This spot was perfect for our family of four with a toddler. Just a few minutes from town and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here.

This is a beautifully designed home, with modern polished concrete surfaces, tasteful decor and attention to comfort. There are numerous enjoyable living spaces both inside and outside, so whether you want to hang out as a group or find a nook for some alone time, you’re covered. The outdoor pool is a true gem, nestled among attractive tropical plants - the perfect oasis retreat from the dusty streets of Sayulita. The local team that manages the property are top-notch, too: friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive. Easily among the best experiences we have had booking properties on Airbnb.

Casa Cote was clean, updated, and they were very responsive and helpful. The check in and check out process was easy. The boiler had an issue and they dealt with it quickly. The location was great and you could walk into town and the beach easily. The pool was key with our kids. The garden was really nice as well. They swam in it every day. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay in Case Cote! Everything was clean, loved having a pool and outdoor shower. Easy walk to the beach and downtown without all the sounds.

We loved our stay at Casa Coté! The property management group is super friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house worked well for our family, although we didn’t use the master bedroom on the second floor. It would be a great setup for 2 families traveling together to have a little separation. The pool and outdoor spaces are lovely. It’s such a short walk to the beach and just a little farther to the center of town. Tons of great food all around. The beds are quite firm, but the only real complaint we had was outside of the host’s control - the rooster across the street! It is SO LOUD all night long. We brought ear plugs but it still woke us up. There are many in town, so I think this is something most Airbnbs would have to deal with.

Absolutely beautiful house, pictures don’t show the great design. Outdoor spaces were roomy and very private, the upstairs veranda was outstanding. Bedrooms had plenty of room for clothes, each room had its own air conditioning so we could control our own. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, plus a full size frig stored everything we needed for a week. The hosts were very accommodating and had everything that we needed to know on their app. Fantastic place!

Allison and her team were amazing, incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The house was pristine and such a great hang out spot. Also great how walkable it was to everything. They have clearly nailed hosting. One of my favorite Airbnb experiences! Hope to be able to stay there again sometime.

our time at CASA COTE was magical! the house is aesthetically a total delight & very well-maintained & appointed. the location in sayulita was perfection— close to everywhere we wanted to be, & so peaceful. i think it should be renamed casa CIELO

The place was beautiful, easy to get to the beach, easy to walk into town. We did rent a golf cart to get around. It was peaceful and quiet, which is nicer than the other side of town that tends to be a little bit noisier. I would stay here again!

Super place to enjoy family holidays. Everything was as in the photos. Carlos was very kind and responsive to our requests. We appreciated the host's recommendations and flexibility for the checkout time. The only downside is the street to go to the accommodation which is in very poor condition and which prevented us from using the strollers with our young children. We finally rented a golf cart to easily travel all week. We recommend the place!

The house was great and comfortable. The pool was refreshing after a beach day which was a quick walk down. House was as described with all detailed amenities. Upon arrival we were greeted by property manager which was a great experience to be able to ask them questions on local recommendations. I cannot say enough about Allie and her incredible team of co-hosts. There is a lot of love poured into this home and it shows in how it is laid out, the amenities provided and the team involved to make the experience from check in to out as seamless as possible. I chose Allie’s place because of the gorgeous plunge pool and relaxing patio areas. For a group of seven girls we were extremely comfortable. I appreciated the onsite laundry and readily available filtered water. Close to everything while still being a private getaway. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Allie and team!

Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Allie’s home. She has a great team working with her who were very responsive and helpful. Great communication. They were very respectful of our privacy as a new pool heater needed to be installed during our stay. We enjoyed the newly heated pool. I was also appreciative of a special request I needed. Home is very walkable to town, beach and great restaurants. We walked everywhere first few days but did get a golf cart third day which I recommend. Two things to note the upstairs is not accessible from the main level. It is great however for those seeking added privacy. Allie does mention construction noise and we found that to be accurate. However the contractors seem not to start until mid morning and end mid afternoon. We were mostly gone during construction hours. So did not really bother us much. We would definitely love to come back again!

We had a great stay at Casa Cote! The team in Sayulita was super responsive and very helpful. The house looked exactly like the photos and was well equipped with everything we needed. We look forward to staying again next year :)

Simply an excellent place to rest and vacation; very accommodating with the check-in and check-out times. Communication with Carlos was very friendly and approachable. We will definitely stay at the property again.
