Absolutely beautiful home! The ocean view is incredible. We were there for the 4th of July weekend and literally had the beach to ourselves! The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. As other reviews mention it’s a little far from the city (malecón)- pack everything you need for meals etc. You truly won’t want to leave this home- it’s so peaceful. Definitely will book again- the host was friendly and responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Loved the place. Very specious and private. Direct access to beach. had everything listed. It is far from stores and activities so did have to make sure we loaded up cuz making a trip to store was a long drive. had to xall for activities to come to us. but everything worked out and hosts were friendly and very responsive

My family stayed at Casa de Lobo and it was everything we were looking for in terms of privacy, steps away from the beach, peaceful, dog friendly. We loved the location and beach access. We had several questions during our stay and the owners responded quickly. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going and sent over the property manager to address concerns. There were some minor issue we were disappointed in like the windows for the beach views were very dirty, kayaks didn't have paddles, the patio furniture was missing lounge chairs for tanning, etc. Regardless, it was a great week!

This was our first time staying in Miramar and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. The property has a beautiful beachfront and the home is wonderful as well. We definitely hope to return.

This rental exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable! It’s better than the photos capture and the the home and location are epic! Very comfortable beds, air conditionings in every room. Perfect layout and safe for families traveling with young children. I can’t say enough great things we had a perfect vacation. As a host myself I find myself often overly critical of places I stay - but this house was perfect. Also, we loved the chicken restaurant recommended in the guide book - perfect lunch it fed our family of 12 including drinks for $50 US. Can’t beat it. Book this home with confidence you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again!!!

Stayed here a couple years ago with my family and loved it. Stayed here again and loved it again this is going to be the go to house now when on vacation here. Great host and responses quick! Will be renting again!😊

This was a great house. The master bed was very comfy. It is beautiful inside. Loved the beach in this area. It is very swimable, and didn’t have many rocks. Views from the house are gorgeous. Kitchen has the basics.

During our stay we encountered several issues that impacted our experience 1.The unannounced water truck refill that we did not request 2.Internet connectivity issues caused by the number of security cameras on the property 3.Accusations of overcrowding. We had visitors from down the beach who stopped by and we were accused of exceeding the number of guests 4.Demands for extra payment. I received a text from the host demanding payment for extra guests. They tried to collect the money outside of the Airbnb platform and an individual visited unannounced to collect the funds 5.when we attempted to request an extra day through the app we encountered more frustration with the internet connection and were unable to complete the transaction 6.I feel strongly our privacy was violated with the host's use of cameras the issues detracted from the enjoyment of our stay and raised concerns about our privacy A partial refund for poor internet service and our violated privacy is absolutely in order!
Host Response
I’ll respond to these completely ridiculous accusations. 1. The water cistern is in the back corner of the property, next to the casita. It has its own gate access. The property manager had extra water from filling other properties. He’s extremely polite and didn’t want to bother the tenants for something that takes 15 minutes to do and didn’t cost you a penny. This was done as a courtesy, especially since the house had 19 people in it and Jorge does these kind things all the time. 2. The internet connectivity had more to do with the 19 plus people at the house, than it did with the cameras. 3. Accusations? You were approved for 12 guests, and no pets. You had 19 people and two dogs. You state they “ stopped by” but in reality they didn’t leave the property. Why didn’t they go back to where they were staying? They didn’t leave! No resort, hotel, condo, house will allow extra people to stay without paying an additional fee. 4. Demands? You acknowledged to us that you had extra people/dogs and you knew there were extra fees/fines for that. You agreed to pay the fees and asked us to send the property manager the next day to collect. But you called this visit “ unannounced”? After that unsuccessful attempt to collect, we had to involve Airbnb to attempt to collect. You admitted refusing to answer Airbnb’s phone calls. We finally had to make a demand to Airbnb for additional payment for violations to the initial contract. 5. We informed you on the Airbnb platform that we were not going to extent your stay ( the day before your last day) because of your refusal to pay for the extra guests and pet fee. The laughable excuse about the internet connectivity being the reason for not being able to extend your stay on your last day, after you were already informed, is more proof of your attempt to distort the facts. 6. The hosts use of cameras? All cameras are for security and protection of our home. All cameras are on the exterior of the house and it is disclosed to all guests that there are exterior cameras. All properties have some sort of security.

We had an amazing time! The living space was perfect and spacious for our two families (9 people total). The house was super clean, comfortable, and the location was great. We normally stay in Las Conchas and were hesitant to be further away, but the Playa Miramar area was perfect!

