Our stay was awesome. The house is right on a beautiful beach with a pool over looking the beach. Sleeping areas and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Very relaxing and accommodating stay if you are looking for a great place to unwind this is it!

This was our second time at Casa Kokopeli. It is an amazing place in a great location. The open air kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for hanging out and creating memories. The pool area is awesome and we enjoyed doing yoga under the pool palapa while watching the crashing waves. The location is nice because you can walk to so many restaurants and little stores. The beach area in front is rocky so unsuitable for swimming, but it is just a short walk to find a good area for boogie boarding (my favorite!). Ana and Pepe are so friendly and work hard to keep the place neat and tidy. Jeanette was always quickly responsive to any question I had. A 10/10 place and experience! Highly recommend!!

This was our second stay at Jeanette place. It’s a great option for large families that want to relax at the beach! We had everything we needed and restaurants and shops were in walking distance. Jeanette did a great job communicating with us and was very flexible and understanding with our needs.

Casa Kokopeli is what you are looking for to spend a few quiet days in Troncones, with the family and facing the sea. We have been to Troncones several times and this house is really super comfortable and beautiful. Jeanette's response is immediate, and Pepe and Ana are on the go. The smooth check-in and checkout and they were flexible. The location is great if you don't want to get around by car. In short, we'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kokopelli House for a getaway wedding vacation. The home is centrally located in the middle of town close to lots of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The house is right on the beach for swimming, surfing and sunset walks. Pepe and Anna couldn’t be more hospitable, she made us wonderful meals including making our stay quiet at home. This home is perfect for two or three families with kids or single adults. We can’t wait to come back!! We love Troncones xo

We went to Troncones to celebrate our 30th anniversary and our oldest's graduation from college. We all decided we loved Mexico but would like to try a location we've never been and to stay somewhere we could really relax as a family and eat good Mexican food. This place checked all the boxes. It was so clean, happy and Ana and Pepe took great care of us. We spent most days in the pool and just relaxing by the pool. Drinking water was provided and we stopped at the grocery store on the way up from the airport so we were well supplied, if we didn't want to walk and grab some food. We asked Ana to cook for us a couple nights and her cooking was simply devine. The house was clean and well stocked and the beach was just steps away. I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this place. Casa Kokopeli was just what this family needed!! Jeannette was so responsive to all my inquiries and so knowledgeable about Troncones. Our flights to Troncones were canceled at the last minute so we were forced to delay our arrival two days. Airbnb and Jeannette worked with us and credited us those two days which we were extremely thankful. I would recommend Airbnb and Casa Kokopeli 100%!

Casa Kokopeli is our absolute favorite Airbnb and spot in Troncones. The location is perfect with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We’ve stayed twice now and want to come back every year. Ana and Pepe the house managers are salt of the earth and help keep the house clean and can help with all kinds of things from contacts around town to cooking delicious meals. We have stayed with 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) and both times have had nothing but rave reviews for Jeanette and this home. A magical place.

Casa Kokopeli made our weeklong stay in Troncones supremely enjoyable for all members of the group. Within a stones throw to a great variety of surf spots, restaurants, and bodeguitas. When the afternoon seabreeze kicks in, the kitchen/patio area is the perfect location to read a book, whip up a meal, or nap in the hammocks. Highly recommend asking Ana to prepare dinner at least one night…her cooking is phenomenal. When not working around the house, Pepe was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and was a great resource for all things Troncones. 10/10 overall, thank you Jeanette!

It is an oceanfront house, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable bathrooms, the pool is of good size and depth, the kitchen with everything you need to prepare your food, the Del Mar breeze refreshes very rich when you are outside, all the air-conditioned rooms, I highly recommend it

Great service provided by Pepe! House pretty clean and new appliances installed in the kitchen. This is the 2nd time we stay at Kokopeli House and we have enjoyed the house, the beach, pool, and the town… highly recommended!

The house is wonderful. Very nice, clean, and conveniently located. We went with our dogs, and everything went perfectly!

The pictures just don’t do this place justice. Great property in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our two families during our spring break. Our kids (as well as the adults) enjoyed the pool and being able to walk straight onto the beach was a dream. The outdoor living space was spacious for the 9 of us. Pepe & Ana were very helpful with any recommendations or questions we had. The best decision we made all week was having Ana cook a few meals for us. You will not be disappointed! Quick tidbits: -Wifi was very good throughout the property - there were two 5 gallon water dispensers on the property, with plenty of refills on hand so we could refill our own water bottles and didn’t have to purchase individual ones (A delightful bonus we didn’t expect) -Pepe and Ana came everyday to tend the property, empty the trash and make the beds. (Both of which we were not expecting and was a huge bonus as well) The only regret we had was not booking more days!!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Kokopeli house will exceed your expectations. Great location in which you have the beach 10 meters away. Outstanding service provided by Jeanette and local support (Pepe and her wife Ana). Troncones town is a nice and quiet town in which you will find everything you need for a great stay. House is very clean and orderly. You will love the Layout of the house! Enough space to park 4 cars inside. 2 independent bedrooms with its own closet and bathroom. A huge bedroom on top with bathroom in which you can easily accommodate 8 persons. Area with grill, full kitchen, dining room, hammock, living room in open space, nice pool with recliners underneath a palapa roof. Handy shower in open space perfect to use when you come back from the beach. Pool size enough for 6 to 8 people, all surrounded by grass areas. Pets allowed! My dog loved it! Open spaces and running on the beach every morning. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time and end to end quality customer service!!!!

