Excellent place if you want to spend a few days with your family, the accommodation is a 10, you have places nearby to buy food, drinks, snacks and everything. I want to give a special thanks, since on our very early departure day they contacted us to let us know what was happening on the roads and everywhere.- They were always attentive at all times. They offered us not only one night, but they constantly repeated that we could stay until we felt safe to go out on the road. They offered us lodging without charging us anything extra and that is appreciated because we brought many children with us. Thank you for your kind attention. Like I said before, your house is very nice and comfortable. Definitely our best option in Chapala from now on.

It exceeded our expectations, the house is very well organized in every aspect. The rooms are spacious and have several types of pillows for every taste. The kitchen is spacious and very tasteful in its arrangement, it was a very comfortable and pleasant place to be; the terrace and its pool was certainly the best, heated and more spacious than expected, suitable for the whole family! Our stay was like being at home. With great attention from Alejandro at all times. We will be back soon and it is highly recommended

The property is in great condition. Alejandro is always friendly and attentive to any situation. There was no need for much communication because there were no problems. The property has everything nearby, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and churches. Definitely an excellent experience that we would repeat without a doubt. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ALEJANDRO

Alejandro was quick with communication. We lost electricity during our stay and he responded quickly despite it being a holiday. The house fit our family and needs to attend our daughter’s wedding locally. I highly recommend Huerto Cafe that is just a 5-7 minute walk for breakfast/brunch. The neighborhood was safe, comfortable, private. The outdoor space was fabulous. The pool was wonderful. It kept my family well entertained. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful home. It’s a little quirky! The main living room door is not a solid door. It’s a screen door and so when it got down to the low 60s it got cold in the house one of the bedrooms has the same situation. The grounds are extremely well-kept. The home is beautiful and perfect for a large gathering. The water tanks and pumps making noise takes a little time to get used to if you’re not used to that. The road in front of the house is not maintained very well, but it definitely kept everyone from speeding! Overall we had a great experience. The cleaning lady is the best! I only did Monday, Wednesday and Friday because I wasn’t sure how she would be but after I got to know her, it would’ve been nice to have her every day!

It is our second time staying at this property, and everything was just as lovely as the first. The host provided very clear instructions and was incredibly friendly. We stayed in November and the pool was warm, so the kids truly enjoyed it. The property offers many amenities and several inviting areas perfect for conversation and relaxing.

We rented the house for a family reunion, we felt right at home. Very nice house and each family had their privacy because they are like mini villas. The kitchen is well-equipped. Wonderful home for large family and friends! Immaculately clean and spacious. Pool, foosball and ping pong were great entertainment for everyone. Beds were clean and comfy. Lots of linens provided. Good location to restaurants and shops.

The house is veryyy beautiful! Everything is very clean, close to shops and restaurants. In the house next door they sell very good pizza. We had no trouble with anything! The pool water was warm the whole time! We loved this house, and we plan to return in the future!

Staying in Las Palmas was a great experience for my family and I. The location was perfect, the house was very clean, spacious and beautiful. The pool was one of our favorite amenities! We stayed for the weekend but would’ve loved staying longer. Definitely will stay there again soon!

My family and I spent three days at Las Palmas two weeks ago. Casa Las Palmas is a very nice property. It has many areas for relaxation , which is just what I was looking for. The terrace, garden areas, and pool were in excellent condition. The kitchen is large, beautiful and fully equipped. We were able to cook breakfast in the mornings and another day we BBQ on the grill outside. The rest of the house, such as common areas, bedrooms, game room and bathrooms, were dazzlingly clean and tidy. I loved the construction and the vibe you feel when staying in. We had very pleasant days enjoying the facilities of the house. Alejandro, the host, was always very communicative and attentive to our requests. We would definitely stay in Las Palmas again.

The photos do not do the place justice. It was a beautiful home with tons of space for our family vacation. Spent most of our time outside playing cards by the pool and enjoying each others company. Good food around the neighborhood. Alejandro was a great host and responded almost immediately anytime we had any questions or concerns. 10/10 recommend the stay if you are trying to enjoy quality time with your loved ones.

Alejandro and his team were wonderful. Anything we needed we could just ask and he responded very quickly and did his best to help us out. The house itself is beautiful and large, very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool is warm and very clean and there is a big private yard. The internet was good and it was fast (we were working remotely) but it really only works in the main part of the house and the yard. We found this is pretty common with all of the houses in the area, we have family who live there and they say it is the same in their homes because they are built with concrete. The dogs in the area are very noisy - again this is something that is common for the area and nothing Alejandro can do anything about. We appreciated the onsite laundry as we were there for a month. There were restaurants and groceries within walking distance which was very convenient and the restaurants in the area were all reasonably priced and delicious. We had lots of drinking water on site.

My family and I were very happy with Alejandro and the property itself. The house was private and looked just like the photos. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The only things we had a problem with were actually getting there. Also the address we were given was missing a word in front of it so our GPS kept trying to take us to an address 4 hours away. It was frustrating. The only other thing was the construction being done across the street. It seemed like the guys were living there during the week so the construction was literally going on from morning till night. It was loud. Otherwise, the property is amazing and Alejandro was very helpful every step of the way!

Communication with Alejandro is excellent, one of the best I have experienced in all my Airbnb years, the place super clean and very well conditioned, super spacious, and Alejandro is very polite and always attentive to answer any questions, really that I would return with my family again, of the best experiences I have had, in addition the house is very close to Oxxos and the WalMart, easy arrival and easy to leave the place.