The house was just as described. The location was nice if you don't want to be bothered by everyone in town. We stayed at the beginning of November. It was quiet and peaceful. We had the beach to ourselves. 11 of us stayed at the house, and it was very comfortable. Lots of space. We brought our own food and drinks so we had no reason to leave the house the whole weekend. There was an issue with the water. A text and quick response and it was handled immediately. The only problem we had was, for some reason, there were ALOT of flies. It had nothing to do with the house. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house and definitely would stay again.

We loved the house. We felt safe and had the beach to ourselves. The pictures do not do the house justice. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and they had everything we needed our boys enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding which was great. We will definitely stay again.

The house was a perfect fir for our group of 6 , spacious living room, and kitchen it had everything we needed . It is located in a very peaceful and quiet location it is about 30 minutes from town. Mari was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The beds were comfy one of the beds the frame is a little squeaky everytime you move but other than that the pictures don't do it justice and the views are just Beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay . Would highly recommend.

great looking place, great location, good space for cooking, hanging out, watch TV, porch area was good as well. just a couple things that might need to be looked at the double shower heads in the master downstairs (which was great) suffer from lack of water pressure, which was really annoying, couple of beds weren't comfortable. nice rooms distribution.

The water pressure is maxed out for pvc. There is no way to increase it and running copper or other pipe is not an option on the beach front. It will rust/leak in the block walls. We are aware and have done the best we could under the circumstances.

As you walk into the home, the view of the ocean through the large windows is breathtaking! The lower level of the house is open and spacious. The master bedroom downstairs is beautiful and huge! The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. The rooms are small but functional and the beds are comfy. We didn't have hot water on our 1st night but, the owners responded quickly and sent someone out the next morning. Unfortunately, my shower upstairs got lukewarm at best which made it easy to take the recommended quick showers. The paid resort access is only to the resort's restaurants and day passes to use their amenities depends on how booked the resort is. The fireplace is for decoration only. The private beach access and covered porch was hands down the best feature of the house. Sitting out there, relaxing & listening to the waves and enjoying quality time with our family was priceless. Despite minor negatives, our stay was still good and we would recommend this place to others.

This is a very well-appointed house in a great location with a panoramic views of the sea from all common spaces and 3 double bedrooms. Beautifully furnished and very expansive. It also feels very private. The beach is gorgeous, we totally enjoyed our stay and would go back again. The pictures on AirBnb don't do this place justice!

Very nice property right on the beach. We had a group of eight and the home was roomy, comfortable and we never felt crowded. The back patio and beach is perfect for taking in the sun, sand and incredible night skies. We also found the kitchen was well appointed and were to prepare meals every day. The hosts are amazing and incredibly responsive. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful house in a serene location! We had a large group so we knew we needed a house with quite a few bedrooms and need options. Casa del Lobo was perfect. The beach that is practically at your doorstep was perfect for collecting shells and the water was fairly calm for most of our visit. The area is quiet and we only saw a few other people our whole stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all our meals there. It is about 20-30 minutes into town so we shopped before we got there. We were visiting the day after a major storm and the roads were clear and fairly easy to drive on. In the house, the ability to turn the individual AC on and off in the rooms was a godsend. There are lots of vacation houses in and around Puerto Peñasco, but I think this one is amazing especially for larger groups or families. We had 8 adults and two kids and we were very comfortable.

Great size for a fun size family (12 people), beautiful house, I really liked the layout of the house loved the kitchen and how roomie it was. The AC worked so nicely. The upstairs was cute but stairs were really narrow and kinda high especially if you’re thinking of going with elderly people. Just be aware of that, so you can explore other options for their safety. We got the master bedroom downstairs but it was too high for my grandpa so we had to get a stool and help in and out of bed. Also make sure you bring lots of drinking water and beach towels lol, but other than that the house was great! The beach is right in your back yard and when the tide goes down there’s a coral reef for the kiddos! Friendly guards as well that pass by often. :)

Beautiful house with amazing patio and the beach is right there!! The house is clean and very welcoming. It’s a bit far from town but, if you bring everything you need you really don’t need to leave for anything. Hosts are wonderful and communication is fast. If you love hunting seashells then this location is for you!!

Probably the single best stay you can have in Puerto Peñasco. The house is easily the best house I've stayed in in the area. Furnishings are modern rather than dated. The pictures do not do the kitchen and dining room justice. They are absolutely huge. I will be staying here every time I come to Puerto Peñasco.

This home was absolutely stunning ! The breathtaking views from inside the house to the beach is mesmerizing. Few steps on the beach sand and ur feet are touching the water. The host are so kind, amazing communication. Beyond grateful to them to allow my family to create such lovely memories. Sense of home away from home in every aspect. Once again thank you ! Clinton’s place is awesome the pictures don’t do it justice! The house was clean and stocked very well with all cooking and gaming essentials! Clinton was friendly and communication was exceptional! Would definitely recommend.
