Everything was perfect. The apartment and the complex were excellent. The service and attention, perfect.

Immaculately clean, which is so important to us. Very comfortable beds, perfect balance of close enough to Playa that you can go for meals or to the ferry to Cozumel but away from the chaos. Beach access is fantastic and the whole property is so clean and friendly. Potable water hooked up to the fridge was a nice surprise. Everything worked perfectly and the hostess was easy to reach and super helpful.

It is our second time here and we again loved it. The apartment is modern, very clean, quiet and just a joy to stay at. Peaceful and safe, in wonderful surroundings with access to private beach. The grounds are very well taken care of. A wonderful respite from the city. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful experience. Beautiful apartment that exceeded expectations prior to check-in. The Mareazul complex is great. Huge pool, easy access to the beach, mini market, restaurant. Well located. 10 minutes from Wal Mart, Soriana, 5ta. The apartment was very comfortable and Veronica and her team communicated perfectly. Thanks for everything. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s Place. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos, and extremely clean (very important to me). The space was perfect for our family. It was nice to have a full kitchen, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The grounds were also lovely, and the two restaurants on site offered great food. We felt very safe with the two staffed gates you have to pass through in order to enter the property. Veronica and Paty were super communicative, and quickly dealt with any small issues that arose. I would not hesitate to book with them again in the future.

We had a wonderful family time, everyone had its own space, the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook, we had a great view balcony and the condo comes with everything you need to carry to te beach, pool is huge, not crowded 🙏, we were looking for peace and this was the perfect place to spend our vacations. I do highly recommend this condo. Host was amazing, quick response and attention all the time, Thank you..

This is the second time we've stayed here and it will continue to be the option when we go to Playa del Carmen! Everything was impeccable, the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable, the pools were amazing, a super plus because they are very large, the water was at a delicious temperature, the sea was within walking distance (this time we were unlucky because of the sargassum, but that is not related to the accommodation, all of Playa del Carmen was full, but for the same reason the pools were our salvation) about 6 minutes from the accommodation there is a 24 HOUR Soriana so the day we arrived we could go to the supermarket without any problem even though it was night, it is a very good location, if you are thinking of staying here do not hesitate 10/10

I had the most incredible stay at Veronica’s beachside apartment in Playa del Carmen! From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was a special place. The apartment was spotless—immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach but still incredibly private and peaceful. I stayed with children as a family. The apartment is very nice, illuminated and has everything you need to be at home on the beach. We love the pool restaurant. The prices are high but the food rich and very comfortable a few steps from the apartment. The beach is the best. It's paradise. Paty leave us things to be able to start living the apartment without the rush to go to the super. This is a plus Soap, toilet paper, rags in the kitchen, soaps and shampoo. Water to drink. We had a wonderful vacation. If I would come back!

My favorite place to stay with my family. My girls are small and I always feel very safe in Mareazul. My stay with Verónica de 10, I will definitely return to Mareazul as every year.

Great communication, very attentive. I have gone to Mareazul many times, but the experience changes a lot when the apartment is in very good condition and the attention provided by the host. Recommended.

It was on a family trip, the stay was very comfortable and pleasant, it was exactly the same as posted with excellent cleanliness! I consider myself a very demanding person at this point and I felt very comfortable with what I saw. The complex is large and very nice and super well cared for, the beach is beautiful and the employee service is excellent. We'll be back soon ! Thanks to Paty who was an excellent host always looking out for us and giving us all the facilities for a good stay.

It's even better than the pictures! Comfortable beds, clean linens, all the kitchen ware you need for cooking, bottled water is provided, nice bathroom towels and beach towels. Beautiful beach with great swimming and friendly beach attendents. Huge, clean pool with sun beds and tables/chairs with shade. 2 quiet hammock areas. Great food at both restaurants. Everything you might need at the little store. Super responsive host. Had excellent facials and massages at the spa. Super safe and secure. Fantastic concierges at the front desk. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Large accommodation and very clean. Responsive host who cares about our comfort and well-being. The very large pool is amazing. There is ample room in the shade as needed. The private beach is beautiful. It has people assigned to set you up with chairs and sunshades. Both restaurants were delicious. The site staff were friendly, professional, and smiling. I will not hesitate to come back to Veronica's and the Mareazul site.

