The house is beautiful and everything is in perfect condition. It's very comfortable and everything is very clean. And the hosts were very friendly and always answered our questions. We were delighted with this vacation and of course I recommend it 100%.

We had a couple minor issues which were promptly attended to. The location is beautiful. The home is charming, comfortable and overall well equipped for a family to stay. We would certainly rent again. Thanks for having us.

Large house on a beautiful private beach. Debbie and Kip were immediately responsive when we had questions or issues. The only problem we had was with the refrigerator in the main house not cooling enough. It was a little inconvenient having to walk over to the guest house to get our food. Other than that, our group enjoyed our stay here at Casa Semana and we look forward to coming back again someday.

Beautiful, clean and updated home. Right on the beach! Had the vacation of our dreams with family friends. Location is gated, safe and close by the fish market, shopping, food and activities but far enough to feel like you are on your own private island. Highly recommend!

The outdoor spaces were also very pretty and perfect for relaxing. Our whole family, especially the kids, had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. The house is great for hosting large groups. We were a party of 12 and had plenty of space. We stayed here last year and enjoyed the stay, which is why we booked again this year. Highly recommended.

We had a great time stay here, the house was amazing! Little details need to be fixed here and there but over all it’s nice! We did have to go inside every night around 7 because lots of coyotes running around! Also DO NOT leave any trash bags outside, not even tied up in the dumpster, because the coyotes will make a mess!!! We had to chase a pack of coyotes because they opened a bad of trash and made a huge mess outside the front doors!

Comfortable house in lovely Playa La Jolla. Kitchen was well stocked and they provided both bath towels and beach towels.

We had such an amazing stay at Debra’s Place! Debra, her husband Kip and daughter Michelle were wonderful hosts—so responsive and helpful from the start. The beach was absolutely perfect: soft sand and no rocks anywhere, which made the swimming amazing. We swam and played in the ocean for hours without ever worrying about sharp rocks—it felt like our own private slice of paradise. The home itself was the most well-stocked Airbnb I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in many. They thought of everything, from coffee to multiple 5-gallon bottles of drinking water, with enough towels and multiple other amenities to comfortably accommodate our group of 16. It made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We also loved how peaceful the neighborhood was. Unlike busy areas like Sandy Beach, this area was quiet, calm, and surrounded by respectful neighbors—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Debra and her family have truly earned their Superhost status, and we can’t wait to stay with them again!

We did a couples trip with a 6 couples and Debra's place was perfect for us. it was out first time at playa encanto and it will be our spot for future bookings. This place was amazing and perfect! i highly recommend staying here if your looking for a place on the beach and away from the busy town.

Very quiet beach, very few people, good waves for swimming, no rocks! Very responsive host, responds so quickly and kindly. Nice spacious place for our big family.

Gorgeous ocean views! Relaxing stay with family. Secluded/private beach with security 24hrs. Very safe! Walmart is close by so easy to pick up groceries etc… Highly recommend the home for a large family or a family reunion. Beautiful!

Great house for 2 families. The only downside is that it is right next to public access to the beach so on busy weekends (we went over Memorial Day weekend) there are a few people that come up from other houses in the neighborhood to get beach access so it can get a little crowded at times. Still nothing compared to how crowded CA beaches get. The host was very responsive and accommodated us with early checkin. Would stay again for sure but we would probably try to avoid the busiest weekend of the year!

Debra was so great to communicate with and left us very easy to follow instructions and even helped us out bringing out ant bait when we needed it

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beach house! The space was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the beach was absolutely amazing, and the best part was being able to walk straight out of the house and right onto the sand. It made things so easy — no need to carry chairs or tents to the beach! The kids loved being able to play outside all day while we relaxed and enjoyed the scenery. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We loved our stay at this location for our large party. Lots of comfortable bedrooms with large gathering spaces around the kitchen and family room. Walk right down to a very peaceful beach to catch amazing sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked too - tons of plates, utensils, cookware, even a slow cooker. The PAC-Man machine upstairs and hairdryers in bathrooms were a bonus. The linens and furnishings were high quality. We plan to come here again Spring break!

