We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the home and location. We did have a minor A/C issue during our stay, but Gary was very responsive himself to our needs and had someone come out and had it repaired promptly. We really appreciated how quickly Gary addressed the issue and made sure we were taken care of. Things can happen with any home, and what really matters is how a host responds. Gary handled it quickly and professionally without hesitation. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. This home is where memories are made and joy is shared.

Casa Nelson is the perfect house for six people. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to prepare our meals . Nice big covered patio that provided ample outdoor seating and table for eating. We had two days of beach side massages under the covered patio. The beach is just steps away, and the house provides stunning ocean views all along the backside. It was a nice treat to have firewood already provided for the fire pit as the nights do cool down. The air conditioner worked great and the hot water for the showers was terrific. An added bonus is a coffee maker that does both drip and K cups. Plus there’s a countertop ice maker that kept us stocked with ice. I had a couple questions for Gary before our trip and he was great in his responses. I’ll be back to this property.

Always fantastic at Casa Nelson

Had a blast staying here. Great location, comfortable and well stocked, and with amazing tide pools.

We always love Gary’s place! Perfect location, perfect ambiance! So grateful that we get to spend a few days here now and again!

One of our favorite beach houses in Las Conchas. Pup friendly, toys for kids, puzzles and a great kitchen so we don’t have to leave the beach!

This is an amazing house, right on the beach, very clean, and description of amenities was completely accurate. I cook a lot when in Rocky Point and this kitchen had everything I needed. Gary is a great host, checked with us a few hours after check in yo make sure everything was good and if we had any issues. I will definitely stay at this house again if it is available. The price was worth it and this area of Los Conchas is very private and peaceful. Thank you Gary.

Casa de Nelson is nicely situated within Los Conchas. Being more towards the center of the strip, access is easy and getting to downtown areas is quick. The house simply feels like a beach house and we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of everything when it comes to kitchen and appliances, seating areas and comfy sofas, bedrooms/bathrooms and amenities etc. The place has everything you need, except one thing I would have preferred is maybe more comfortable/non-plastic seating for the patio. I know the salt air takes it's toll on patio furniture, but the plastic adirondack chairs just weren't comfortable to me and I ended up just sitting on the wall instead. Minor inconvenience. But, take advantage of the location and hang on the beach or just under the roof line and escape the sun with plenty of shade. The house is set up really nice and again, "a nice beachy feel". We had our two senior dogs along and it was a good setup for them as well. All in all, a really nice find!

Our family had a most relaxing stay. The view is a slice of paradise. Super comfortable beds, all the kitchen needs to cook meals at home, and soaked in all we could from the front patio. We can’t wait to be back!

This was the perfect location for our weekend. The house was clean, it was steps from the ocean, and it was just as nice to be inside enjoying the AC or out at the beach. Love that there are pics around to show how his family has grown up at this beach house. It’s far enough from the large masses of people that the high rises bring but it’s still just 5 minutes from restaurants and the grocery store.

We had a great time!!

We are a family of five that stayed for a week at Gary’s place from June 24-July 1st and we were extremely impressed. Seeing photos of the interior then actually walking into the house and seeing the breathtaking views of the beach were amazing. Gary was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier and also took the time to stop by and make sure we got in okay. We checked in and then went and bought groceries for the week at LEY Supermarket. We paid about $120 in US currency which was good considering being from Phoenix those groceries would have cost close to $300. Also make note that there is a convenience store called SIX which is located after the security guard shack after you enter the driveway to get into the community they have practically everything you may need and there is also a pharmacy on premises too. Although it was 90degrees during our stay the AC worked wonderful and the ocean was perfect. I took advantage of the ambience and popped the ? She said YES 😍👸🏻

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! We stayed here for 3 peaceful weeks. It’s right on the beach and close to town. Gary was very responsive and a great host. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay! The view was beautiful and the weather was absolutely wonderful! It was easy to hop on to the beach for a swim or walk with the dogs! Gary was easy to reach for any questions and we felt safe and at home the whole stay! We would love staying there again in the future!

This is the 3rd time “renting 3 different houses” from Gary. He is always a call away and helpful. Always a fun time. I needed to reach out to Gary a couple times and he was always very responsive and helpful. Will be back for sure.

The house is much nicer inside and out than the pictures show. Super equiped with everything one needs. Even tons of games and books. Very clean. Location is easy to find and get to. Its peaceful with very nice sandy beachfront. Private. Loved it in every way. We will be back.

We had a great stay! Not far from the Malecon. Our teenage kids enjoyed the beach toys and chairs that were in the shed. We had a small issue with the air conditioner, but it was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and great space by the beach.

Gary, the host, had to move us to this listing after there were maintenance issues at our original booking, and it was just as good! 2 king beds, AC worked great! The host is next door and had 2 wonderful dogs we were pleased to meet. We cooked all our meals in the home and were really lucky to catch a quiet few days at the beach. The place was great!

We loved our stay at Easy Street. This was our first time to Puerto Peñasco and the beach right out the back door and the night stars were amazing! The house was clean, had fresh bedding/towels and the kitchen was well appointed. Overall the house was as pictured. The owner is responsive and available. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return.

We have stayed in many places in Rocky Point, many in Las Conchas, the Nelson house superseded all of my expectations! We enjoyed every moment of our stay (even when we lost power for a while). The location, the views, the amenities in the home, just wonderful!

