We loved the stay, we had a great experience. Mr. Alexandre was very attentive. He contacted us days before to give us directions, recommendations and explained everything in detail. The cabin also had very detailed manuals with contacts and instructions to follow for any situation. The house was quite spacious, clean, even the bathroom in the master bedroom did not work properly but as soon as Mr. Alexandre was notified, he sent someone to fix it and it was solved immediately. We would definitely go back, highly recommended for spending time with friends and family. OXXO, KIOSK, Butcher, etc. are nearby.

A formidable cabin! It was really worth it as it has a lot of extra amenities to the amenities that every cabin should have. Billiards, foosball table, movie projector, stone oven, game room among endless them. The area is very quiet and in winter, however the cabin has enough blankets and a good sized fireplace. The deal with Alex is always very attentive and really makes you feel right at home! 100% recommended 👌🏻

We were very satisfied with the stay at Alex's cabin, clean, welcoming, with all you need for a luxurious stay. But I must highlight Alex's kindness! He was always attentive to us, making sure we were comfortable, he explained in detail upon our arrival what was in the cabin, how to use each of its services, everything was clean, with several basics included (water, soap, shampoo, sugar, coffee, chocolate, ... uffff), we will definitely be back soon!!!

We loved the stay, it was just as described. We were a group of 18 and we fit perfectly... I think there were even more beds... in the kitchen there were basic things and extras that you normally don't expect to find... Alex was an excellent host, he was always attentive and he came to meet us, the projector is amazing for watching movies, if you bring children they will also have an amazing time since there is a hammock, swings and a trampoline... I will definitely stay there again

Much better than we expected. From the time we booked, Alex was in contact with us and was very attentive and respectful. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us himself and explained everything very well. The house exceeded our expectations; it has everything automated, lots of activities to do inside the house for family time, a pool table, foosball, a poker table, and board games, a hammock, and trampolines for the little ones. You can watch movies using a projector, which almost makes you feel like you're in a movie theater. The cleanliness was excellent in all areas—even the barbecue was clean and ready to use. We absolutely loved it!! He's a Superhost; we recommend him 100%.

We had been celebrating the new year in Mazamitla for 15 years, and this time we decided to switch to Tapalpa. It was definitely the best decision. Alex's cabin is fully equipped, the wifi works 100%, the tranquility and peace you experience is indescribable, the beds are super comfortable, the pool table, the foosball and the board games were the best, they made us not need anything else to spend time with the family. The delivery of the keys by Alex was very gratifying since he explained every detail of the operation of the cabin, we definitely could not have received the year in a better place than this.

The cabin is very well equipped, the youngest children had a lot of fun on the trampoline, swings, hammock, movies with the projector, etc. The kitchen had everything you need and more, very well equipped, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms is very good. The host was always very helpful. The weather (1st week of November) was good, it didn't feel so cold, so we spent a lot of time on the terrace, even at night. Although the cabin runs on a solar power system, in the 2 nights we spent there, there was no need to use the electric generator. Overall we had a great time. As a detail, they asked us to park the vehicles outside the perimeter, but there is no lighting there, so we ended up putting the cars inside. We didn't have a speaker and had to buy an auxiliary cable to connect to the home theater. The kitchen does not have a microwave so that the house's battery does not run out. There was no wifi and the cell phone signal is almost nonexistent, it's good to disconnect from the outside and avoid spending time on social media.

The place is very quiet, it has many board games including the pool table, at night we use the projector to watch movies. The village is about 20 minutes away, not complicated. The garden is very large for the children and the pet to have fun. And Alexandre is very friendly at all times. They're going to like it.

It is in the middle of the forest, the only thing you hear is the wind in the trees... The house is super clean and equipped with sheets, towels, blankets all in great condition. Alexandre was always available for us in case we needed anything, the check-in and checkout process is super easy. Without hesitation, we would return.
