it was honestly a very nice and good location, The whole community was very peaceful and the pool was great. even though we went on a season where there was lots of seaweed, the pool and the surrounding made it worth it!!

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! We were traveling with a large family group and rented 10 apartments in the complex—without a doubt, ours had the best location. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and incredibly well equipped. Traveling with young kids was so easy thanks to the crib, high chair, toys, and fully stocked kitchen. The private pool was sparkling clean and serviced daily. When a couple of the AC remotes needed new batteries, Katherine responded immediately, and her property manager fixed everything the next morning while also explaining how the lights and fans worked. The complex is beautiful, perfect for families, with great restaurants and excellent service. The location is great, although I do recommend renting a car to explore the area. Thank you, Katherine—we loved our stay and hope to return to this exact apartment!

We loved our stay! The complex has an amazing pool, private beach, and two great restaurants. We were able to enjoy all the amenities and take trips into town to explore local restaurants and excursions. Everyone was really friendly. The apartment served our family of four really well. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys and games that were available to use. Thanks for the great stay!

Katherine’s place is beautiful, clean and spacious. There are clear instructions for the stove, trash, etc. She had toys, games, tennis racquets., beach towels. She’s thought of everything you would need. We love our stay here and will definitely be back.

Katherine’s condo was very clean, and spacious! It was perfect for our group of seven. Both the condo and the grounds are really peaceful, in a gated and safe community. Katherine and Andres were very responsive to my questions. Great condo in Playa del Carmen!

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious Katherine's condo was. The laundry room actually has a single bed and bathroom, so there's a total of 4 separate bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The condo was in great condition and very clean, which is often not the case with beach rentals. The property felt very safe and was well maintained, and there's a great open air restaurant by the pool that we ate at several times. Katherine was also very responsive whenever we had questions. I'd highly recommend renting a car because the property is about a 10 minute drive to downtown Playa del Carmen, so you'll want the convenience of being able to drive. Also, if you see comments about sargassum, we found that if there's days where it is bad at the beach at Mareazul, it will be the same way at any of the beaches in the area. They do a great job working to keep the beach clean, but there may be times where you can't avoid it regardless of where you stay in Playa del Carmen.

We had a great time at Katherine's place! It was plenty of room for our group (4 adults and 3 teens). The plunge pool off the back patio was lovely. It's a short walk to the pools and beach. The restaurants were right out back and had good food for good prices. We all felt very safe staying here and I would stay again. Katherine was very responsive and friendly :)

wonderful condo, everything provided to insure a beautiful vacation from plenty of beach equipment for the children to a full kitchen w a blender for smoothies or adult beverages, looking forward for a return trip

Place was really great! Perfect space for 8 of us to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary together. The beach was beautiful and on property restaurants served good food and drinks. Downtown Playa del Carmen was an easy walk or cab ride.

The accommodation is unbeatable for my taste, the complex has a very good location, 5 minutes from 5th Avenue by car, the pool is incredible and the beach is beautiful and quiet. The complex has a mini supermarket that helps you out. If you're going with children, it has a playpen and stroller at your disposal. During our stay there was a problem with the electricity, due to a storm that had occurred. Since it was not going to be restored soon, she did everything possible to keep us comfortable and moved us to some apartments across the street that did have electricity. She and Andres went out of their way to make this happen. My experience was very good, only because of that detail with the electricity, which we understood was beyond her control, and overall, they did everything possible to solve it. I would suggest that the complex have a power plant to avoid these situations. Overall, an excellent experience, I would definitely come back.
