This place was absolutely incredible! The ocean views were beautiful and truly unmatched. The property was peaceful, private, and absolutely perfect for large groups. We had an amazing time, and I especially loved that everyone had their own private space and bathroom. It made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. They contacted us well in advance to explain how to get there and gave us great tips about the town. They even picked us up and personally took us directly to the property, where they explained everything we needed to know. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily book with them again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was excellent. Even before arriving, the service and communication from the hosts was very good, and they were always attentive to us. The house was always very clean. It is very nice and super well equipped. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition, they were constantly cleaning the pool, especially because it was raining during our stay. You have to consider that the house is practically in the middle of the jungle, but for those who enjoy nature, this is part of the charm and is not a problem. We loved everything and would definitely go back!

Amazing and beautiful property secluded in the outskirts of San Pancho. Great views, lots of space, and comfortable rooms/amenities. We loved the pool and living space and spent most of our time there. There was an issue with one of the rooms and some work needed to be done. The host were proactive about this and always looked for solutions, so made the best out of this situation. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

Our stay at William’s home was truly wonderful. The place was spacious, stocked with all of the needed amenities and it was absolutely beautiful. Each room was designed in its own way which made it so special. The recommendations provided were wonderful as well. Words seem inadequate to describe the magic, beauty, and ambiance of this family home and its beautiful setting. The house is immaculate and very well cared for and maintained. The decor is absolutely beautiful and representative of the family love that has gone into making it feel like a home, while also immersing us in the culture of the area as well lending a feel of luxury. The artwork is nothing short of unique and mesmerizing with many symbolic elements. The lush tropical setting, combined with the magical sights and sounds of local birds and soothing sounds of the waves breaking on the beach greet you each morning and soothe you to sleep after a long day of activity (we were in San Pancho for our son’s wedding),. The pool and pool area were beautiful, beach and pool items, beach chairs, towels and grills available. The staff was friendly and the hosts were extremely responsive. I can’t speak highly enough of our concierge, Marie, who was very helpful, courteous and a delight.

Truly an incredible experience! The property is stunning. The sunset views over the balcony are breathtaking. It is private, peaceful, yet still a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend the golf carts to get into town, but it also wasn’t a bad walk walking through the beach to access the town center. We were provided with the Taxi service that took our group of 14 out in Sayulita for the night. Otherwise there is plenty to do around San Pancho. The local host- Marie- was so incredibly helpful. We loved our stay so much and will definitely be back.

The house is amazing, with all the amenities described, everything super clean and functional. The beds are very comfortable, and it has the best ocean view in all of San Pancho. Anything I can say falls short of what I experienced in this beautiful house. 100% recommended, and I encourage all families or groups of friends visiting San Pancho not to miss out on this experience.

Our group had a wonderful stay!!

The big house was amazing. We had the best time and truly enjoyed the pool. Getting to and from town was a breeze thanks to the golf cart rental. When we had an issue with one of the carts, the property staff were incredibly quick to assist and get it resolved with the rental company. Marie was also extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Thank you. The Villa de las Vistas was a great place to stay. It met every expectation. It is the perfect place for a family reunion. When I get back home to Texas I will definetly be telling everyone I know that they should stay there. San Pancho was so nice. And our host even assisted with planning a fishing trip with helped me catch a dorado, one of my bucket list fish! It was an all around amazing trip with family. I would even say it was one of the best vacations ever. The name definetly fits this place Villa de las Vistas it is definitely the place with some amazing views!

We are so grateful to everyone for welcoming us so beautifully. I was hosting a group of women, and due to some unexpected issues with another Airbnb, we had to find a new place at the last minute. This home completely came through for us. They allowed us to arrive early, were incredibly accommodating, and were right there to help any time we had a question or small issue. The house was spotless, the pool was perfect, and it was just a short walk to the beach. It felt completely secluded, like we were tucked away in the jungle, yet close enough to enjoy everything nearby. The attention to detail made it feel so unique and special. Beautiful, artistic touches in every room gave it warmth and character. This home was ideal for a group: plenty of bedrooms, multiple spaces to gather, and a layout that made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. It was even better than the pictures! I’m already looking at dates to return & will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for everything!

