Lovely house just steps from the ocean in a gated community.

Ron was a great host and very responsive. My family loved the short distance to the beach and pool! The home was very clean and comfortable. One of our favorite stays in Costa Diamante.

I have stayed in over 10 houses in Costa Diamante over the years and by far this is my favorite one. Super clean and no dust accumulated on high furniture. Everything worked good and we were able to use the garage which was a plus. Location was perfect 👌. My favorite part was the communication and friendliness of Ron. Once again Thank you Ron 🫶

We had a wonderful stay in Ron’s home. Costa Diamante is a really great community; it’s peaceful and private and we felt extremely safe with the security guards around. The house was very clean, comfortable and perfect for my party of 6. Its proximity to the beach is what we loved most! Thanks again Ron for hosting us, we’d love to come back in the future.

The photos no justice. The place was beautiful and the view of the beach was amazing. The beds were ever comfortable to sleep in. It felt like home. Will definitely book again in the future.

Ron's place is very spacious and nice. We lived seeing the beach/ocean from the windows in multiple rooms, loved the pool in the residence and my kids loved the hot tub and basketball court. Being able to walk to the beach in a minute and same for the pool was the best.

Overall a great place, very close to beach and pool. Clean and well stocked. Good beds and towels (bring your own for the beach). Water was off in neighborhood for a while but Ron's house has its own cistern and water pump which had great pressure (also boosted the low neighborhood pressure). Two minor issues, one being the thermostat for the split/spare bedrooms is out in a small hall exposed to the great room so it has some difficulty regulating bedroom temperature. The second is that the house is fairly small. Bedrooms are serviceable but not roomy without much in the way of furniture or sitting areas. There is only one other room in the house which contains the living, dining and kitchen all together. There is no other public area in the house so most of what we brought along had to be kept where it was out in the open and sometimes in the way. Still giving it 5 stars as the pros outweighed the cons. The two issues were fairly minor and are just provided for a heads-up.

Rons place was absolutely amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so awesome to be so close to the beach and the pool. Ron was very accommodating to myself and my family and was quick to respond. We look forward to coming back here next year. Thank you Ron.

Definitely!! Way better than hotels. From the beginning Ron communicated with me and sent all the information we need to have a great experience. The instructions were updated and easy to follow. Bathrooms were well supplied and master shower amazing!! Home was very comfortable. We all agreed we needed a longer stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. We have been going to Puerto Peñasco since 1998 and no doubt this has been our best stay, better than Condos. Thank you Ron for letting us to enjoy your beautiful place!!

Great spot on Sandy beach. Nice home it was about 100 yards to the beach. Ron was very responsive and a great host.

Ron’s place is absolutely stunning. Great views and easy access to the beach. We brought along some friends from the Midwest who were squeamish about traveling to Mexico and they were made perfectly at ease with the super friendly vigilant security staff

Ron's place was the perfect place to get away and enjoy all that Rocky Point has to offer. The home is just a few steps away from the sandy beach. Great location!! Loved that security was on site and that they do actively walk around and patrol the property. The staff we encountered were friendly and pleasant. Ron's home was as described, was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Ron was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again.

Place was super nice very easy access to the beach was worth the money. Everything was great quite figure out the TV but other than that everything was good.

Ron was great from the moment we decided to rent his beautiful beach house. I am relatively new to Airbnb and Ron reached out to make sure I was receiving communications as I had not responded. Ron’s home is beautiful, clean, and steps to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and amenities allowed us to cook like we were at home. I would absolutely recommend staying at Ron’s beach house as he is a wonderful host with a beautiful beachfront home.

Ron's place is everything we expected (from the description and previous reviews): peaceful, well-kept, and perfectly located (at the heart of Sandy Beach). Ron was very responsive and courteous, answering all my questions during our stay. We highly recommend it and will return as soon as we can.

Location is perfect, between a couple big resorts but in a community of homes that felt nice and private. The home is right off the beach, amenities were great and it’s only a couple minutes into town. Will definitely be staying here again!

Ron has such a beautiful home in Puerto Penasco. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a minor issue arise with one of the A/C units but Ron was very quick to communicate and fix the problem for us. Very much appreciated!

Better than a resort! Ron's place is fantastic. The beach is about 30 yards away down an easy paved path. The house is spacious, well kept, and well equipped with everything you will need. We especially enjoyed the privacy. Also, the beach area is very private, unlike the crowded beaches outside the resorts. The Wi-Fi always worked great and there is also Direct TV. The check-in process was super easy and Ron gave a handout containing very detailed instructions about the home. Also, don't miss out on the rooftop balcony, the view of the ocean is tremendous! The home is very comfortable and a great value. We will be back.

Location to the beach was amazing, we had access to the pool, the home was very clean and had all amenities you need during your stay.
