Monica and group were wonderful guests.  Throughout their stay they expressed gratitude and communicated they were very much enjoying their time at Casa de la Playa.  Neither Luxe, or the on-site staff were made aware of hot water or air conditioning problems.  Unfortunately, several hours after departure they reported an incident that they allege happened the last night of their visit.  We investigated these claims thoroughly and shared all information with Luxe.  Monica has been refunded and the employee involved has been terminated to ensure the comfort of our future guests. We wish Monica all the best in her future travels.