Amazing stay at Villa De Vistas! Perfect place for a larger group. Everything was very clean, and each bedroom was stocked well with towels. Beautiful surroundings as it very much feels like a Villa in the jungle. Beach access is a short 5 minute walk and its a very quiet beautiful beach. Would love to come back for a family trip! Our family had a fantastic stay with William. Marie was an excellent concierge and was available throughout our stay for anything we might need. The property was gorgeous and we were very comfortable and enjoyed many afternoons by the pool and looked forward to our trips into town via golf cart. We were enchanted by San Pancho and this lovely gem of a villa! We’d absolutely return.

We had a great time with the family, my daughter, son in law and grandson from LA and our son from New York. All had a great time. The house and the story are amazing. Also, great swimming pool for a 16 month babe to get swimming lessons. Although you can get by with a golf cart, a car is a better bet when coming home from San Pancho after dinner. San Pancho has a lot of great restaurants and Marie-Eve who saw us on arrival and booked our activities was exceptional. Would definitely return to Villa de Vistas again. Peter

We stayed at the main house as well as this smaller sister home — please see my review of the main house that captures most everything about this smaller and attached residence. The pool is clean, the deck is comfortable, with rooms merely a few feet away, making everything extremely convenient. The property grounds are well-kept, with fences and lockable gates. There’s an outdoor stairway down to the cobble road that takes you to San Pancho, a nice shortcut option if you want to save 5 minutes riding the golf cart down or up the winding path to the home. Marie, the onsite concierge for the entire property, is amazing — super responsive, full of great recommendations, immensely helpful. Highly recommend the in-house chefs and massages Marie can reserve for you The cleaners come every other day, which is great; they’re unobtrusive. Handymen are available and can take care of things in a moment’s notice Overall, for both houses, 10/10, highly, highly recommend!

This place is magnificent! My family and I enjoyed our time here very much. There were 16 of us and we were all very comfortable. This house has everything that we needed: privacy, tranquility, breath taking views and overall a sense of home away from home. It’s definitely worth the price. I’ve already shared my experiences to friends and other families.

My family and I loved the stay, the place, the view and the amenities. We would only like to add that a 4x4 vehicle is required and that you may have to share the area with the other accommodation next door.

We had a company retreat at Villa de Vistas for 10 people, and it was such an incredible stay! Our company owner and his family is actually returning for another stay in November! The concierge and staff were amazing and so helpful in the planning process. The villa is just beautiful and spacious and so many great nooks to explore and relax. Just a short walk to the beach, and we rented golf carts to get into San Pancho. An amazing experience from beginning to end and would definitely recommend!! Thank you!

The house was perfect and just like in the pictures, we were 4 families and it was perfect to accommodate everybody with their own privacy. We rented a golf car thru them and it was nice and easy to move around to and from town. Restaurants in town were very good! Beach was rough and not very good to swim specially if you have little ones. If you like a secluded and private area, this is the house for you. Highly recommended! ! It was such an amazing experience renting this beautiful house. It was just what we were looking for. Quiet place in a small town just to relax with the family. It was my first time going to Puerto Vallarta and I was not sure if the 1 hour drive from the airport was worth it, it totally is. The house was spacious enough for our group of 16 + 2 babies. All 3 houses were fully equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! 🤍

It was our first family vacation & it did not disappoint. The home was gorgeous & we loved reading about how William & Melissa came to create their family oasis. We also were lucky enough to have Chef Teresa come make us a few breakfasts & dinners - they were all DELICIOUS. She allowed my daughters to help her cook & even brought us some local fruit for them to try. We would love to come back again - maybe bring some more family with us as there is so much space!

People in my group were hesitant to give too good of a review, not because it's not deserving, but because it's such a gem! The house is beautiful, and is extremely well furnished/equipped. The ocean views are great, and we had a wild bird show everyday! If you like to cook, the kitchen is very capable and has everything to cook for large groups. Appliances like dishwasher, garbage disposal, clothes washer+dryer were very helpful. The pdf guide was very helpful, as was the concierge. One thing our group underestimated were the stairs, so if you have people w/ limited mobility in your group, take that into consideration. Staying here was lovely, and we are strongly considering returning already!

I have only wonderful things to say about our stay. This home felt like a home and we felt welcomed, at peace, and safe for the entirety of our stay. The hosts went above and beyond helping us navigate our stay and their recommendations really enhanced our vacation. If you are looking for a place to stay in San Pancho, this is where I would send everyone I love. I cannot wait to visit again and this would be the only home I would want to be in!

Amazing property! Unforgettable vacation!

