Retreat. The look no more.

Such a beautiful home! Access to an amazing beach and pool. Definitely recommend uber’ing to get around. The boardwalk is about a 10-15 minute drive which was roughly 5-6 US dollars..7-8 with tip. The home felt secluded which was nice. It was pretty simple to get downtown even for my large family (7 of us - 5 younger kids). The local restaurant on the property was great, food was really good and super affordable. The only downside was their hours. They closed at 3 so we did a costco run to have food in the house for dinner. The staff in the restaurant and on the property there were all very nice and really helpful. At first we were a little disappointed how far we were from downtown (not walking distance) but after spending a day downtown, I appreciated the quietness of our airbnb :) definitely recommend!

We really appreciated * The view s. 3 balcony s with view s .The kitchen was awesome & Pool & steps to the beach....The bedroom s spacious. can't say we have even one complaint... Sunset s unforgettable.

Our family loved the place. The white noise of the waves mades it so relaxing. The unit has all the comforts home, except you don't need a TV to view the whales, you just watch from the balcony. An added bonus that comes with the unit are the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella. It makes the 10 second trek to the beach that much more comfortable. Looking forward to our return.

Wonderful peaceful location. Spacious traditional style architecture. Great infinity pool and nice spa. Great beach for walking and nearby local type restaurant. Great food and service by Yuri at poolside. Reasonable prices. Whale, dolphin and pelican watching out front of the unit and spacious deck. Was the nicest place I have stayed and I have been coming to PV for 43 years. Easy commute to Downtown or Mismaloya by bus or taxi. The taxi drivers are a little crazy so I would recommend letting them know you want them to slow down if they want a good tip ; ) Thank You for your hospitality! We will be back ... Excellent beach and facilities

The apartment and common areas of the condominium are excellent!! It is a very quiet and private place, perfect for spending a few relaxing days with the family!!

What a beautiful condo complex with lovely pool and awesome food (palapa is closed but you can order food to eat by pool). Simon’s condo is wonderful! Open and spacious…just like the pictures. So awesome being right on the ocean with soft-sand beach right in front of our condo!

This condo is just gorgeous. It was perfect for our family of six. Beautiful view of the ocean. Attractively decorated and very clean! We did have a little problem with the AC in one of the bedrooms, but Simon and Fernanda were very responsive and got workers out to us very quickly. We loved that there is a bus stop right across the street from the condos. Ten pesos per person kept us riding into town and back! Definitely order breakfast and lunch from the Palapa. So inexpensive and DELICIOUS. There is also a wonderful restaurant right down the beach: Canto Palmares. We ate dinner there three times during our stay! I would highly recommend this condo. Book it. You won’t regret it.

I really liked the condominium, very comfortable, the beach and the pool very quiet and private. I would pick it again on the next vacation. Beautiful views from the balconies as it has 3 balconies. My family loved it and they want to come back . We were pure adults. There was a problem last minute, but Simon solved it. I was very happy . And I recommend it. I give it 5 stars . Nice place.

We had the absolute best time. The beach was the best we visited in Puerto Vallarta, and the pool was perfect overlooking the ocean. Many days we’d go exploring, but my kids just wanted to come back to Las Palmares. I highly recommend eating at the on site restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It was the most affordable restaurant we frequented, but more importantly, it was the best food! When you check in, make sure to read the guest book. That’s something we regretted not doing on day one. There are local market recommendations, instead of a trip to Walmart, which I would avoid at all costs! Several markets will deliver to your door, which is convenient instead of trying to make your way down town. We did not rent a car, and we were happy with that decision. We Ubered a few times, but then, after talking with a few folks, decided to try the bus. We enjoyed that so much more, and it was way more affordable. The buses ran about every 10-15 minutes, so it was easy to catch.

We had a great time staying at Simon’s place. We had some changes to our reservation due to another family we were traveling with and a last minute cancellation. Simon accommodated our change, communicated clearly and quickly and really made staying at their home easy. Thank you. Would highly recommend. Hopefully we can make it back there in the future.

A very nice place, the beach without rocks, we really liked it !

Lovely and clean condo, with the perfect view of PV and its surrounding areas! We loved our stay, and Fernanda was quick to respond to any questions that came up! Safe location, had a slight issue with one of the property’s staff, but it was addressed promptly and we didn’t let it stain our trip! Can’t wait to come back, can’t beat the view!!