Excellent house with a lot of space for small or large families, the pool has an excellent temperature, the attention at the time of arrival and throughout the stay is very good, they help you with any questions. The rooms are super nice to rest and with air conditioning that make them very nice, especially when it's very hot. Jeanette is always attentive at all times. Highly recommended for going with children.

This place could not have been more incredible!! We absolutely LOVED our magical week. The manager, Pepe and Anna, went above and beyond to make our stay so seamless and comfortable. Anna’s cooking was incredible, and on our last night, she made a magnificent lobster feast. The location is superb. You can walk across the street to indigo for a delicious cappuccino or baguette or another baked good. Or go to La Mexicana for some delicious upscale Mexican fair. We did a couple of day trips to other beaches for some surf and the guys planned a fishing trip with some of the locals. We even did the sea turtle rescue at Roberto’s Vista down the beach which was so educational and a highlight for the kids. But by far, the pool was really what made this place so special. It just doesn’t get better than this house… We just landed into LAX and can’t wait to plan our return trip.

Beautiful place, everything is very clean and comfortable, we had the best vacation. The rooms are very comfortable, with air conditioning and large bathrooms with walk-in closet. The kitchen and living room are also very spacious and comfortable, we had an amazing time. The beach is a few steps away from the house with its own fenced. Restaurants, usage and beach clothing are very close. Excellent option and very good price😊

The house, location, cleanliness, treatment, surpasses the listing and our expectations. Jeanette, Pepe and Ana are always available for your needs. A plus is that daily, they do the cleanliness of all areas and rooms. That hadn't touched us on another airbnb. There is always drinking water available and everything you need in the kitchen. We'll be back soon God first.

What a beautiful location! We visited with a large group and had a wonderful time. The hosts were great throughout our stay and we had an amazing fish dinner prepared for us with that incredible view. The pool is bigger than I was expecting and the kids absolutely loved it. The bed linens and pillows were above average which I definitely appreciated. A great place to relax and enjoy. The service was top notch.

Casa Kokopeli is a magical place. We stayed for 10 days with 4 adults, 3 kids and it couldn’t have been a more accommodating location. The pictures don’t do this home justice. Both downstairs master bedrooms have their own bathroom with beautiful shower. The upstairs room has 3 king beds and 2 twin beds-huge! The entry to the upstairs room is via an outside staircase, which was fine for our kids but could be trickier for toddlers. The outdoor kitchen was so fun to cook in. We stayed during some heavy rains and there was some small spray into the kitchen, but for us this was not an issue, everything dries so fast. There is a fridge and pantry space in an enclosed area to keep things dry. Every pot, pan, plate, glass, margarita pitcher you could need was available. The house is steps up from warm Troncones ocean, the view from the house never gets old. Pepe and Ana, the dear couple who manage the property were on site daily and were incredibly kind and helpful. Ana cooked fajitas for us one night and it was our favorite meal of the trip! Pepe helped us arrange several outings and knows everyone in town if you need anything. They are the heart and soul of this home. We loved every minute in Casa Kokopeli and will be back as soon as we can!

Extremely nice place for small or big groups, Pepe and Ana will make your stay extremely pleasant. Ask her for huevos divorciados if she cooks for you. Pool is perfect, weather perfect, beds and everything just perfect. Unfortunately we could not stay one more day at the end.

We really liked the house! The location is excellent, oceanfront, the pool is very nice sized, perfect for 3 families. Ana was very rich cooked and was on the lookout for anything we needed. I highly recommend it!

It's a beautiful space, you do everything you do on the beach and on the pool. the house is very comfortable and safe, the village is very quiet and friendly

The house is very comfortable and with an unbeatable view, they have the perfect location since it is close to the village and you can go out to buy things if you needed something unexpected. A 10 in a cleaning, every day they go and they clean the house. Mega is worth it, I recommend that they take family to have enough beds up to about 12 people comfortably distributed. In the photos you can see smaller than it is, do not hesitate to stay there.

Excellent place to get away during the pandemic, you relax without needing to worry about other people, if they go on weekdays the beach is alone for some relaxing walks. The pool is clean and at a perfect temperature. It has a plus and is that if they request that Anita cook them, it has an incredible season and almost no fat, I take care of us a lot, thank you for making us forget this pandemic, I hope to return soon

One of the best places I have stayed at in Troncones. Ana is the best cook and Pepe was always ready to help. Hopefully we can be back before the year ends.

