The most relaxing getaway! So quiet, private and peaceful! The solar heated pool was amazing! The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable! The breeze through the house made the AC unnecessary. Cooking in the kitchen was a delight. (A full grocery just up the street) The Wednesday Market was just a block away and the Malecón a scenic 5 minute walk. This property was truly perfect in every way! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Was a great space to stay for our time in Ajijic. Spacious with lots of outdoor space! Very much enjoyed the roof top terrace as well as the great kitchen and eating space. Easy walks to grocery, town and coffee shops.

The place was spacious and beautiful. Fabiola cleaned twice a week- she was excellent and tge place was spotless.

This is a perfect spot and very comfortable. The property manager and the 3x/week maid were excellent. The pool is shallow but allows people to cool off. It was great for our grandkids. The house is spacious and includes three levels of nice outdoor spots to relax. It really suited our needs with friends and family able to come and enjoy it with us.

We had a group of 7 staying at Elton's place. Beautiful home, everything was clean and as described. Walking distance to town. We all had a wonderful time. Great place for a group!

Ask for the cleaning service and have them prepare food. It costs extra but it's worth every peso you pay. Highly recommended, it improves your visit experience.

The home was as described and in a beautiful walkable location. Ideal for our weeklong stay with family. Various outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the views.

Host was very responsive and prompt. House is very spacious, clean and bug-free. House is walking distance to “town” and the town square. Lots of shops, restaurants, beautiful and interesting murals all within walking distance. It’s located a few blocks from the lake and “boardwalk” where there are local crafts and food vendors. House is a few blocks from the Wednesday market called tiangius (open air market) - a must do! The pool, although shallow, was great for relaxing and chatting. Pool loungers very comfortable. One bedroom is on ground level. Three bedrooms are on second floor, with one being disconnected from the inside of house (which wasn’t an issue at all). To get to this bedroom, you must go through another bedroom, or walk up the outside steps. Everything (furniture, beds, couches, tables, counters) feel new. This area felt incredibly safe. I would definitely stay here again.

My family really loved staying at Elton’s house. It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was clean and refreshing. The house is beautiful. Every view had something interesting to look at. The kitchen, dining and living room are all connected/open concept so it was great for hanging out. There were really useful items for us to use like bug spray and beach towels. The house has a perfect location for exploring Ajijic, we were able to walk to the boardwalk, grocery store, shops, Wednesday Market, restaurants and waterfall trail. Elton and Becky were very responsive and accommodating :)

The house was just as described and very nice! The property manager Becky responded very quickly when needed. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

Fantastic location to explore Ajijic! We were able to walk to many restaurants, the plaza, and Malecon. The house had plenty of room for everyone in our group to have a private bedroom and bathroom. The pool was so refreshing at the end of the day. We especially appreciated the property/service team. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit in the area.

All The very nice spaces. The excellent kitchen has enough covered glassware and spare pans, all in excellent condition. The very nice rooms I loved the overall decor everything was excellent

The host is very friendly and approachable, very attentive to needs. The house is very nice, spacious and equipped, you feel at home from comfort to the kitchen utensils it has. Even though the pool is not very deep it is very comfortable. The area is very quiet and close to downtown. Highly recommended.

Elton’s place was great. It was spacious, was well appointed, and suited our needs.The pool was great for our young grandkids since it was pretty shallow, and we enjoyed having dinner on the patio roof with nice views of the lake, the mountains and sunset. The property manager and the maid were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

This rental was perfect!! Beautiful spaces, just as pictured. Lots of space. Private pool. Quick walk to main road and close to centro. Great, safe neighborhood. We couldnt have asked for anything more.

This beautifully decorated home had more space than our family of 3 needed, however we thoroughly enjoyed being able to “spread out.” The interior design was exceptional and it was one of the best equipped Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Everything was top notch! There were 4 sun loungers and plenty of outdoor furniture that we took advantage of. The pool, although only about 3 feet/1 metre deep, was great for cooling off. The location felt very safe and was easily walkable to many restaurants, shops, a grocery store, the Wednesday market and the main square. We would highly recommend this house to everyone.

A lovely vacation property! Lots of amenities including kitchenware which we were very grateful for. The home is well decorated and we felt right at home. Host and property manager were very responsive to our queries. Looking forward to staying here again!

Can’t say enough great things about the house. Beautiful space in a great location. Comfortably fit our group of 5 with tons of space to spare.

Very clean and comfortable house

Great location, walkable to the Ajijic malecon, the farmer's market (Wednesdays), and many great restaurants. We took taxis and the shockingly inexpensive bus to areas outside of Ajijic (the bus stop is a few blocks up the road at the highway). Walmart is about a 15-minute walk, then a few minutes return by taxi once loaded up. The home has a ton of character and all the amenities needed. WiFi worked great for streaming and internet browsing. The property manager met us at check in and provided helpful tips for the area. Housekeeping was provided a couple of times during our stay (super friendly housekeeper).
