A group of friends and I stayed here for my birthday! It was the perfect space, right on the beach. They had everything we needed for the best stay!

We’ve stayed here multiple times with multiple families. The host is always responsive and quick to help when needed. House has everything we need to enjoy the long weekend.

What a location! Right on the sand with a great floor plan layout. Highly recommend this house to anyone, we will for sure come back.

The photos do not do this beautiful beach house justice. We went with three families and were very comfortable. Loved having access to the kayaks! Host was super communicative and solved all issues we had. Note: don’t use Apple Maps for directions as it took us to the wrong place! 🥴

This home exceeded our expectations. The place was amazing! Had plenty of room for all of my family. It was fully stocked. Even had some beach toys at our disposal. Great location. The host communicated very well. Thanks guys for letting stay in your home! Would recommend to others, and would definitely stay again!

The house is fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed from utensils, gadgets, pots even pressure cooker! The bathrooms were all well stocked. We did have to call maintenance and they were always very quick. The host responded almost immediately with every question we had. The views are breathtaking. You are right on the beach, no need to take everything with you it’s all right there! They even supplied extra beach towels. The only cons we had was the grill wasn’t the best, but we made due. I’d also bring extra bath towels as there were only two bath towels in each restroom. We were a group of 13 with our own space, our own restrooms and plenty of room for us all. I believe everyone said they felt “at home” put week stay. Needless to say this home with definitely be a home we reuse!

We loved the house, the beach is very private, we enjoyed a barbecue with a beautiful ocean view and the host was very friendly and responded in a timely manner, thank you for everything and of course I recommend this place to stay 😍

Me and my family Absolutely Fell In love over this house it is huge and beyond beautiful everyone had their own space nobody was crowded because the house had sufficient space for everyone to do their own thing, the access to the beach “Immaculate” right in front of the house even better than the pictures, my family is already saying this will be our to go house for our Every trip to peñasco and will be staying for more days, yea that’s how much we loved staying here! Plus every question I had was answered by the host in no time. No complains At all it was an absolute dream♥️

This was a perfect house to host our family! Lots of room for everyone! The beds were very comfortable, and we felt right at home. The beach was literally right out the back door. The kayaks were an added bonus!! We will definitely be back!

Our two families enjoyed our stay! There’s no comparison to staying right on the beach with young families. The home was typical Rocky Point style, with many upgraded amenities - king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. We had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any airbnb I’ve been in with high end small appliances, Pampered Chef cookware and a full sized fridge and dishwasher. Shary and Jared were very responsive. The casita is attached and accessible from both the front porch and back porch so it didn’t feel too separate (our 5 year old could navigate just fine). Vendors are regular especially if you’re buying - but it is one of the joys of a beach vacation in Rocky Point! All the goods come to you- massages, hair braiding, tamales, fresh tortillas, silver, sunglasses, drinks etc. All of our vendors were respectful if we said no thank you. High tide comes almost to the stairs of the property and low tide opens up hundreds of feet of calm warm shallow water.

The house was beautiful with a beautiful view of the ocean. Sunsets are the best and the view from the 3 rooms on the balcony was awesome. We used the kayaks that were there and had so much fun. Overall was an awesome experience and would definitely stay here again. We only had 9 people but could have easily slept another 8 to 10 people. Definitely recommend.

Beach Haven was great! Epic balcony, nice kitchen, great for kids, plenty of space. AC was so appreciated and worked great. Host was extremely communicative and any time we had an issue (back door was a little stuck) someone was immediately there to help! We had the best time celebrating and leaning into all of the fun - trip highlight was riding the banana boat alongside dolphins!!! 🥰💙

Absolutely beautiful house. Perfect for a large family. Enough rooms to have private time but big enough common spaces to all come together for family time. Right on the beach and perfect for walking the beach in the morning. Will be booking for our next family trip.

Had an amazing time staying at Beach Haven. The view from the porch is breathtaking and steps away from the water. Would recommend, and look forward for future stays at this amazing place. You won’t regret staying here.

We love this house is so spacious and clean. Perfect spot by the beach. It had everything that you can possible need. Easy checking system.Only suggestion is to move the smoke detector from top of the stove. We are very happy with everything. We’re planning next vacation again. 💙

Beach front, communicative, Mexico at its best

This is our second family vacation at Beach Haven. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the beach, and go into town if you want. We befriended a vendor who brought us food and drinks!! The house is a great size, room for everyone, even folks that want to get away from the noise-they have the casita!!! Amenities are beyond expectations!!! We will be back!

Shary/Jared responded immediately. The house was very spacious which we were excited since there was a lot of us, upon arrival we noticed that it was very clean, we had the best view with our ocean front, they had kayaks and games for the little ones which were great since we totally forgot to take some. We definitely recommend and we will be returning hopefully soon.