At the beginning Patricia contacted us way before our arrival. As soon we walked in the place feels like home. Extremely clean and very spacious. Much more then we expected. Unbelievable location! From a huge and pretty swimming poll you can walk straight to the beach. The condo has everything you need. And I completely love it when I could connect my phone strait to tv speakers and play the relax music relaxing in the jacuzzi on the balcony. Patricia is indescribable nice and kind and so very lovely person to even just talk to. Me and our family travel around the worlds to all different places and I can easily say that this place will be one of my favorite to go back which we already planning to go there again and stay at least 2 weeks. For our 7 years old daughter this place was magical! That’s how she described. She could swing on the hammock for ours enjoying the view from the balcony. From my heart thank you Patricia for the lovely welcome and for everything you done. You the best

Very nice place, recommended for all kinds of ages and relaxing and many things to do, the spectacular pool and the beach just a few meters away. The interior of the apartment has everything you need for a good stay and is spacious in all areas, I would stay here again and patricia very attentive to messages and gave us a tour with everything we needed to know.

The apartment is inside a coto, which makes it safe and you experience a family atmosphere. It has 2 restaurants where the quality and service are very good! It is well located a few blocks away you connect with the federal road that takes you to the parks, cenotes, Tulum…. We will definitely be here, I recommend it! The hostess was always ready to answer all our questions, very helpful and kind!

Second stay in 6 months and we recommend it. The site is safe, restaurants are delicious and all amenities are close by. We hope to return.

As seen in the photos. You could see it so much the sea, but if some sea can be seen. The apartment is amazing. Its furniture, kitchen; bedrooms, terrace , jacuzzi. The view is incredible!!!! We were delighted, we want to return with the kids, because we were only a couple celebrating our anniversary. We loved it for kids to enjoy themselves, too.

The apartment was clean and very close to the beach. The beach access is literally 5 mins as described with parking. The beach has staff, who help you set up the umbrella and chairs. The pool is huge and a really nice place to hang out.

The apartment is inside a very quiet and impeccable development, it makes you feel that you have not left the house. Veronica's attention during the booking process and Patricia's during our stay was outstanding. We highly recommend this place in every way.

The perfect spot - incredibly clean and well furnished - comfortable beds! We could hear the waves at night…super quiet complex which was really nice as we were using it for a base to explore the area so it was wonderful to come back to to enjoy the quiet beach, pool and facilities. Very safe with two guarded entries…I felt comfortable with my two kids running around. The space & the balcony are bigger and more beautiful than they appear in photos.

The complex is very well kept with restaurant, gym and mini market services, however the avenidad CTM ( beginning of the commercial Quinta) is at least half an hour's walk away.

Beautiful apartment, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures. Also, the condo where it is located is located is very cute. Veronica and Paty were attentive at all times and resolved what we asked of them. We had a very nice vacation. Thank you for everything!

Everything was spotless!!

We traveled to this location with our 5 year old. Everything is as described in the advertisement. Home is on second floor in a gated community. There’s a local store on site that you can pick up snacks and minor groceries. The home is very clean, has everything you need, and the host was wonderful. The pool and beach was amazing. The neighborhood surrounding the area is a little rough, but it actually seems to be like that for most of the coastal region. Travel tip (unrelated to the Airbnb) for families—prearrange your arrival transportation. Prior to arriving, we booked a car through Priceline, thinking we would have no issues once we arrived. The rental car company pretended not to have the reservation, then quoted us an astronomical amount to rent. Furthermore, it was a ridiculous amount for taxi, $75/person! We finally had to just give in and rent a car, paying a ridiculous amount.

We loved our stay and will be back soon. The condo is spacious and well-equipped. The beach is sublime and the pools are incredible. The on-site restaurants are delicious and affordable. We were two families and it's agreeable, you would have stayed another few days in this little paradise.