We had a wonderful vacation at Los Palmarés! The beach is beautiful and the pool was great too! The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again! The only suggestion that we had was maybe have a vending machine or a small store that sells snack items for those that like late night snacks.

Simon and Fernanda are great hosts and people, the place has an incredible view, it is on the road to Manzanillo, the beach is not private but there are few people. In ours we almost had a small problem with the attitude of a doorman but it was communicated to Simon immediately, and it was resolved without further inconvenience. We loved it, the cleanliness is excellent, they also go a couple of days to do it, the apartment has all the attachments is very good to rest and spend some incredible days. The areas of oxxo or pharmacies nearby are 10 minutes away by car or you can order from domiclio. If something could be improved, but it's not in the hands of our hosts, it's that many times there's no cell phone signal or it's very low, although the internet in the apartment is excellent and there's internet in the pool area. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much

Beautiful location. Well equipped kitchen. Pool and beach are clean and beautiful and not over crowded. We did rent a car as the condo is about 15 mins from town (and 30-40 mins from the airport), but there is ample parking. I would recommend buying some food to have on hand as the delicious (and very affordable) on site restaurant is open only from 9:30-3:30. There is also an excellent beach side restaurant about a 5 min walk south down the beach. Overall, this is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation.

The apartment more than met our expectations, although it is noticeable that the building is already a few years old, Simón has taken care to remodel it, it has state-of-the-art and functional appliances such as a washing machine, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, water cooler and dishwasher, excellent space, we never felt crowded, it is very well equipped, full of details and utensils necessary to cook, including a barbecue on the terrace and a small dining room in the same, if you need more plastic containers/glasses/plates to go down to the pool area and not make use of disposables, the one that you have your own modem was very useful for my children's online classes. The ocean view is beautiful, sunsets are enjoyed, the atmosphere is 100% familiar. The condominium is relatively small, which makes the facilities not look saturated, 10 minutes from the village by car, which is appreciated in these times since we were relatively far from crowds, walking to me one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. The condominium staff are very friendly and helpful, you can see that they do their work with pleasure, doing a family survey we all agree that we would rent the property again. Points to improve? 1. The air conditioning; there was a fault (in the general installation of the condominium, not the apartment) that was repaired, I think it needs to be renewed (update: Fernanda commented to me that this will be done, so re-hire the property is a security) 2. Plastic containers/cups/plates or material that do not break, they are very necessary to go down to the pool, thankfully we took some with us. (I must point out that the kitchen is excellently equipped) 3. From my particular point of view, the restaurant hours are very restricted, which is a pity since the taste of food is very good and the prices are very accessible, I know that the latter does not depend on Simon but on the administration of the condominium. It should be noted that strict hygiene rules are followed, all staff with a mask cover, use is required in all common areas, there are gel dispensers at the reception and on the elevators; if you are looking to be relatively isolated in these times of pandemic, this is the place indicated. thank you very much for the hospitality and believe me, always when we get to a place we behave as if it were ours, we try to leave as clean as possible, we hope to return to your property Francisco

My family of six really enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom condo while in Puerto Vallarta. The facilities and amenities were as advertised and the location was excellent. The condo is generally clean, in good condition, and nicely furnished. It appears to be about 20 years old and some areas are a bit worn. That was particularly true in the kitchen. That did not adversely impact our stay since we really did not use the cooking facilities but it could be a consideration for others. The pool was very clean and we had no issues finding lounge chairs. The beach is sandy and there are no rocks along the shore but there were rip-tide warnings directly in front of the condo. Life guards directed us to use the adjacent public beach for swimming. The beach is very popular with locals on the weekend but access to the condo pool and facilities is fenced with controlled access. The on-site restaurant has an excellent menu and the food and drinks are inexpensive. Service was a bit slow at times but improved when we started leaving larger tips. Taxi service is available right outside the condo but we found prices a little high for our group of 6. As a result we started splitting into two groups and using Uber which was convenient and less expensive. The Romantic Zone is about 10 - 15 minutes away and has many choices for evening meals. Communication from the host was excellent during our stay. We had a couple of minor issues and they were promptly resolved to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this condo.
