It's a really cozy and beautiful space! We loved it and had a nice weekend enjoying the water. The rest was phenomenal! All amenities are 100% functional A very safe area and everything is very quiet. We hope to return soon!

Pedro treated us super well. We had a bad experience before and booked with him as an emergency. From the beginning, he was very understanding, helped us with everything and made my family have an incredible time. He was always attentive to even the smallest detail. The cabin is super accessible, the pool is super nice and beautiful, and the waterfalls are unparalleled. But really, the way Pedro treated us was something else. We even extended our stay and spent Father's Day there. I highly recommend him. You won't regret it. We are delighted and would obviously love to come back. It will now be our first choice and, above all, a safe one. He made our stay special. He was empathetic, supported us, and even gave us more time. I recommend him without a doubt. From our arrival, Pedro was very attentive. The house was lovely, as shown in the photos. He was quick to respond to whatever we needed. It's worth every penny. The games and the pool were the best. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. It has lots of amenities, and the pool is super nice. We loved the outdoor dining area; it's a great space. There is a plaza just a few minutes away, with small shops that make it super pleasant. The beds are very comfortable, and it's very convenient that each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning.

The house is amazing, and all the amenities it has will ensure you enjoy a pleasant stay. Pedro's service was very good, and he was always attentive to our needs. The pool heating was fine. During the day, the temperature was super pleasant, and in the late afternoon/evening, it dropped a bit. The nicest things were the pool, the patio, and the game room.

I highly recommend staying at Dali's house, it meets each of the amenities mentioned in the house description. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, with spacious, well-kept spaces designed for family enjoyment. Pedro, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive at all times, always available for any questions and making sure everything was perfect during our stay, even helping us with extra things that were included in the reservation. The pool with jacuzzi and waterfall was our favorite place, ideal for relaxing during the day and enjoying quiet evenings at night. The barbecue area and the terrace with TV and music created the perfect atmosphere to live, while the fireplace was magical to end the day. The rooms are very comfortable, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and smart TV, which was perfect for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely be back. Thank you Pedro for giving us such a complete experience and for your first-class service. A gem of a place!

The house is very beautiful inside and out, it is quite spacious and comfortable to walk around; it is also super designed to spend a day at the family pool as it is surrounded by multiple and fun games, as well as having a professional grill where you control the heat of the fire and make your food super delicious. It has all the facilities you need and much more inside the kitchen, dining rooms for more than 8 people, barbecue, comfortable rooms, pool area with waterfall and jacuzzi programming that allows total relaxation of body and mind, and bedrooms where all have their TV and bathroom allowing you to take care of your privacy. Definitely a place to create and repeat family memories. Note: for an extra cost you can request a late check-out of the property and heating of the pool boiler. Choose both options to enjoy your vacation experience. Thank you Pedro and Magaly for all your attention from start to finish, we really enjoyed everything.

Excellent place due to its location and the property is very well maintained as in the photos, it has many amenities to spend a good weekend with family and especially with children. For future families, it would be important to note that if they use the boiler, consider that the full gas consumption of the house is charged, there is no exclusive boiler rate.

Our stay in this beautiful home was perfect, since we arrived the host welcomed us very warmly and kindly. The pool with jacuzzi and waterfall are formidable, it was very much enjoyed by my family and I. The terrace is lovely, we spent it playing with giant board games and listening to music while making meat at the grill. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, as each one has its own bathroom, very nice and clean beds, smart TV and air conditioning. Unbeatable location we took the avenue in the car took us straight to the shopping center, golf club and restaurants. Very well earned the 5 stars, I congratulate Pedro and his staff for the excellent service. Thank you. We'll definitely be back!

I definitely recommend this house as its spaces and amenities are ideal for families. Also, its location is excellent and the cleanliness is impeccable. The pool with jacuzzi and waterfall is spectacular; we really enjoyed the sunsorie that is in the water. We had an incredible time playing in the garden with the dexterity games and in the entertainment area, where we had fun with football and hockey. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the grill area has music and TV, which makes the meals very pleasant. The host always looked out for us and was very polite, which made our stay very pleasant. This is our second time staying and we are already planning to return in December.

We loved the house. From the moment you are welcomed, they are friendly and show you the whole house. Everything is in perfect condition. The furniture is very nice. The pool and jacuzzi are great. We really enjoyed the sun on the lounge chairs in the garden. The service was first rate, since the host was always looking out for us and responding very quickly. We spent a few wonderful days as a family enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. The garden is ideal for resting in the hammock, reading a book, and listening to music. I loved the play terrace. The cleanliness is impeccable and the service they gave us was very friendly and warm. They really make you feel right at home. Thank you very much for all your attentiveness. All the facilities of the house are impeccable, the furniture, the pool, the garden, the treatment we were given was first from the reception to the attention of the messages from Pedro, always answered kindly and helpful. Yesterday, we watched the national team game on the terrace and grilled some meat on the barbecue. It was really great. I highly recommend this house because it's nice, and they treat you very well.

The house is very nice and has all the amenities. We really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the sundeck. It has many things to do and we had an amazing time on the play terrace, the view of the Popocatépetl that day was amazing. Pedro was always very attentive and caring for us. We definitely want to come back.
