Great experience and we definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a perfect place to stay and relax with a great view, this is the location. Definitely a hidden gem of a place with all needed amenities and very beautifully furnished. It's an all inclusive resort style private property at a much cheaper price, away from the chaos of downtown, but close to anything you need or want to do. The ONLY downside is the onsight restaurante, food is not so great. The host is very communicative with any and all questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

The location is great. Maria responded quickly to anything I asked. It was a little hard to find because the name Los Tules wasn’t in the listing.

It was perfect. Beautiful, peaceful, safe, great pool choices, long beaches to walk on, not too hot, lots of choices for places to go, helpful, friendly and professional staff., stores nearby, excellent bus system and affordable taxis. We loved it. Thank you sincerely Maria Teresa.

Lovely stay at Maria Teresa’s home. Right on the beach, supermarket a short walk away, lots of pool with splash pads for young children. On site restaurant is a hit.

We had a lovely stay with two couples and two babies. Maria Teresa even bought us a baby bath and gifts! It’s a great location, right on the beach with lots of pools to choose from and short taxi to downtown. We had a lovely time

We had a fabulous stay at this condo, during the month of our stay we had different friends and family visit us throughout our stay. The condo was very spacious and was furnished with everything you needed and more to make it feel very homely. The view from the back deck was incredible and you are just steps from the beach and your choice of 2 different pools, the deck was furnished with a huge table and chairs plus couch and chair which made this area a very popular place to hang out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location of this condo is truly one of the best location of Los Tules.

We had a great family vacation, a beautiful place that met the needs of the whole family, beyond our expectations. The kids all enjoyed it.

Maria Teresa's place is at the BEST location you could think of: fantastic sunsets from the porch, quiet (you only hear the waves crashing), the resort Los Tules (where this Air B and B is located) is fantastic (like waking up in a botanical garden with palm trees, lawns, tropical flowers galore, friendly Iguanas). We were a family of 6 and the rental is super spacious. Water was provided upon request and all communications with Maria Teresa were quick and clear. We would come back any time!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely and everything was perfect. Plenty of clean, comfortable beds and bathrooms, kitchen ready to use, drinking water, shopping center with grocery store across the street, bus stop a few minutes away, pools and beach a few steps away and a deck to watch the sunset from and listen to the sound of waves.

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo is in a very good location, it is literally right in front of the beach and has a great view of the beach. The resort has 8 swimming pools and a restaurant although we didn't use them as we are out all the time. Transportation was very easy as the resort ("Los Tules") is located on the main coastal highway where you can take public transportation or a taxi to downtown or to Zona Romantica (10 to 15 minute drive to these locations). There is an Oxxo store, "Guadalajara" pharmacy, and a supermarket (Soriana) on the other side of the highway within walking distance. There is a mini market inside the resort if you don't want to walk outside and cross the street. We were a party of five and we stayed comfortably in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Rosy, the lady in charge of cleaning, introduced herself the very first day asking us if everything was alright, and she was kind enough to let us borrow an iron (not available in the unit). The condo was very clean, and the resort provides cleaning service once a week. The AC works very well, each bedroom and the main living room has an AC unit. The TVs have cable with multiple channels available in English and Spanish, and it there is a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. The condo has board games available and lots of books (all in English) although we didn't use them. All in all I highly recommend this condo and we would stay here again.

Maria Teresa was an amazing host and the location of the apartment was phenomenal! Perfect beachside rental with direct access to one of the loveliest beaches in town. Very easy to access pools and the beach, with great privacy compared to even many of the larger resorts you'll find as you walk along the beach. Directly across the street from a grocery store, restaurants, bank, and many other resources to make staying in Puerto Vallarta easy. This is honestly one of the most convenient places to stay in the city, especially for someone visiting for the first time. Quick taxi ride to all parts of the city, including the city center. Maria Teresa was a very welcoming and responsive host. She answered her messages within minutes and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. We really appreciated her help. The apartment had all of the amenities needed to cook for any size family. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The bedroom a/c units made it possible for everyone to adjust the temperature of the room to their comfort. The many different spaces in the apartment made the unit feel large enough for any group. The wifi was reliable and had enough bandwidth for our group of 6. I really appreciated that the apartment was on the ground floor because one of our guests has mobility issues and was able to get in and out of the unit without any trouble. My kids enjoyed being able walk up to the beach to enjoy the sand or buy food from the vendors. The many different pools on the property were a joy to explore. The iguana corner was fun and it was amazing to see these huge, tranquil animals up close. If you're thinking about visiting Puerto Vallarta, don't hesitate to stay here!

We were two days in the apartment and it is very nice and the sea view is impressive. I definitely recommend it. The property is beautiful and all the pools are nice if I would rent the place once more.

Maria Teresa was a wonderful host. We had difficulties with the room we had originally booked with another host and we found her unit was available for the rest of our trip. She was very accommodating to get the space cleaned early and ready for an early check in for us so we did not have to wait in between moving units. Her condo is large, nicely furnished, and well stocked with basics and some extras too. The patio is large with comfortable furniture and looks directly at the water and the amazing sunsets every night. Pool areas to each side are steps away. Thank you for everything Maria Teresa!

Excellent location of the house with ocean views, next to the pool and very cozy house. I will definitely return to the house, it meets everything that is advertised.

The accommodation complies with what is offered, has a privileged location within the complex; literally about 20 meters from the beach, and many others from the pool. The Tules complex is very large, even so we do not feel the saturation in pools. It has very strict regulations, which if you do not know them can generate problems with the security personnel. (for example, they do not allow speakers in the pools); but on the other hand that ensures you have peace of mind, it is very quiet at night. The pools might not have a deeper cleaning, you can see that they are their years old, however they were quite good. Consider that parking is saturated and you can stay away from the condominium Regarding the condominium, it is ideal for people who cannot use stairs, everything is one floor away. Large spaces, excellent decor, and above all, very comfortable. It has all you need for cooking there. The part we used the most was the terrace, it's in front of the garden and you hear the break of the waves, and with good privacy from your neighbors. I would definitely recommend it.

A lot of communication between us and Teresa. Everything was very clear from the first message. The place is super complete, it has everything you need. And the location is very good. First floor, immediate access to the beach and pools. Luxury service from the condominium staff. We would definitely return.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Puerto Vallarta, the host has excellent communication, and first-class service. My family and I will definitely be back.

Mrs. Tere is an excellent host, always attentive to her guests, she made our stay perfect. She offers an apartment in perfect, beautiful and spacious condition, it is a place decorated with very tasteful taste with harmonious details and finely cared for both in the furniture, in the rooms, the bathrooms, on the large terrace with armchairs where we rest, its kitchen that does not need anything and it was very easy to prepare food. It is located in an unbeatable area, with a garden area, steps from the beach and pools for large as well as children, without losing the privacy to enjoy the sunrise from the spacious terrace either with a delicious breakfast or to take pictures with the sailboats posing at the sea, while the bright sunset saves the day. We enjoyed our vacations accompanied also by two older adults, who were very safe since the apartment is on the ground floor with really comfortable accesses. Within the area is also a restaurant and we once shop in a small super. There are several shopping malls very close by and all the amenities you can require. Our vacation was a success thanks to the attention of Mrs. Tere and the beautiful apartment that we will surely return to. Highly recommended
