This is the second time we have stayed at Casa Maracuya. We love spending our vacations there. We really enjoyed the pool. The house is very nice and in a good location.

The pictures don’t express how beautiful this home is. My entire family loved our stay here.

Our Family vacation met our expectaction and more, we were able to relax and feel very comfortable and enjoy our time there. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect and beautiful. The garden was incredible. The entire house was awesome. Our contact person, Abi, was the best, she was quick to respond to any question I had and she really made me feel more relaxed for my first visit to Merida. Also, from this house using Uber was very easy and going to the center of town was about 5 minutes. It was nice staying is a quiet area and then it was easy to go anywhere in town. I would stay here again. I would like to live in this house!

We absolutely loved Casa Maracuya! The house and landscaping were beautiful and very well decorated. The location is perfect if you are wanting a central location, close to the amenities of Centro. The house is very large, accommodating 8 of us perfectly. Finally, our host was very responsive! We were in communication about various things throughout the trip. We would definitely recommend!

We were very happy in this wonderful house in downtown Merida. It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, Abi, the person who assists with check-in and check-out, was always available, and helped us to be as comfortable as possible. It was a shame to have to leave the house, I wish we had stayed longer. We hope to return! Thank you so much.

Nancy's home in Merida is absolutely stunning. The house is much bigger in reality. It's extremely comfortable, designed with a thoughtful attention on every level. All the bedrooms and beds are every comfortable; the house and neighborhood are very quiet. The pool is awesome and so is the garden. Abi, the property manager, is a delight of a person and was very responsive when we had a few questions. Highly recommended!

The house is lovely and just as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked and the location convenient. We enjoyed the terraza and the beautiful outside space. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend the Casa Maracuya for your stay in Merida.

My friends and I had such a wonderful stay at Casa Maracuya. It was my birthday and the host had lovely flowers and a delicious bottle of red wine from Valle de Guadalupe. Everything is even better than pictured. The upper level balcony patio is perfect for watching the sunset and rainbow. The washer and dryer were very convenient for all the towels we used from the pool, Progreso beach, and cenotes. The house had everything: bug spray, bug zappers, umbrellas, etc. I had such a wonderful birthday celebration, Casa Maracuya was a highlight. 10/10 recommend!

It was the best reservation I've ever made, the place was excellent, the kitchen was super clean and with everything you need, the rooms were very clean too and the beds were super comfortable, I rested super well, the pool is super nice, the kids had a lot of fun, and the service I had with the host was magnificent, super friendly, definitely super recommended ❤️

This was our 2nd stay in Merida and we loved this villa! Nancy and Gerardo are super friendly. The place feels spacious, good size rooms and a beautiful pool and garden at the back. Perfect!

We loved our stay at casa Maracuya! Everything was beautiful and the pool and patio are a relaxing oasis.

We enjoyed at our stay at Casa Maracuya. We had a total of 8 guests ranging in age from 11 to 80+; everyone was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spa-like. A big plus was A/C and ceiling fan control in each bedroom. Beautiful gardens ideal for rest and relaxation. No issues with Wifi access. Large TV was private and ideal for children wanting entertainment while the adults socialized. The pool was perfect for the hot days. We used the upper level balcony to watch the blood red moon. Host was responsive and friendly. Would return to this house and would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nancy's place. We were in Merida for a wedding and used the airbnb as a home base. It was easy to walk into Merida for restaurants and sight seeing. We explored the area and went to Uxmal, a cenote and Progresso. Geraudo also recommended a wonderful personal chef for us. All questions were promptly answered. Highly recommend.

The location was ideal: a very quiet neighborhood, not close to many restaurants, but an Uber ride away if needed. The place is beyond great; it was amazing. It's a great place for families to spread out. Gerardo was incredibly responsive and friendly, always a message away if we needed anything. I want to emphasize how beautiful this home is. The rooms are beautiful and big enough to accommodate all your needs! My friends and I enjoyed our stayed here it’s fairly close to downtown Merida and for the most part very safe and secure. I was in contact with our host serval times throughout the trip and he would reply and answer any questions I had quickly. This home has many insta picture worthy photo opportunities as it’s very chic and beautiful. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home would definitely recommend future friends and family!