I don’t typically write reviews, but this Villa was truly incredible. The pictures online make this home seem beautiful, but my jaw actually dropped when I walked in the front door. It’s absolutely STUNNING! You’re nestled up in the treetops in the jungle with gorgeous views of the ocean below. You can even hear the waves crashing at night. And even though you’re up in the jungle, it really is only a 10 min walk down their pathway to the beach. This house has every amenity you can think of and then some. It’s one of those few places that’s not just a house, but a home. You can tell how much time, attention to detail, and love they put into building this villa. On top of all that, the concierge Marie helped take care of everything, from transportation to/from the airport, chefs, and a golf cart for getting around. She was incredible! Thank you William (and Marie), for making this a wonderful vacation!

This was an incredible birthday visit! The house is stunning! Marie (the concierge) and Jerry (the chef) made our week so much easier. We hated leaving and plan to come back. The property is beautiful and the views are amazing!

Our second time here and we love it! Lucky to spend a little time with the owners while we were there. It was a treat to hear more about the house and their travels throughout Mexico to acquire all the beautiful art. The views are so amazing and we spent a lot of time in the pool with our four year old grandson. The house provides everything you need and couldn't be more beautiful.

Beautiful and unique home. You can really feel the love they put into creating this magical space. Stunning views! 🌅 As mentioned in previous reviews - lots of steps in the house and to get to the ocean! Not well-suited for elders or young children, but our family with teenagers had an amazing experience here! We were visiting during July and it was HOT! The house has many air conditioned areas, including bedrooms, but some spaces like the living room/dining room are open-air, which made mealtimes for our party of 14 a little challenging. I would love to return during the winter, when sitting on the beautiful patios and walking to town/beach would be a bit more pleasant. Overall, a lovely rental!🌅

Vista Villa is a stunning property! We had a family reunion - with 4 couples and 5 grandkids. Every family had their own private space and ensuite. The views of the ocean was stunning! It was nice to be slightly outside of town - with and easy golf cart ride of 10-15 minutes into town. The art and decor felt like it was curated and custom for this house - really beautiful! The only challenge we encountered were power outages. The house has a back up generator that didn't quite work with the size of house this is. There were a few nights that a few of the villa's didn't have air conditioning. We were impressed with the quick responsiveness of the staff to work on it. It seemed to be outside of their control, of course. Marie - the concierge is amazing. She helped us coordinate most all of our travel and excursions details. We could not have done it without her! All in all - we loved our stay and could easily recommend it to folks that are OK with a lot of stairs!

La Villa de Vistas is truly a gem. It's beautiful, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The owners were very clear and responsive during the booking process, and their "concierge" Marie is incredible - super proactive and supportive, she helped us book cars and gave suggestions on activities. My entire group (8 people) wanted to stay forever! The one thing to be aware of is that the building is not very accessible for folks with mobility issues, in that there are a lot of stairs, and the tiles in various rooms and on patios get slippery when wet (though Marie reminded us of the tiles when we arrived). Prepare to get a workout going down to the beach, between the 3 casas/casitas, and even within the main house. Overall, this home is gorgeous and we would absolutely stay here again!

Always an excellent stay!

William’s villas were perfect for our week in San Pancho! It was clean, spacious, and far exceeded our expectations - pictures do not do it justice. It was perfect for couples who want to be social, but also need some quiet time and their own space. We will be back!!

William’s place is a peaceful, beautiful oasis to relax and enjoy the comforts of the property, or a short walk to the beach. It took us 25-30 min to walk from the house to San Pancho (shorter if walking along the beach than along the roads). The hosts and Marie, the concierge were wonderfully responsive and went out of their way to help us trouble shoot some things we needed. We felt very lucky to have found this Airbnb.

This space and all the people associated with it, Is amazing. Bill and Melissa have a beautiful home, built with love. You’ll appreciate it most of you want quiet, away from town. It’s a decent walk to get back and forth. This is my second time staying here.

This villa is fantastic! Anybody reading this review; reserve this house if you can. Where to begin - The owners are so nice and helpful, the concierge for the house was great. The house has every other day maid service, and a caretaker every morning. I say "house", but it's actually 3 houses. The layout on the side of a mountain is perfect for a large family, all told, 7 bedrooms. all beautifully decorated. Heated pool where we would congregate at the end of the day. Beautiful sunsets from multiple levels. A short walk to the beach. A very short walk to a fancy beach club. Fancy and pricey, but worth it for a day or two. The final driveway is a little steep, but vans manage it just fine. The taxis in town all know the house. We rented a golf cart, but that was for the babies and kids so they wouldn't have to walk to the end of the beach where the water is a bit calmer. We adults just walked everywhere or we just went to the taxi stand in town for the ride back

Such a beautiful location with incredible views and all the amenities. We all loved staying here. William was so kind on the phone and Iris and staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The art in the house is really unique. Everyday I would find something new to admire and comment on. They have really made this home a treasure. The terraces were large and offered such amazing views. The setting in the jungle was spectacular. We really enjoyed all the birds. Be prepared for a lot of stairs, beautifully created, but several floors up and down. The path to the beach is many stairs also, but a beautiful walk through the jungle - and more fun art pieces. Thank you Bill and Melissa for the opportunity to stay in your home. We hope to return on another visit.

