Dani was always on top of our arrival. Julian was very kind when we arrived, and everything was spotless. We felt right at home. Everything is close to the house. You can walk or drive. It's a quiet area and there's no noise.

We really enjoyed our stay, the service we received, and the excellent support in the kitchen.

We really loved Daniela's flexibility. I booked the place for my wedding, for my first look and my getting ready, and Daniela was flexible when I told her there would be a lot of people, including photographers, makeup artists, and catering staff. The place was exactly like the photos, and Mr. Julian was very helpful. Some guests arrived after 2:00 a.m., and he let us in without any problem. The pool was very comfortable with warm water, and all the rooms were impeccable and very spacious. You won't regret staying at this place.

We were delighted and very satisfied; everything was more than excellent. We would gladly rent it again another time.

The house is very comfortable, very clean and the people who help with the cleaning are excellent! Very well maintained house in general. The additional kitchen service is excellent too. A super good option for a week or a weekend. Highly recommended accommodation. Both the host and the housekeepers were very attentive. I just think the televisions need to be replaced. In winter the pool water was cold, since they have solar heating and it was not hot enough. It would be good to add a gas heater and charge extra for it.

Daniela's house is in perfect condition: very well cared for, clean, organized and also beautiful. We used it because we went to a wedding, but we also took the opportunity to enjoy the pool and all the amenities. The place offers a lot of privacy and is in a quiet and peaceful area, ideal for resting — we slept very well. A great difference was the attention of Mrs. Petra and Mr. Julian, always attentive and helpful with everything. Definitely a great option to stay. Thank you for everything!

Excellent staff service

The house is very spacious and cozy, it is very well maintained and is very comfortable. Julián, the person who takes care of it, is attentive to everything at all times, very polite and helpful. The pool is heated with solar panels, but it reached a perfect temperature. Daniela, the host, communicated very kindly and made it very easy for us. It was a very good experience, we plan to repeat.

A very nice place, there was only one issue with the hot water, and the last ones had very cold water. But everything else is great.

We had a great time, Mr. Julian was very attentive, the cleaning lady was also very attentive, the cook service on the day you pay is all day, it is available from 9 am to 5 pm, the water temperature was very good, the check-in and check-out time is perfect. We had a few hiccups with the TV and couldn't change the channel. We would definitely love to return.

Excellent accommodation, located in a quiet area but close by you can find everything you need, shops, food places and delivery apps arrive without a problem. The property is as shown in the photos and the pool area is a great place to enjoy the day. The people who welcome you and do the cleaning are very attentive and assist you at all times. We requested the person for support in the kitchen and we also received very good service from her. Only the pool area bathroom needs a little cleaning, but overall the cleanliness of the property is good. You have to consider that there are cats and you have to be careful with food and that they do not get inside the rooms. We'll definitely be back.

The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.

The house is luxurious, especially for the children. The pool is super good size, playgrounds and garden are luxurious. The people who attend super cute and attentive. We do not have AppleTV so we could not see movies, there is no smartTV.

Daniela's house is a great place to stay, in a wonderful location, very close to restaurants, the city centre, shopping centres and sports venues. The house is very comfortable and functional. We had a marvelous time, and Sr Julian and Sra Maria looked after us extremely well. We especially enjoyed the garden, the pool and the grill, on which we were able to cook a delicious family barbecue. A big thanks to Daniela, Maria and Julian for making our holiday so special.

The truth surprised me by the view! The dining room on the second floor was the center of our talk, that comfortable, that cozy & what good art books there is in the room on the second floor. The pool water surprisingly very warm even though it was not always sunny. Would definitely be back! Great communication with the host! ✨

It's a unique house, my family and I really enjoyed it and it's not only as the photos show but even better. And what makes it really special is Daniela's attention always as a Host. The house is the same as the listing photos, it is very large, the bedrooms are very clean and complete, the kitchen has everything and in good condition. The bottom part is very complete as well, with the bar, dining room and climb to enjoy the weather. The only two things we didn't enjoy were the pool, which although they had solar panels, it was always cold; and we had a theme with some kittens going there and Mr. Julián, as we were bringing puppies, but Dani was attentive at all times and was quick to respond. Mrs. Maria is very friendly and helpful. The daily cleaning they do is a mega plus. We left very happy! Thanks Dani for everything! :)

Everything is true to the photos, very clean and well kept. The staff who welcome you are very friendly and the people who helped us with the kitchen had the best attitude. The house in general is super good, the only thing is that the pool water was cold, I think it's something to do with the time of year I went.

I really enjoyed the stay. There were only failures with the pay TV and the Apple TV in the living room since they did not work :(. Everything else in the room was fine.

The photos are true to the house, it is very easy to get to the location, from the arrival they make you feel at home for the comfort and tranquility, in addition Mr. Julian and his wife are super helpful and friendly. I loved the hot water in the showers, the well-kept, clean and very nice rooms, as well as the spacious, comfortable and pleasant pool area. I took my 2 dogs and they had a great space to run, rest and have a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent the best long weekend at Quinta Pololo!! The house is very well equipped, extremely spacious and very functional. The pool and outdoor living space were absolute perfection! The pool was the perfect temperature and very functional with various depths and umbrellas for added shade if desired. The wet bar with fridge and outdoor living space with full sets of dishes, glassware and utensils made everything super convenient for a relaxing weekend! The staff was kind and helpful, and willing to help make our visit comfortable in any way. Daniela was a great host and very responsive, although we didn’t need to bother her for a thing during our stay. Will definitely return!

The Quinta Polo is one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever been to in Cuernavaca. The photos don't do it justice, it's even more beautiful; the bar near the pool makes the difference, very well equipped and with furniture in perfect condition. The garden is super spacious and well maintained and there is a barbecue for a luxury weekend. Super comfortable and clean beds, and spacious and very well-equipped bedrooms. Communication with Daniela was perfect, always attentive and kind in answering our questions and concerns and more. The location is perfect, there are Oxxo, Starbucks and supermarkets nearby, Rappi and Uber Eats also come. The WiFi works great, there were at least 3 of us connected to video conferences at the same time without any problems. I recommend the additional kitchen service, the staff is super warm and they cook delicious food, they spoiled us a lot to enjoy 100%. I wouldn't hesitate to return, it was a very pleasant experience

Wonderful experience, the house is very spacious, CLEAN, much nicer than the pictures show, it has a beautiful garden that from the pool or from the salt to the dining room makes you feel a lot of peace.