Our group had an amazing time at this wonderfully stocked and equipped house. We legitimately never left the premises. You are in Mexico so little things like the water taking a while to heat up to somewhat adequate temp are easily overlooked. Right on the beach, and extremely peaceful. We’d definitely stay again.

We had the best few days at Debra’s place. The house was beautiful. The ocean was right outside our door. It was peaceful and private and we felt completely safe the whole time. We would definitely rent her place again!

This beautiful house is in an excellent location with the beach right outside the patio doors. The beds are soft, the bathrooms pristine, the water pressure is good, even the living room furniture is plentiful and comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly and so did the television and WiFi. The only problem that was noticeable was the lack of hot water in the kitchen sink. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Casa Semana and we look forward to coming back again someday.

Wonderful place in every respect. Had a couple of minor issues, sliding door sticks, blender leaking question about microwave. She sent someone immediately, fixed the door, brought a brand new blender, showed us the microwave trick and helped us find a mechanic for some minor car trouble.

Debra was very responsive to my messages and offered information ahead of check in. I requested if we could check-in a couple hours early and was able to accommodate the request with no hesitation. Home was clean and spacious. We were able to fit 14 people in the home, including kids. The house has everything you need to cook, such as pans and utensils; plenty of plates and cups. The house rules were simple and not strict at all. Check out rules were super simple compared to other homes I've stayed in where they want all kinds of things done, not with Debra. I would defintely book again. Thank you Debra for the easy process from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a getaway and a quiet place to enjoy family and clear your mind, this is the best place for you. It’s beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house is a 40 minute drive from the city of puerto Penasco but you can order things to the place, as well as taxis. It’s a very secluded area with was perfect for our stay!

Casa Luna Azul was the perfect stay for our large family. Kitchen is well stocked with all of the utensils and cookware you could need on your trip. All bathrooms had hot water and good water pressure which have been issues for us at other places we’ve stayed at in Puerto Peñasco. Bedrooms are clean and had extra pillows and blankets. Debra was quick to respond when we needed her. The house itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and right next to the beach. You can tell from all the commodities and features that Debra takes all of her guests into consideration and plans for their stay to go smoothly and enjoyable. We’d love to book this place again!

This place was perfect for the 16 people. Something that was so great is each bedroom had a bathroom made it so convenient for everyone. We enjoyed hanging out on the roof. Everything worked well. The location was perfect. The beach was beautiful and peaceful, we loved it was so secluded and hardly anyone there. It was our first time traveling to Puerto Peñasco but the host gave us specific instructions and hints that made it easy and were very very helpful on getting to the house.

Easy to book, find, relax. We felt very safe. The beach is right outside the front door. Good outdoor amenities for grilling and eating outside. Good design of the house with large bedrooms and ample bathrooms. Nice stove for cooking. The kitchen and living room are a little dark and could use some floor lamps if you play board games at night. Oh! And great a/c.

Debra was a great host, house was perfect for our family. The two families with kids stayed upstairs and the rest of the family had their own rooms downstairs. We thought it was all one unit we could access from the inside but it worked out great for us. We enjoyed sunset dinners on the third level. Beach was just a few minutes away. Would definitely stay there again!

The house and location was beautiful! Right on the beach and very secure/peaceful.

We had a slight plumbing issue in one of the back bedrooms when we first arrived, but we understand things happen that are unpredictable. They responded ASAP and stayed late to help resolve the problem. Everyone was very friendly and everything was resolved by the next morning and we still REALLY enjoyed our vacation. Very cute apartment with a beautiful view and playa encanto is my FAVORITE beach to stay at!

Everything was just as pictured and described. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. The AC splits in each room and the kitchen kept the home at a comfortable temperature. I highly recommend this home for a beachfront stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house , it had everything you need, the beach is beautiful and private to spend the day. The house is approximately 30 minutes from the center of Peñasco, we had no problems to get to thanks to the directions of the host, as well she was attentive to the doubts that arose. We really consider coming back on our next vacation.
