Great location, if you looking to party everything is literally at your doorstep

This place was perfect! The views from the balconies were amazing, the location walkable and right on the hottest spots & nightclubs of Cancun. The security is strict and the zone around is extremely safe. Everybody was very helpful, the house got cleaned everyday , all in all totally worth every penny

Great penthouse with beautiful sunrise views out of the balcony and sunsets from the hallway. The building is located in the heart of the night life, has direct access to the beach, and is next to lots of restaurants and a 7 eleven. The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the A/C was a must have. Fair warning, there is noise all night both from the nearby nightclubs and many tenants who are partying the night away. The property managers try to mitigate the noise but this is the party zone so it’s nearly impossible to avoid.

Listing was exactly what was described. I saw some negative reviews but they were all what Matt wrote in the listing, guess people don’t read it all lol. Yes loud noises from the club next door but we were able to sleep even with our 10 month old. There are two sleeping areas that are not separated my any doors, just by stairs which wasn’t a problem for us. Lots of plates, bowls, pots,pans and utensils which was SOOO helpful since we did a lot of cooking at home. Everything is walking distance, we got all of our groceries from Chedraui which was an easy 10 minute walk. Plenty of bath towels, shampoo/conditioner at the Airbnb. The view from upper and lower floors were breath taking. During check in/out the front desk was able to store our luggage for us while we shopped! Smart TV’s in both sleeping areas. Would definitely recommend/return. The only thing that needs some work is the upstairs shower head as it sprays in 5 different directions, other than that it was great.

We had a great stay! We loved being close to everything in the hotel zona. We walked to dinner every night and there was a grocery store close by for breakfast/lunch. We sat out on the balcony every morning and drank our coffee overlooking the water. The main inconvenience was the loud base/party music from Coco Bongo, however, it only kept us up one night of our stay. Overall, it was perfect for what we were looking for and the Salvia staff were very helpful as well. Would come back again!

Went to Cancun for a girls trip to celebrate my 25th birthday and this was literally the perrrrfect place to rent! It’s soo close to every club , restaurant , and souvenir shop you might need. It’s definitely a place to stay if you’re here to party because the music is thumping from day to night which was great for us. The place is so spacious and clean and had great amenities. The elevator in the lobby is a little slow since only one goes up to the actual room but other than that , we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to Cancun! Oh and I cannot forget the views from the balconies , honestly the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen , seemed surreal at times! Great place for sure!

Being this was the first time out of the country for me & my girlfriends, this place & location made us feel safe & welcomed. The views are breathtaking for the upstairs & downstairs balcony. Matt was super helpful w/everything, very understanding & responsive. This place is literally the perfect spot to stay if you want to be close to shopping, restaurants, bars, swimming. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to go to Cancun, Mexico. Also, loved the maid she was super sweet & did a very nice job. Employees at the front desk & gate were very friendly & polite. Loved everything about our stay, would return next trip to Cancun! Thank you for having us Matt !

Matt's place, Salvia hotel is located at a great spot: in front of the biggest flea market around cancun beach, right next to the beachside, right next to the club Coco Bongo. Hotel room was tidy and clean, and the view was perfect as well. Overall, other than 5+ hotels around this area (they are few and exorbitant though) this airbnb is the best option for tourists who want to chill. I recommend this place.

This place was gorgeous! The view was amazing, perfect location walking distance to the restaurant and bars. I definitely would recommend this place. Matt was super helpful and was really good at responding when I would message him.

I loved staying here and will definitely stay here again. The view was amazing and had two balconies two separate rooms and a small kitchen with everything you need. The hotel staff was amazing and everyone was so nice. It’s right next to many clubs but the noise doesn’t bother me, you can close the balcony doors if it bothers you. The beach is pretty clean and they clean it every morning if there is trash left behind. I loved my stay here. Easy parking, felt safe and easy access to everything around even a grocery store. I usually don’t stay in airbnbs because they’re kind of dirty but I was very happy here and felt right at home. Thanks Matt and Salvia staff.

Place was as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. Room service comes every other day but they do a 5 start level of housekeeping. Place is in the heart of the party/hotel zone and walking distance from Cocobongo.

I would definitely come back! The AC worked great and the water pressure was great as well. Loved the location and the staff was very friendly as well.

The place is spectacular, perfect location, the people who work in the condominium are very friendly, the pool is clean, direct access to the beach perfect for the sun in the morning and afternoon in the pool, excellent cleaning service, the apartment is very complete and it is close to the base of Xcaret for the tours or they can even pick them up in front of the condominium, it has many supermarkets nearby, in addition to the bus stop it is leaving the condominium. The only suggestion for future guests is that they have to consider that they are right next to coconut bongo and the other clubs so the noise could get a little annoying if they're a little sleepy or don't like the empty one taking into account that the party is until early morning. I definitely recommend it and I would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at the Penthouse at The Salvia and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, entertainment and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The room was pristine and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Finally, I have to mention how friendly and helpful the host Matt and condo staff were throughout my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying at Matt’s Penthouse, and look forward to staying there again in the future. Steve

Great view! Nice and clean place. Just like the describtion. It does list a hot tub in the amenities and I didnt see one. Water pressure in shower is low because it just has a rain head. Other than that we would stay again. Thank you Matt!

the condo was exactly as described! the stairs to the second floor were pretty steep, as long as caution was used there was no issue. other than that the views were incredible from both floors, the slider was almost sound proof so sleeping at night was easy even with the music from the beach clubs. once they closed down we would open the slider to listen to the ocean. if you stay here be careful of the front door when the slider is open, the wind will take the door out of your hands and slam it closed. it's enough to break fingers if you're not careful! we appreciated Matt's rental for all it was worth, it made for a great week in Cancun! I highly recommend this place!

Very nice accomodation.

The location of this apartment is very good. The beach access from the apartment is convenient. The views from this apartment is what ocean front is all about. There is noise from the club besides but it did not bother us too much. It would have been nice if shampoo and conditioner were provided in the bathrooms and some sugar in the kitchen for coffee. There is a convenience store near by but having these basics would be nice.

Great stay. Location is right in the heart of everything. Dual balconies were amazing, especially the upstairs one that has no other balconies on that level.

Best place to stay in Cancun. The location is perfect, best part of the beach (we saw a massive sea turtle in the sand at night, right outside of these condos), and best part of the hotel zone in my opinion. Easy beach access, free towels, pool, wifi, the free parking was super nice since we had a rental car. The building staff were super nice and helpful, and I definitely recommend getting breakfast at the building next to the pool. Overall great experience, I would come back again.

Pent house is great!!!!!!! (Owner Matt is awesome) Location is perfect right on the strip ...just a few steps away from all the night life(Music),shopping,food,etc. . on the bus line $1.00 U.S ( to Walmart) the night life is real.....my 25 yr old daughter loved it!!!!!! the view of the ocean is amazing!!!!
