Everything was excellent. The house is very nice and everything is very comfortable.

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed our visit. The best thing about the place is definitely its surroundings. The large tree, the beautiful garden and the pool give the property a very special charm. The location and the access road also contribute to creating a very quiet environment, ideal for resting and spending time with family. We would especially like to thank Ms. Priscila for her attention, helpfulness, and support throughout our stay. It was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely come back.

We had a very nice stay! The house is very spacious and superbly equipped for large groups, which was perfect for our weekend. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we've seen in an Airbnb—I was even able to bake a cake! We also hired Priscilla to help us with the cooking, and she was excellent — very efficient and prepared delicious meals with the ingredients we brought. In addition, there is a small store very close by that is very convenient for anything you might need. Overall, it was a very good experience. We would gladly come back!

The place was beyond amazing it was my first time in that part of Mexico. Jorge and staff were so accommodating. Priscilla and her husband were amazing. House was spotless and her cooking 10/10. We are def staying here when we come back. We had a hiccup and had a car accident on the way to airport I called Jorge we missed our flight and he made sure we had a place to stay. It was like having family. Backyard is beautiful. Kids loved the pool. We saw horses from the backyard. The list goes on how amazing and relaxing this house is and the people make it worth it!

The house is beautiful, it has a pool and the water is warm even though it is cloudy, the garden was perfect for playing with my dog and being next to the lagoon (literally), to get there follow the instructions to the letter. The garage has space for three medium-sized cars. The house is perfect for large groups, the rooms are as shown in the photos, the living room is great for gatherings and the kitchen is open for sharing breakfast, the house has a grill that is very useful for a delicious roast meat or some grilled seafood. The housekeeper is super nice and cooks delicious food, she can help with breakfast for an extra fee. The caretakers are always attentive, that's very appreciated, you feel very safe. To eat there, there's not much, just some delicious tacos and pizzas for dinner, but Joco is exactly 10 minutes away, there are banks and you can eat very well and walk around. The house is a single floor with a small step to enter and exit, perfect for older adults.

A very good place to spend some time relaxing, excellent service, Priscila helped us a lot with food, in general everything was excellent. I would only recommend that one of the rooms with a lake view have a king size bed instead of the 4 single beds. Highly recommended place.

We had the opportunity to stay in this house for our work retreat and I can safely say that choosing this space was the best decision!! Very comfortable house, despite being 7 people we all had our privacy, we loved that the pool was warm and also Priscila, who is the person who was with us to cook for us and the cleaning made the experience even better!! Delicious cooking, she spoiled us and was always willing to help us with everything we needed. We would definitely come back here! 1000/10 the experience!!

Excellent host, very attentive to what was offered. Priscila and Francisco, the caretakers, are very attentive to everything. The house has spacious, bright and very pleasant areas and is fully equipped. The pool with warm/hot water and the garden area is great for spending time together and relaxing. My dogs enjoyed it. They ran around the garden very happy. The layout of the rooms, each with its own private bathroom, is great.

The house is very nice and comfortable, both Jorge and the sailors were attentive that we did not lack anything, we had a few small inconveniences but Jorge was always attentive.

I love visiting the tree house is always a place, to which we can go as a family to totally relax, it is a quiet place and the beauty of the lake is charming.

It was relaxing. We rested, had fun, and everything was very nice. The house is super well equipped with all the cookware to prepare whatever you want for large groups. The pool is always at a pleasant temperature. Hilda, the lady who supports you, is very friendly and approachable. Something that could be improved is the mosquito nets, which need to be changed or maintained, since many mosquitoes come in and, although they don't bite, they are annoying. It is worth mentioning that there is a device in the house that kills mosquitoes, but I think it would be better if they didn't come in, or at least if there were far fewer of them.

The house is large, with a very nice view of the lake, the pool is at a pleasant temperature, spacious garden spaces. The cleanliness in general was very good. Mrs. Hilda was very friendly and the hosts were very attentive. I would definitely go back.