The house is really beautiful very well located to be able to combine pool and beach with the family. We would go back without hesitation !

The house is very nice and spacious, it gives you a real feeling of home on the beach. Although the pool is a little small in more photos, it actually has a great size, we spent a lot of time there. The beach is literally a few steps away from your living room so it's easy to go for a walk. Best of all was Mrs. Ana and her husband who pampered us at all times with their attention and delicious food prepared on the spot. Everything was excellent. We'll be back soon.

The house is located right on the beach and is fantastic for families. It’s a quiet area but with all the basics available within walking distance. You are likely to be able to take advantage of the services of Ana, a lovely woman whose family tends to the property. She’s a great cook!

We, along with the couple we travelled with, really enjoyed our stay. Spent more time in the pool than we thought possible. Awesome proximity to the outdoor kitchen and hammocks. View of the ocean is permanently imprinted in our minds. The home's location was fabulous - nice easy walk to everything (shops and restaurants) in Troncones. Pepe and Ana were so friendly and helpful.

We spent a few wonderful days at Kokopelli's house!!! The house, in addition to being much nicer than what you see in the photos, has a prime location. Ideal para una vacanze en familia. The food prepared by the service people is extraordinary!!! We will definitely be back

The layout of the house can not be better the 3 rooms are very spacious, all with weather. Showers and unbeatable beds. Details such as towels, hammocks, lounge chairs, and even complete kitchenware. We went on holiday trip 6 adults and 5 children from 3 to 5 years and the size of the pool gave a lot of safety for children and contact with nature (fish and turtles) was a plus. There are restaurants near the house that take you home with your home; or people who help with cleaning can eat. Overall highly recommended and safe we will look for a way to return.

We stayed in this beautiful home in Troncones in July of 2017. The place is incredible. Right on the beach with a pool. Anna and Pepe, the house managers, were amazing and we had Anna cook for us most mornings and evenings. Her cooking is honestly some of the best food I have ever eaten! And Pepe's margaritas are the BEST! The house is a good walking distance into town, restaurants and shops. There really is no grocery store to speak of in Troncones (more like what we would call "convenience stores" with chips, ice cream and limited fruit/veg) so stock up in Zihautenejo if you plan to cook. There is a little yoga place close by called a Tranquil Place (something like this - about 2-3 doors north of the house) where we would go daily for table side guacamole and smoothies - yum! Roberto's restaurant on Wednesdays is fun also - they have a sea turtle egg dig and release - super fun for kids and then live music. One of the reasons I picked this house is the rocks at the beach out front. I have three kids ages 11, 9 and 6 and they can literally spend hours in tide pools which they did here in Troncones! A warning to parents - have your littles wear water shoes - my 11 year old sliced his foot open on the very first day of the trip on the rocks. One other food for thought for parents with little kids - they home is open air which is totally amazing - but the bedrooms are all accessed through outside. They are not connected so if you have a child that gets up in the middle of the night and needs you they may need to be in your room with you.

Our stay at Casa Kokopelli was great. The owner, Jeanette, was very friendly and went over and beyond with emailing me and calling me with recommendations in and around Troncones. The groundkeeper, Pepe, and house-keeper, Ana, were amazing and also gave us great advice. Pepe took us on a few short hikes and Ana made the most amazing salsa verde. The property itself was perfect. Quiet, right on the beach with the kitchen and communal areas opening out toward the ocean. We congregated there every day. Close proximity to all the restaurants. Surf breaks were a short drive or boat ride away. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is spectacular. I came down with my brother and two friends to surf, do a little work, and just relax. The town is peaceful but fun, with some fantastic restaurants. The beach is beautiful. But most importantly, the house was absolutely wonderful. I can't recommend it highly enough. It exceeded expectations, and I would recommend it to anyone. One of the best vacations I've ever taken. Thanks so much to Jeanette!!!

The place is much nicer than what you see in the photos, it has two rooms with air conditioning and a third one upstairs that has several beds but does not have a/. The people who attend are very friendly and cook delicious. Perfect for a family vacation or a family vacation or a couple's trip.

It was definitely an experience that met our expectations. For the group we visited Casa Kokopeli, we found it a good option of family rest and coexistence. The facilities are comfortable and the service staff attentive and kind.

We visited Casa Kokopeli mid of December and it was just awesome. The house is very nice with an extra house including open kitchen and located right next to the pool area! Also you have a wonderful view on the beach and the sea whilst chilling in the hammocks - in few steps you can jump into the ocean :). Everything went very well, the property manager welcomed us and offered his help 24/7. Also the staff (maid and gardener) were really friendly and did a really great job every day! Thank you for making our stay a real pleasure.