Can’t say enough about this place. Even more beautiful than the photos show and extremely comfortable. This was a perfect fit for my family of 6. There was always plenty of room for us to have our privacy as well as have areas for communal space. Even though it is about a 20-min walk from the main plaza, which can be challenging in the hot sun, the area is very peaceful and quiet. Ubers had no issues finding us. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place. 10/10.

I really enjoyed my stay , the house is very nice and very well cared for, the photos match the listing and you have everything you need to enjoy each space. The hosts were very friendly and always attentive to what was offered. The location is very close to Paseo Montejo so you have access to many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

All the time they were aware that we were fine, we were touched by very heavy rains with flooding and even though the house has many open areas, we did not suffer anything. Everyone's attention is spectacular.

The house is very nice, it looks just like the pictures. It has air conditioning in all rooms and in the kitchen/living room, which helps a lot to tolerate the high temperatures of Merida. The pool is perfect in size, we were 6 adults and we were able to swim and enjoy it all at the same time. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to all the attractions of downtown Merida. It's definitely a house I recommend, my whole family liked it.

It was an excellent stay we had at home Maracuyá. Started by the photos that don't do it justice to how beautiful the house is. It's super well-equipped and super comfortable. It has many spaces to be, enjoy, and full of little details. Gerardo was super on the lookout for us and had too many attentions that I had never had with any other Airbnb host, definitely the best experience I've had. We were very happy, thank you so much for everything!!! We hope to come back soonooo

WOW. This house is a total dream. Everything is beautiful, inside as well as outside in the courtyard / garden pool area. It’s also very large and accommodated our group very well (two sets of parents, a baby, a toddler, a grandma). The hosts are super responsive and helpful. The area feels safe and walkable. We will be dreaming about that pool and beautiful garden!

The house was amazing! It had all the amenities needed and that were useful. Gerardo was very attentive and was quick to respond to all of our questions. Check-in/check-out was smooth and Gerardo met us there to show us around the property. The pool was our favorite part located in the center of the home off the kitchen/dining area. The location was also within walking distance to food and convenience stores. I highly recommend the property for your stay in Merida.

I don’t know where to start! Saying that Nancy and Gerardo were a pleasure to deal with is the understatement of the century! Just fantastic, really if you’re coming to Merida and have a larger family or just want an ultra safe feeling space in a very convenient location look no further, this is it. Spectacularly clean, well equipped and minutes from just about everything. We honestly didn’t have to ask them for anything, it was ready to go and stayed that way. Zero issues. Appliances and A/C units all brand new and worked like a charm and the pool was great too. We felt very at home. Thanks again!

The house is beautiful and spacious. It is modern yet has a traditional feel and the outdoor space is impressive. It was also immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are friendly, flexible and responsive.

This home is a true gem. We have stayed in some beautiful homes, and this one stands out at the top. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The garden area around the pool is a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning or to wind down in the evenings. The house is well taken care of, and the items in the house are quality. Arriving from the street, you will have little idea what a beautiful oasis awaits. The house was perfect for our group of seven with three children ranging in age from 6 to 16.

Casa Maracuya is a sanctuary in the middle of Merida. It’s one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. I felt like I was staying at a tropical 5 star resort! I love how spacious the rooms are. The highlight is definitely the pool area and terrace! The home is located in a quiet suburb and is about 15-20 min walk to the city center. Nancy and Gerardo were wonderful hosts who provided great recommendations and were super quick to respond to our needs! I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in Merida, you need to stay here! You won’t regret it :)

Highly recommended! We were blown away by the space. If possible, it looks even better than the pictures. It's large, spacious, well-decorated, and very peaceful. We had 3 adults and 2 kids with us, and we didn't even use all the space. The kids LOVED the pool! It was so convenient having it right in the house with us. We were even able to let them swim first thing in the morning before we went out for the day. And the adults were even able to have a night swim after the kids went to bed. The hosts were great. Flexible with check-in and offered great recommendations for shops and restaurants. All-in-all, this was the perfect place to stay to explore Merida. We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing house with gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. Perfect size for my family of 6 to spread out and have their own spaces but convene together in the kitchen or living room. My kids swam every day and loved the pool. Gerardo was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend a stay here!

