These villas are located in the sought-after K Section of Guiones Beach, Nosara, Costa Rica. They offer a tranquil retreat just a short walk from the pristine surf and white sandy beaches. Unlike many rentals in Nosara that are near busy roads, these homes provide greater privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, making for a serene environment rarely found in the area.

The Space

Four Winds is a peaceful oasis situated in the heart of the K Section. It is accessed via a private driveway and surrounded by lush tropical jungle inhabited by monkeys and colorful birds—perfect for an authentic Costa Rican experience. Although there was some construction noise in the past, the property now enjoys quiet and calm.

This custom-built home features:

The house is designed to accommodate both experienced travelers and newcomers, offering comfort and convenience throughout. The entire residence, including the spacious main living area and fully equipped kitchen, is air-conditioned for your comfort.

The kitchen is modern, well-equipped, and regularly updated to ensure you have everything needed for meal preparation. The large exterior porch provides ample comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the poolside atmosphere.

Please note that the pool is unfenced and may not be suitable for families with young children.

Neighborhood

The K Section is primarily a residential area, providing a quiet and peaceful setting while remaining close to restaurants and shops. Playa Guiones is best explored on foot, but guests may also enjoy touring the area using an ATV or gas-powered golf cart. There is ample parking available for these vehicles as well as for cars if you prefer air-conditioned transportation.

Guest Access

While there is a laundry room onsite, the appliances are for cleaning staff use only. Laundry service is provided once a week during cleaning visits. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with quotes available.

Important Information

Nosara and Playa Guiones are rapidly growing communities. Construction noise may occur, typically between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., sometimes starting as early as 6:00 a.m. We strive to keep guests informed about any construction, but advance notice is not always provided. Please contact us before booking if you have concerns, as refunds or concessions will not be issued for construction-related disturbances beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.

The home and property are privately owned. The owners and managers are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, or theft of personal belongings occurring on the premises. By booking, guests accept all risks related to their use of the property and any invited visitors.

Policies

• Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Please notify the Four Winds management team via Airbnb if arriving after 9:00 p.m. A $150 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after this time.
• Late checkout may be available upon request and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance via the Four Winds chat. Unauthorized late departures will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the home; smoking is allowed only outdoors.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Guests are responsible for any additional persons on the property.
• Appliances should be used only for their intended purposes.
• Vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
• Towels provided for bathroom and pool use should not be taken to the beach.
• All keys must be returned immediately upon checkout. Failure to do so will incur a $150 charge.
• Guests agree not to use the property for improper purposes or cause disturbances to neighbors, residents, or natural areas.