Beautiful place ! So peaceful , so many books and the reading nooks were perfect !! This place is stocked with everything you can ask for … bonus it was like a library so many books .. I’m sad I was only there for one full day.. should I lay in the sun or read a book .. I did both .. came home feeling so relaxed ! Ps … I never leave reviews , but this house needed a 5 star

We loved the house! It is better in person than in the pics, pics do not make it justice. Super spacious, clean, ocean front, calm, it has everything you can think of and more. just need to bring your cloths with you, you will find everything else there. I would love to go back for a longer stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at Easy Street and we came back because of the great experience the first stay. The location can’t be beat, the home is as advertised and no issues with either of our stays. Gary is reachable both before the stay with questions and during as well. This will likely be our go to AirBnB whenever we visit Rocky Point.

Nicest house I stay in Rocky point with the nicest view and it has a garage for two cars.

Very nice house, open and spacious. Brand new fridge; brand new counter-top ice maker; lots of games, toys and books. The gated courtyard, with room for up to 3 cars (with a squeeze) gives an added level of security. Gary was an excellent host and we are already looking to book another trip to Casa de Nelson later this year.

Gary was a great host. The house was clean and had a will supplied kitchen. Take some time and read the Sea Of Coertez book that is there.

Gary was very friendly and offered any assistance with anything if we needed it.

We had an amazing time here! The house was perfect for our group of two families & our dogs. Cannot beat the location, right on the beach. The home is even nicer than the photos depict, and felt very spacious. Gary was a very helpful & accommodating host. We will definitely return!

This home exceeded our expectations. The pictures and listing are accurate. We appreciated having access to the garage for our car. We felt very safe in the home and area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

The oceanview from the front entryway of the home is breathtaking. Everything within Gary's control is 5 stars! However, some things out of his control to expect: 1. The directions on Google Maps are not accurate. Use his turn by turn directions he sends you when the reservation is confirmed. 2. The beach is not private and has a community entryway next to the home where beach goers and vendors access the beach. Beach goers will set up camp for the day right between the home and the ocean frequently. 3. There are menus kindly provided in the home which can deliver to the property. Chef Mickey's Place great service but very overpriced for terrible food as it all lacked flavor. So pick another menu to order from. 4. Don't forget water shoes. You'll want them to go discover the creatures the low tide exposes on the rocky portion of the beach. Overall great stay and the property view made it all worthwhile.

Our family of 7 had a great time. There was plenty of space and all essentials were provided. The beach was steps away and going into town was a short distance.

We loved it! Easy Street is a great home. The layout is spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. The family, including the dogs were happy in the home, it was quiet and peaceful. I definitely recommend it.

Gary's place was as advertised. Right on the ocean, very clean and comfortable and 10-15 minutes from town and all that you will need. Would definitely stay again. One thing I would let people know if you have pets that will accompany you is that Gary has two very well behaved puppies who have free run of the beach and anywhere else they want to go so make sure to have your pet on a leash at all times to avoid any issues.

Gary’s place is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. It was very easy to check-in and check-out, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for our stay. The pictures do no justice, you must see in person!

Great house, great location, was perfect for a family vacation with little kids. House was very clean when we arrived and Gary was available for any questions or concerns we had.

Loved the house~decor is so pretty ~ so comfy & clean. Step out the back door onto the beach & water. Bring your beach shoes to navigate the rocks at low tide to reach the water!

The house is well situated on Las Conchas right on the beach front. Neat and clean. There wasn't enough bar soap so we called Gary and he came right over with it. He is very responsive. The check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am. The house cleaners were there at 10:15am and said check out was at 10am. I think there must have been a misunderstanding. I let them know we would be out at 11am. They waited outside the gate. If the house is heavily booked, be ready to be out at 11am. We have been renting this house since 1995 and it feels very safe. Never an issue.

Great location and an immaculate home. A big plus was the reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about Casa de Nelson was perfect from the directions and accessibility to the kitchen and supplies to the location ON the beach. There were plenty of bathroom towels and the beds were comfortable. Check in with a keypad, check out was simple...it worked out great. The fire pit was a nice added feature. Thank you, Gary, for a great spot to vacation! If you are heading to Rocky Point for the first time, I suggest bringing your own beach towels and water shoes or aqua socks. There are several rocky sections, especially in low tide. We also brought a 10x10 pop up along with blow up tubes.

This place is so beautiful the pictures do not serve justice the beach view is outstanding the beds are so comfortable I wish I could’ve stayed longer and Gary is such a nice guy very helpful I thought at first it would be awkward knowing that he is staying next-door nope not even he didn’t bother us he just helped us out when we needed help it was a really great home !

Casa de Nelson is the best!

The place was a little better than expected. Great price for being right on the beach. All 6 of us said we would definitely stay here again. We usually stay on Sandy Beach so it was nice to do Puerto Penasco a little differently this trip.

Gary's place was as described and did not disappoint. The kids loved being that close to the beach as did we so we could watch them from the house. Plenty of parking inside gate if needed. Convenience store nearby. Great neighbors. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, just steps to the beach, and the sounds and sights of the Gulf fill the house. Had every amenity we could need, and we really loved the big kitchen (with a beautiful ceiling) and the open floor plan. We were definitely sad to leave this wonderful spot. Gary is very responsive and helpful too.

The home was great! Very roomy and clean. It's got all the kitchen essentials so you don't really need to bring anything along for your cooking needs except the food of course :). The location was very easy to find and very close to the Malecon!
