This place is magical. Perfect for our family of five with older kids. We were able to swim, walk, cook, go on all the adventures and have some real quality time before our oldest kids go off to college. We will be back!

Beautiful home surrounded by lush jungle. We saw howler monkeys, a pizote and a masked tree frog on the property. Easy walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. We used the upstairs as our primary space and the room below as an office to take calls and for hubby to get ready for his surf sessions. We loved the pool, the recs from Ryan, and the landry service was a bonus surprise, which we appreciated. Dont hesitate, book now....you will not regret it. We cant wait to return!

We loved our 5 days in Nosara and wish it were longer. The house was perfect for us and the ability to walk to the beach and the bodhi tree resort for yoga sessions was awesome. Ryan was incredible and helped us arrange golf cart and beach gear rentals and offered excellent restaurant recommendations. Look forward to returning again in the near future.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place. The pool was great after a day at the beach. We walked to the beach most days. Nice surf. It was a perfect setup for a family of 6. My wife and I enjoyed the privacy of the separate unit while the grandkids and parents were upstairs. Nosara is wonderful and we enjoyed the people and the pure food. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Four Winds, the house is located in the section K of Nosara. Walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property manager a Ryan and Yan are excellent.

This AirBnB is such a great find! The home and surroundings were beautiful, actually better than the photos, and made us feel very comfortable and right at home. Communication leading up to the trip was proactive and clear. We really appreciate how easy they made checking in - the house can be very difficult to find, so they plan to meet you at an easy-to-locate spot in town so you can follow them to the house. The house was gorgeous. Clean, and comfortable. With reliable air conditioning to help dry out all your clothes that will be damp from humidity. The pool was perfect. Especially when you needed to get out of the salt water of the ocean for a bit. We could hang at the pool and watch Howler Monkeys in the trees and Coatimundis wander through the yard. How cool. Most importantly, it’s a short walk to the beach, and the surf shop is on the way, ensuring you’ve got everything you need for an amazing day of surfing. We’ll stay again for sure and recommend others do too

We loved this house for our first visit to Playa Guinoes! Conveniently located near many restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding tropical landscaping. We watched the howler monkeys play in the trees right beside the pool. The near-site property manager was friendly and walked us through everything, provided lots of local recommendations and was extremely helpful when needed. Overall, very comfortable and highly recommended. Pura Vida!

Our family of five stayed at Four Winds for three nights. What a wonderful place! House is as described. Beautiful furnishings, clean and well-stocked. Pool was amazing. We were able to walk to the beach which was a huge plus. Stephanie, Ryan and Yan were very responsive. Ryan meet us for check-in, which was very helpful. Ryan and Yan were very accommodating and provided some great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Only negative was the construction site at a nearby lot. Construction is active starting at 7:00 a.m. While host obviously cannot control this, and Nosara is a growing area, I did ask host prior to booking and was told that there was no active construction in the area. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay at Four Winds and hope to visit again.

So welcoming. House was perfect, great on cation, walking distance to Restaurant and beach.

Our family of five spent an incredible 9 days here, celebrating new years together in beach/jungle paradise. The house is dialed in and set in a peaceful area, still less than 10 minutes walking to the beach. Getting to the more active area of town is a longer walk, worth the quad or side by side rental for us. We can’t wait to come back!
