Hotel Macao

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Hotel Macao. Our apartment was perfect for a family of 5 (2 x adults and 3 x kids). The location is amazing, right on the beach. We had breakfast included at a local hotel and this was delicious. We did lots of beach activities- body boarding and surfing through the local Tico Surf School, and then used a local company for ATV’ing. Highly recommended. Reception staff are so lovely, always friendly and responsive, couldn’t do enough for us.

The cabin where we stayed was super comfortable for 5 adults, a girl, and a baby. The fact that it's practically on the beach, breakfast is included, we can use the pool at the hotel next door, and the staff's service make this place a gem in Sámara. In short, 100% recommended!