Casa Maracuya is a private oasis in the heart of Merida. From stylish decor and soaring ceilings in the living area to lush greenery surrounding the pool, this home truly belongs in a magazine! Our multi-generational group of seven appreciated the layout, with two bedrooms in the front house and two with private entrances in the back house behind the pool. We had beautiful spaces to gather AND serene places to spend time alone. Last but not least, Gerardo was an amazing host: He responded within minutes anytime we had a question, and sent a cleaning crew almost immediately when we had some broken glass. One note about the location: We enjoyed this residential urban neighborhood and felt very safe. However, it takes about 15 minutes to walk (in hot weather, down streets with extremely narrow sidewalks!) to restaurant and shopping districts. This shouldn't be a deterrent as long as you're prepared, but I do recommend making sure it's the right fit for your group.

This place looks just like the (gorgeous) photos. Moreover, it has a perfect layout for two families, as one set of bedrooms is separated from the other, and everything is incredibly private. Marida, itself, is great, but we all remarked that this house was the nicest part we experienced. Culture in the daytime, and luxury in the evening, what a life! Gerardo answered all of our questions quickly and gave clear instructions and friendly responses. 10/10 would go back.

We stayed in the house during almost three months. It is an absolutely wonderful place, we enjoyed every minute there. I can only recommend it and hope that we can stay there again soon.

Stayed at Nancy’s place with my family of 7 (3 couples and my niece).Her house was even more beautiful in person! I loved the lay out and spacing of her place. I like that two of the bedrooms were split up by the pool. It made it perfect for everyone to feel like they had their own private space if needed. Great place for a group of couples and close friends! Her house was a perfect 5 minute drive to “el centro” and an hour away from Uxmal. Nancy and her team responded quickly to emails and were very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved Casa Maracuya. The house is beautiful and well laid out and it was so easy to get settled in after traveling. The house feels fresh and clean has lots of light and wonderful air flow. The bedrooms are set up for privacy and convenience. We were travelling with our 9 year old daughter over Christmas and so happy we chose Casa Maracuya.

This was a beautifully decorated, incredibly lovely spot. Garden and pool were gorgeous, and the house was super clean, with very comfortable beds. We stayed here with my parents and had our own private spaces. Having a rental car was necessary for us to get to more central areas (as my parents are a bit older), however, the walk isn’t long to the Centro.

This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. The place is beautiful and very clean. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. The house has everything you need and it’s close to downtown Mérida. We would gladly stay here again!

We've been to Merida 12 times and are building a home there, and by far this is our favorite place to stay. We've been here 3X and it's perfect for our family. Our 6/year old loves the pool and lizards. It's spacious, clean and quiet and there's great separation between the rooms. 10/10.

Lovely place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this airbnb! It home is beautiful and in the perfect location. Close enough to walk but also a short walk so it isn't noisy. We loved the living areas and the pool, just as described in the photos. The host was incredibly kind and also bought us bug spray etc. Would definitely stay again!

Nancy’s house is a perfect sanctuary—a true Merida masterpiece!! It belongs in Architectural Digest—yes, it’s that pretty. It combines outdoor living with indoor living in the best way possible. Mosquito guards cover all open windows, large sliding doors open from the living room to the pool area, merging the two seamlessly, and each bathroom has its own plant life fed by rain water. The pool area is the prettiest I’ve seen yet. Nancy has outdone herself with the beauty she has planted. It’s relaxing just to sit and absorb!! The pool is the perfect temperature, the beds comfortable, the ac in the bedroom fast and efficient, the kitchen well stocked, and the communication between Gerardo and myself was fantastic!! My family of six will most certainly be back!! Thank you for such a lovey time!

PERFECT!! One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in, if not the best. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, communication with Gerardo is wonderful, the cleanliness is excellent and each stay is more beautiful than the previous one. They did us the favor of checking out late, because our flight left late and there were no other customers after, which allowed us to enjoy the city longer. I would definitely go back, thank you for everything!!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The house is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful details and comfortable hang out areas and bedrooms. The hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The area is very nice and safe to walk around no matter the time of the day/night and within walking distance of the Main Street.