The house is very well cared for, clean, the rooms are very nice in size, each with its own bathroom, the beds are very comfortable. In the house there is a couple who live next door, Hilda and Rogelio, excellent hosts, always attentive; with the rental price includes the cleaning of bathrooms and laying on daily beds. Additional service can be hired for Hilda to help with breakfasts and meals. Jorge was always attentive that we didn't have any inconvenience. We had a great time, super recommended.

Very nice, comfortable and pleasant house, with good spaces to share with the family, with great equipment, especially in the kitchen that made you feel more than at home, with several amenities that gave a great plus to the stay. There were no board games that appeared in the photos, but we were told that they were not available. But definitely a place to go back to. Thanks to Jorge who was attentive and helpful from the beginning of the reservation.

We spent a few very relaxing days. We loved the super clean pool and the very warm water, the incredible view of the lake, and the house has several beautiful trees. Hiring Hilda's services allowed us to rest. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful vacation with my family and my pets. The place is beautiful, and being close to the lagoon is even better.

Conviently located to where we needed to be. Nice home and liked that all bedrooms had bathrooms. There is a gate to the home and is family friendly and safe. Would stay again.

The house is spectacular, a great place to be with family and friends, open areas inside the house to be able to spend time together, and the garden with the terrace, pool and lake view is incredible. Maria's service is first class, she sends very clear instructions, options for activities and services, and she has details such as requesting a jug of water or chopped fruit to be ready to receive guests. We will definitely return to this place that feels like home.

You can fully relax and enjoy yourself. The location alone is not the best, but there were no problems.

The place is amazing if you're looking to relax and spend time with friends or family. The patio with the lakefront swimming pool was one of my favorites, and if you need food, ask for Hilda; she cooks delicious meals.

This the second time we stay at this amazing house. It is great for a family gathering, communicating with hosts is super easy and the house staff is very attentive.

My family and I had a wonderful time at The Chantepec house. we spent much of our time by the pool swimming and soaking up the sun. When we weren't at the house we enjoyed the bounty the area! We engaged Hilda to cook most of our meals which was a bonus (and a delicious one at that). The rooms were roomy and comfortable. I often find hard mattress difficult to sleep on, so if you have the same issue, be sure to contact Jorge ahead of time to make arrangements. We would stay at Jorge's in a heartbeat!

Hello, thank you very much for the stay, the house is truly amazing and has everything you need and more, we enjoyed the whole house and its amenities, all the rooms have everything, the pool, terrace, kitchen, TV area and kitchen, and the people who are there, (Hilda and Rogelio, the truth is that my dad was delighted that it was what I wanted, but we all enjoyed everything and without needing to leave, the only small detail, is that we did not know that at night there was no hot water from the showers and the pool, but we must understand that it is made of solar panels, (and we are in front of the cold), which obviously had to be seen, but the truth did not affect us, thank you very much for everything, and thank you for cleaning and fulfilling all the anti-COVID protocols!! Thank you so much for the stay, the view that has no comparison, and the memories that are the best thing we take with us. Thank you very much and we hope to return soon! 🤞🏽👏🏽😊

Everything was excellent! The house was beautiful and most amazing to have on one side the mountains and on the other the beautiful garden and lake. That side-to-side, floor-to-ceiling window is wonderful. The house is super equipped to spend a pleasant time cooking and living together as a family. The pool always has hot and clean water. In general, the house and everything is just like the photos and they keep it in very good condition and clean. Mrs. Hilda and those who take care of the house were always very attentive and helpful, in addition to always respecting our requirement to maintain as much distance as possible due to the issue of the pandemic. I only recommend wearing a lot of repellent because in the entire area near the lake there are many mosquitoes in rainy weather.

We just returned from our vacation and we can’t stop talking about what a great time we had. Our goal was to relax and that is exactly what we did. Poolside! This house was perfect for us. Beautifully kept, spotless inside and out. Hilda and her husband (I can’t believe I can’t remember his name, shame on me) were outstanding. They were hard working, helpful beyond words and kind. Hilda cut fruit daily, made fresh guacamole! Outstanding! I can’t say enough good things about our experience and look forward to spending another vacation here with more family members.
