We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The whole complex is very nice and the house is very well equipped. There were 8 of us and we were comfortable

The stay was spectacular The super comfortable apartment! We arrived and it was spotless! Super comfortable beds There were 5 adults, so we used the three rooms and each had its own bathroom At first I was going to arrive before check-in time and they had no problem with me checking in early (then I didn't use it because the plane was delayed!!!) Paty, who was the one I contacted upon arrival, was also always very loving and helpful! Ready to help us with everything!!!! If I had to say something that the apartment was missing, it's an electric kettle!! Since we Argentines drink a lot of mate!!! The rest 1000 points!! It had everything!! Thank you

The apartment is superbly located, the beach is beautiful, the amenities in the pool and beach area are perfect, the apartment is very nice. The room with bunk beds is small. The kitchen has everything we need. Very good host. My suggestion is the check-out time… set it at noon at the earliest, since it's practically a lost day because check-out is at 11 am

Monica and Patty were super nice from start to finish. Quick responses! They helped order food to have dinner when we arrived (grocery delivery quite expensive, but nice to have dinner on arrival, especially with hungry children.) Super beautiful, spacious and clean place. Swim out shallow, perfect for the kids. Big pool a short walk away and beautiful beach 3 minutes walk away. A small cart is provided to transport stock or go for groceries, that's great! Beach/pool towels provided. Walmart-style grocery store a 25-minute walk away. (Soriana) Safe walk, no worries about getting out of the complex. The "real" 5th Avenue (where it's interesting and touristy) 35 minutes walk away!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this amazing apartment. It is very close to downtown while feels very private and safe. The pool area and the whole complex was very quite and not crowded at all while we were there. The complex and common areas are kept very clean and maintained daily. Very responsive host and friendly gate security which greeted us and showed us the apartment. We will definitely come back!

This place was amazing. It was clean, close to the pool, restaurant and beach. We dealt with Paty and she was very responsive and helpful. It is very close to downtown playa del Carmen. I went with my family 7 of us and we all loved the condo it was great!

The apartment within the resort is very nice, spacious, with all amenities advertised. The resort has several swimming pools, exit to the sea, lynch private beach, two restaurants with very delicious preparations. We travel 6 people, we paid for each meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) approximately 2400 MXN. At the resort reception there is a convenience store. While the resort is a little far from the village, easy transportation is available. We were shared by the private transportation service contact to and from the airport, whose charge was much cheaper than the one offered at the airport.

The apartment is just as it was described . Everything you need to have a great vacation.

The place it’s very nice, has all the amenities that you may need. Modern, clean, spacious, close to pools, restaurants and beach. Loved it!!

We stayed at Patricia/Monica's apartment and our experience was excellent. The 10/10 location just steps away from the beach and pool. The delicious restaurants. The apartment is very clean, modern and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy as a family of Playa del Carmen. We will be back soon!

We stayed one week here and after checking out of two other airbnbs in the area after checkout it really gives perspective at how amazing this rental is! Hurricane Alberto sucked ! It rained a lot. But it was so nice to have a clean place to come hunker down. Comfortable beds! Amazing AC. Responsive hosts ! Internet was great and the pool amazing. The only sad thing is to see how the condominium has already been so poorly maintained. Fountains don’t work, pools have stains on many places. You would think this condominium is very old. The dish washer was broken, and for people who cook like us it was hard to wash dishes daily on vacation. They had great pots and pans and even an air fryer! We would definitely come back again!

It was a beautiful place. 3min walk to beach, pool front, right next to the restaurant which isn’t loud or disruptive. I’m a little unclear about the host information. I communicated w/two ladies both named Patrica. I don’t believe I communicated with Monica. They set up transportation from the airport, well communicated, organized and reasonably priced the driver didn’t know how to find the place but we made it. Air conditioning worked great, pool was nice not too cold and clean. Big pool was very nice. Patrica met me there showed me everything. Felt very secure. They had beach towels, a wagon and cooler to use. Bathrooms had shampoo/condition/body wash, hair dryer. Only negatives is the hot tub jets were difficult to turn off and the dishwasher didn’t work and there were no washcloths. Not the property’s problem but the service at the beach restaurant is very slow, food is plan and expensive. Lastly it is about a 15 min drive from town you will need to rent a car or use taxi.

My family and I were very happy in Monica's apartment. I recommend it for future family trips. Patricia was always very attentive to everything. We'll be back
