It is very well located, in a quiet area but very accessible to everything! Super comfortable!

Not at all the Pura Vida experience! I booked during the rainy season of Costa Rica (late July) with an anticipated 5 hour long commute from the jungle where I stayed for most of the month. Because of an extreme storm up north the road from my pick up location was blocked with fallen trees. I immediately reached out the day of my arrival (when my car was on the way and turned back) letting them know of the situation . No response. I requested pushing my date back. They thumbs up message - poor communication. So I assumed I would be okay. When the next day came they said they could not give me the days I requested & asked me to cancel (it was already one day into my original stay), they said they would refund me if they received another booking. Long story short they received bookings for my dates and beyond once I cancelled, and just took my money knowing well I had no where else to go and severe weather caused my delay. Super disappointed in the lack of consideration and communication
