Loved the house. It is in a good location. It is quiet and private. The rooms are spacious.

The house is very spacious. What I liked was that each room was independent, but at the same time they were connected, which made it comfortable to live together, since there were elderly people, people in their 40s and 20s, with different needs, and all of them were met. The terrace is very nice. The whole property is very nice. Mr. Manuel is very friendly. The cost for the number of people is proportional. It is well located, with everything nearby. The house is very clean. I hope to return!!!

Place was perfect for our large family, lots of space to hang out, especially the backyard which is stunning. Highly recommend!

A great place for large families!!

This week was a little different for us! I was expecting to buried my dad but during this week all of my kids came to Aguascalientes to spend some time together. We felt really good in this house. We felt the warmth and coziness of a family. From the beginning how Mr. Manuel treated us, until the the last day. So delightful to be there. Everything was clean. Stores and restaurants close to the house.

an excellent place for large families. You can have a barbecue, you can play in the backyard, the parking space is beautiful, the area is quiet and everything went very well when we were there. We were a group of 15 people and there was plenty of space. The house is amazing

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It is a historic place, spacious and with comfortable spaces, with a lot of beauty and an environment conducive to relax, coexist and sleep peacefully. It really is a gem within the city of Aguascalientes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It will definitely always be our first choice in Aguascalientes. The host Manuel was super attentive and cordial at all times. It has everything you need to cook, a washing machine, a dryer and even laundry soap. Great!!

Manuel was a wonderful host and myself and my party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is the perfect blend of a traditional Hacienda with modern amenities. All of the family both from the US and from Mexico had nothing but compliments about the spacious accommodations and the wonderful setting. Good host, very accessible

A lovely hacienda-like home that is perfect for large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio, a well furnished kitchen (note... many of the pots and pans are hidden in the oven) and very comfortable beds. the neighborhood is fun and lively and the cobblestone street a beautiful vestiges of the history of the home. Manuel went above and beyong receiving us late at night with sweet bread, candies and two water bottles ready to go! strongly recommend

The place is even more impressive than what the photos can show. Beautiful house , plenty of space to enjoy activities with the family. Location is perfect, a lot of things to do around the neighborhood , close enough to the city center and also far enough to enjoy some peaceful afternoons. The house has a very welcoming vibe and I know sometimes it’s hard to get some good sleep away from home but this time it wasn’t an issue, it was a very lovely and pleasant stay. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent location, comfort and services!!

Manual home was beautiful!!! The photos listed do not do it justice, it’s even more gorgeous in person. We went to Aguascalientes for a family wedding and needed a bigger home to accommodate our family size. All the rooms were big and clean. There were several restrooms in the home so nobody had to wait in line. The location of the home was perfect for us the centro was about 8-10 min away and there were several stores and restaurants at a walking distance. There’s enough space in the back of the home for kids to play with a doll house and trampoline. Another big plus was having a cochera, we were able to fit 4 cars inside the property and it had a remote control gate, so no need for street parking. I highly recommend Manuel’s home. It was spacious, private, quiet neighborhood and perfect for us. My entire family loved it! We are definitely booking again in the future.

this house is very nice ,large and comfortable ; it has everything you need to cook,the kitchen is very complete. It has space for everyone ,if they have small children the garden is very large and has a trampoline for them to have fun , everything was very clean, both Manuel and Yesi were very friendly and they were attentive to our needs, there is privacy and access to the house is easy ,there is a commercial square about 6 minutes walking and several places to eat . It's close to go downtown . It's definitely a very good option to stay ,my family was loved .

Not Manuel's space, no matter what you see in the photos, no matter what you see in the photos. The place is very big and nice. Very safe area, nice restaurants in the area. Manuel was very attentive at all times and when we arrived he gave us all the directions personally. Really strives to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you very much Manuel. We stayed 10 guests. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very functional. Huge garden space. Highly recommend the place for traveling as a group or family.

Honestly, we were more than surprised by the cleanliness, especially. We are a large group that travels every year and we had never had such a clean house. Manuel was very attentive at all times. This place is beautiful! We absolutely recommend this place for you and your family. There’s plenty of outdoor space, backyard patio area with a t.v., bbq pit, trampoline, play house, and extra two restrooms outside if needed. Our large family of 14 was more than comfortable in Manuel’s place… it felt like being at home. He personally met us to go over some details before settling in and gave us some brief history of his house. The large rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds, and with enough furniture for our belongings. It’s in a very safe neighborhood with great local restaurants minutes away just walking. We really appreciated the attention to detail, from the welcoming local candy Manuel gifted us when we arrived to the beautiful colorful tiled walls. You will have an amazing time here! Thank you Manuel! Hope to stay at your place again in the near future!

We loved our stay at Manuel's home! The listing photos are beautiful but when we arrived we realized the place was even nicer than expected! The house is recently remodeled but retaining its essence, it is perfectly equipped with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is very good, it worked perfect for what my family was looking for. We had a great time at Casa Fundicion. The space was absolutely what was promised. The house looks exactly like it does on the pictures if not better! It was great, very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and is very easy to get around. It is within walking distance to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of places to eat. Manuel was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions, and had excellent restaurant recommendations. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Aguascalientes for a large group. Would absolutely recommend the stay! Thanks Manuel and Aguascalientes for a wonderful weekend! We had a great stay!
