Everything was great during the stay. The place is exactly as shown. You can see it in the pictures. There was just a small problem. When we arrived, we didn't notice that a box was broken, and when we left, they charged us for it. They also told us that there was a chair stained with white paint. The furniture is off-white, and it's almost not noticeable. But when we arrived, they didn't show us those kinds of things, and we didn't check either. For that reason, we can't know if it was us or the previous guests… Just as an observation, they should be more careful in showing everything in perfect condition and taking pictures when you arrive so you don't get charged extra. Other than that, everything was great.

An excellent place for family vacations, a comfortable and spacious apartment with top-notch amenities

The apartment was very good. The place and pools were the best. The beach is a bit rocky, but that's how it is in Vallarta in general. The shade of the trees right on the beach is the best. I would come back again.

We had a great time. The apartment is very nice, very spacious, and clean. The complex is also nice. There is a restaurant and a bar by the pool, so you have everything you need. Overall highly recommended. The host was super attentive and helpful. He helped me find someone to help with housekeeping during the stay, so it was a really good experience. I highly recommend him!

The place is beautiful and spacious, with great amenities and beautiful view. The only issue is that the address listed on Airbnb is actually a 12 min drive to the actual Bolongo location, and that wasn’t shared until we arrived and asked where the check in was. We booked it to attend a friend’s wedding at the supposedly nearby resort, but the actual address is not a walkable distance, and it’s really really hard to call an Uber in the area. You can find the actual address (and location for check-in) by looking up Bolongo.

The stay was very pleasant. The location is excellent and the apartment, not being near the pools, is extremely quiet. We were assigned a trusted person for our care and their service was excellent, they always resolved everything immediately. I would definitely rent again.

We fell in love with the condominium and the complex where it is located. Very nice, clean and safe.

Thank you and your team for being attentive to all the check-in and check-out details, as well as for everything that could be offered. You have to take into account that there are several restrictions within the complex, such as not being able to use speakers for music in the pool and beach area, but other than that, it's not up to the host. Everything else was excellent. Many Gcs for everything. We would stay there again.

The complex is amazing and the apartment is the same as in the photos. The kitchen is super well equipped, nothing is needed. If there are aspects that could be improved, such as the bed sheets that are already very old. It would also be nice if there were more things for cleaning the place (liquid floor cleaner, etc.). Our stay was 1 week and sometimes you do need to give the apartment a quick clean. Joaquin was super friendly and attentive at all times, he solved everything quickly and with great kindness. We would 100% return to this place. Highly recommended for families or quiet plans.

The place is very nice, it's for relaxing and just being there. If you have a car, getting around will be perfect, but if you come with the idea that you can order an Uber. There are almost no Ubers, and there is only one very small shop inside the establishment. From there everything was perfect, it is a very nice and private place. We always had very good communication with the host and he always solved every question or problem.

i really liked the apartment since it is true to the photos, the pools always clean and the hot water only in some, but my family and I had a great time, I would just like the cart to the beach club to have a more accessible schedule since they leave at 6 and it is very early to return to the apartment, good for people who can't walk a lot. The apartment seemed like a great option to host us. It had enough space for more people than we were on a trip, even a very well armed children's room. It was very well equipped, with everything you need for our stay. It was very clean, and the spaces were very nice and cozy. The location was perfect, walking about 5 minutes from the beach club. We would definitely stay there again. The host was attentive and friendly.

Joaquín's place is absolutely amazing! We stayed for a week with our family while attending a wedding, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space is beautiful, and they even provided a crib for our baby, which made our stay even more comfortable. Joaquín is a fantastic host—highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, much better than the photos, all the pools are very clean and with spectacular views. There are many rules throughout the condominium that will make your stay a perfect vacation, everything is well controlled, we will definitely come back

Our stay was wonderful, the place is very nice. There are really 6 pools and two beach clubs. Since I have mobility problems, there was a service to take us to and pick us up from the beach club, and for all the other areas, there were elevators and platforms that allowed me to easily access all the facilities. It really is a wonderful place to spend a family vacation.

The place is charming, as shown in the photos. The beach, although not ideal for children to swim, is beautiful and very private, perfect for enjoying the scenery and tranquility. The afternoons in this place are simply rewarding. The bedding was impeccable, clean and soft, which was a detail I really appreciated. However, I would recommend a more thorough cleaning of the furniture in the bedrooms and living room. The pools are comfortable and several of them are heated, making them perfect for relaxing at any time. The restaurants inside the complex have excellent seasoning and offer a pleasant culinary experience. We would definitely love to come back.

The apartment itself is recommended to the thousand, the attention of the administrator excellent, all the rooms have TV and full bathroom, a very nice balcony and the pool of the incredible PH, unfortunately most of the owners of the apartments are gringos and are very special and racist.

The apartment is very nice and new, all good for the part of the apartment. As well as easy access. Overall I found the staff friendly and I had no inconvenience. Could improve the food in the restaurants in Bolongo and the schedules. However, this is foreign to the host.

Joaquin place is great. Just the rules for hole complex a bit to much like no drinking in the pool, no coolers in the pool area, no music any where, no cameras, this is a vacation place not a Hospital. Joaquin has nothing to do with rules.. his place is great!! but the rules are way to many.

We stayed for a week at the Bolongo apartment and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and beautiful and the resort itself is spectacular. The apartment is just to the left of the lobby so in a more quiet area which we also really liked . FYI - the restaurant at the beach closes at 5.00pm for food. Joaquin and Priscilla were fabulous especially when we managed to lock ourselves out!. Very responsive and helpful for any request . Also the apartment feels very new which is lovely but there were not many basics ( olive oil/ spices/ kitchen towel ) etc . Not a problem at all but just check before you go what is there with the host.Overall wonderful vacation and excellent host.

The place is very nice, quite large, and there are many pool options, which means it doesn't feel crowded. There are also many restaurant and bar options. The host responds very quickly and gives solutions to the requests, we declared 6 people plus a baby first. And in Bolongo they are very strict in terms of the number of people and that they have to be declared all the inhabitants from before and that it cannot at any time exceed the capacity. We went to a wedding so sometimes a brother or a niece came and the host helped me discharge them at the last minute.