Mareazul is the perfect spot for family vacation, the complex is so amazing, the two restaurants are outstanding and the beach is lovely. Away from the crowds but close enough to La 5Ta Avenida. Strongly recommended.

This is a great place to stay, with everything you need to spend an incredible few days in Playa del Carmen. The services from Paty, the manager, and communication is excellent. You are greeted with complimentary fruit and water and the facilities are spotless, clean and comfortable. The restaurants inside the place are delicious, huge pool and the beach incredible. Very large and very comfortable complex. The apartment is as seen in the photos. It has everything you need to not leave, even with two restaurants where the food is great and quite generous. Beach without seaweed, by car 10 minutes from La Quinta. Paty is attentive from a week before your stay, during and until the end of your stay.

The condominium and its common areas are quite spacious so we had no problem finding a place in the pool, restaurants or the beach. Just finished a fantastic stay at Veronica's apartment! Our host, Patty, communicated with us beforehand. We had a delay at the airport due to our luggage not arriving and Patty was patient and met us at the condo to give us a walkthrough. She provided us with places to shop for clothes and restaurants. The condo was clean and everything our family of 5 needed with space and amenities (kids loved the hammock and hot tub). The beds were very comfortable! The property has two restaurant/bar onsite, an abundance of swimming pools and quick access to the beach. Since parking was included, we rented a car to get around. On the drive between the property and 5th avenue, we were able to try restaurants where the locals go. We felt very safe with two security gates and security walk around to ensure things were going smoothly. We enjoyed our time here very much that we are already looking forward to returning in the near future! This is the perfect property to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

Veronica’s house was amazing!! My husband and I stayed there with our 2 young kids and my parents and there was plenty of room for all. The view is fantastic, the AC runs so well and the pools on the grounds are overwhelmingly beautiful. The condo and the grounds are kept up so nicely. It looks even better than the pictures. The grounds have 2 restaurants so there is breakfast through dinner without even leaving the property but all of Playa is only a 10 minute drive and there is a lot in between. The hosts were extremely responsive whenever we had a question or needed a grocery store suggestion. In short, we will absolutely return and I would give better than a 5 star rating if I could. Thank you Veronica and Paty!

Wonderful stay, comfortable, clean and well-kept apartment, very good taste and quality, spectacular pools and with good maintenance of everything in general. A great location and close to downtown Playa del Carmen, half an hour from Puerto Aventuras, an hour from Tulum and Cancun. I'm very special about the comfortable and quality of the beds, and they definitely are. Excellent communication with Paty. A wonderful experience that I will definitely repeat!!

The condo was great!!! Everything was as described, nice, & clean. We loved playing the pool and beach/ocean with our 2 kids. The beach umbrellas & lounge chairs there for us to use we’re fantastic. Really enjoyed our vacation and would love to go back.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The condo was perfect and Mareazul is awesome, especially with kids. It’s a good location and everything you need is a quick cab ride away..The host was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back again.

Absolutely fantastic. The apartment is gorgeous and brand new. Loved the decoration. Completely equipped ( new appliances) View is stunning from the balcony in a lovely complex with a very nice pool and beach. (Umbrellas and beach loungers are daily provided) Quiet beach, as there is no public entrance nearby. We were pampered and welcomed with everything we could posible need. Our host Contact Patricia, was available though all the stay and had a prompt answer always. Recommended 100% Only observation. As complex is brand new there are some apartments in finishing stage making some noise which was not a problem for us, as we were all day in the beach.

The place is spectacular, we will definitely return. The depto is spacious and with everything you need to enjoy a good vacation, plus the location is excellent and a plus was to have direct access to the beach a few steps from the place. The views are amazing, the common spaces like the pools are really good and very large, 100% recommended, we look forward to returning soon.

The entire building is under construction. Daytime noise was less than ideal but no more obnoxious than load neighbors, so not too bad. The beds and pillows were wonderful - comfortable! Everything worked properly. It felt new