Casa de Colores is a wonderful place to stay! So many beds, and every room has a shower. There were a few minor hiccups, like the WiFi not working properly when we first got there, and the BBQ grill not functioning, but overall, such a lovely stay! And the internet issue was cleared up quickly, with a very responsive host. Having the beach in the backyard was so wonderful! And this place has a nice set of stairs down to the beach! Some of the neighboring homes had ladders, but this one has a nice staircase! The kayaks were so fun and all the back porch seating was great! Airbnb's fees are a bit ridiculous, but for the comparable homes in the same area, the price was good.

Our family had a great time and so grateful we were able to make really great memories! Most of our time was spent on the beautiful patio with the beautiful beach right right in front!

loved this place! It's totally worth the price since it's in front of the beach! super private since we were there the whole beach was practically alone, glad they had kayaks made the experience more fun. I didn't know garage or parking not included however, you can park in front and they have 24 hours security so it felt safe. We were a big family of 5. and everyone was happy each room had there own restroom. very happy about that, most of the times the kids were in 1 of the 2 living rooms so everyone was happy! Shary always replied fast and helpful!

We had the best time at casa de colores! The house is so beautiful and accessible and on the beach. There’s a fire pit, games, and kayaks so there’s so much to do! I cannot compliment Shary enough, he was so communicative and helpful. We had an issue and needed a local locksmith and he had someone there very quickly that was a reasonable price.

The additonal fees which came to over $200 extra a night is quite a hit on a place which already costs $600 a night. The house is very big and was very clean so the cleaning fee 0f $145 was very reasonable. The 19% taxes in Rocky Point will make me think twice about booking an exprenive place again. AirBNB's service fee is outrageous. I understand they have to make money but 15% of a very pricey propety when the booking process is exactly the same for a property which costs $100 a night is just too much and I will go back to sourcing properties directly as this type of fee is simnply not justifiable. When you fall in love with a property and this property was easy to fall in love with it is beautiful and you get to the end and it is an extra $250 a night its frustrating. I am done with booking expensive proerties on AirBnb until they show the full price including fees up front. I would stay in this place again in a heartbeat but I will not use AirBnb.

wonderful stay. clean, well located place. the place is well stocked with about anything we needed or wanted. we ran outof propane on the last night, and cold showers in the morning, but not a big deal. refreshing start to the morning. we would love to come back.

We had a lovely stay with our family. It was nice having a dishwasher that worked great and no issue with running out of water, as we’ve had at other airbnbs in RP.

We loved this house! It was super roomy for our 3 families. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, plus more. Plenty of towels and blankets. Having the casita was really nice to have a quiet space when anyone needed to work and the wifi worked perfectly.

The house and view were absolutely stunning, had the whole beach to ourselves. We arrived a little early and were still able to check in just fine. All the little extra things like board games and water toys were perfect for the kids and everyone had such a wonderful time. We will definitely be back again!

Gorgeous house located right on the beach!

Just as the previous reviews have said, this house provided all the small things that make a vacation easy. The location was perfect, the bedrooms were comfortable with quality linens and bathroom essentials for everyone.

This is a beautiful home with a soft sand beach right outside the very large enclosed back patio. We loved knowing the little kids were safe and could play on the patio but not go down to the water on their own. The kitchen is well equipped and has every small appliance you could possibly need. The towels are soft and fluffy and the bed linens are so luxurious. The mattresses are good quality and no waking up with a stiff back like many others homes we have stayed in. The host was always very quick to respond. The back door lock was broken (not a big deal it happens) and would not unlock. I had a response within 20 minutes and the repair person was out the next day (on a Sunday). They are very attentive to any needs you have! We loved our stay in this beautiful home and would definitely rent again!

This was a very comfortable place with a gorgeous view! It also had all the amenities (towels, comfy bed, nice shampoo, etc.). It was a perfect place for my family and I to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Highly recommend! We will be staying here again.

This property has everything you need! Loved the open floor plan overlooking ocean views. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We loved the separate suite space which includes two of the five bedrooms plus extra living room space. Definitely worth the trip in a beautiful beach house! Hosts were attentive and responsive. Our family made some of the best memories in this home! Thank you.

This house is amazing! The attached casita has two rooms with attached bathrooms and a big living room area with a couch big enough to also sleep a few people if needed. Both rooms have sliding glass doors to the patio that connects to the main house. The kitchen has all the cooking supplies you would ever need, including a ninja blender, a mandoline, serving platters, a large skillet, etc and plenty of spices. The dining room table can seat 10 people and is just off the kitchen with a beautiful view of the ocean. There are kayaks to be utilized that we had a lot of fun with. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

This house was very accommodating for our group of 12. We stayed 6 days and had the best time. It is very well maintained and was clean . We would definitely stay again.

The house is wonderful and there is rooms and beds for everyone! Two of the master suites are separated from the other bedrooms so it makes it nice when others want to stay up and others need to get some sleep. The patio is huge and perfect for laying out and dining outside. Great location in Las Conchas and we totally recommend this house for beach front accommodations with great space.