This was our fourth visit to Villa de Vistas. We love this home and San Pancho. Bill and Melissa have always been very kind, and flexible, and went out of their way to accommodate us when my daughter got married there in 2020. During this last visit, we were very impressed with Iris, the local property manager. She was very responsive and arranged for transportation to/from the airport.

This was our second stay at the Villa de Vistas and it provided an absolutely beautiful setting to celebrate a birthday with our closest friends and family. We will be returning soon!

Williams home is quite amazing, from the incredible views to the short distance walk to the beach & a 5 min golf cart drive into town we couldn’t of asked for more! This is a unique and beautiful property . We rented all three residences for a large family gathering. It was perfect. The location is completely private with a fabulous view of the ocean. Everything is first class with beautifully appointed furniture and art. The pool is wonderful and our grandchildren spent hours in it each day . The staff is unbelievably helpful. It did not bother us, but it may some people - there are LOTS of stairs. Also the house is somewhat isolated so I am glad I rented a golf cart. I would definitely stay there again and hope that we do.

Where to begin? This house is incredible and the value you get for your money cannot be beat. The staff is amazing, and yet operate with such discretion that we didn't feel like there was anyone else there other than our friends and family. The house was built in 2006 and yet it is so clean it looks like it's brand new. I would eat off the floors, the place is so clean. In fact, our toddler children did just that and I never stressed over "germs" or them picking up a cold. The adults from our party were all talking about our wonderful experience on our last day and the consensus was that JJ, the private chef that Iris the house manager organized for us, was more than just someone who cooked for us. He was our cultural ambassador. We all learned so much about Mexico and the Mexican people from him through his amazing food. I would highly recommend that you coordinate this service through Bill and his staff if you're staying here. There is amazing food in San Pancho so save some of your meals for in town, but enjoy the peace and quiet of this tranquil location as much as possible with the convenience of a private chef who not only cooks but cleans! This chef experience was just really something that took our vacation from your run of the mill vacation in Mexico to a life changing family trip. He was amazing with the kids, and his assistant Cynthia was as well. They thought of every detail, and took such amazing care of us. The beds (and all the furniture, really) are all really comfortable and high quality. Did I mention how clean this place is? Every single detail in this home was thoughtfully curated. Amazing bird watching (and I'm definitely not a "bird watcher" person). The sunsets are brilliant. The cool mornings on the patios overlooking the jungle were so lovely. Our young children LOVED the pool and our toddlers came away from the week so much more confident in the water. I would recommend anyone staying here to take all of Bill's advice, which he supplies via PDF as part of the booking process. Everything from should you rent a car and if so, what companies to avoid/book through. He and his family have spent nearly 2 decades curating advice on every aspect of a trip to San Pancho. About San Pancho: WOW! This is what Sayulita wishes it was 15 years ago. Much better infrastructure lays the foundation for this tiny beachside jungle town. The water is potable in the house. The people are so welcoming and family friendly. The Yogis and generous community driven, health-focused mentality of the people shine. If you're looking for a commercial beach vacation, this is not the beach town for you. If you want something off the beaten path, with unpaved roads and things that require a little more work, then book this now.

Villa de Vistas is an extraordinary hillside home with spectacular views of San Pancho beach all the way to Sayulita! Our multigenerational family rented the entire home and thoroughly enjoyed the seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three kitchens, multiple balconies and patios, pools, gardens and so much more! The traditional Mexican decor is museum quality and the home design is an engineering marvel all while being casual and comfortable. Note: this is not a home for the mobility challenged as there are many many stairs throughout. We certainly got our steps in everyday! I would highly recommend renting a golf cart while staying here. It is a long, hot, dusty walk to town! We rented two 4-seaters and loved having the flexibility to run into town day or night. We were here for a wedding held at La Patrona Tierra Tropical Beach Club. It is a magnificent wedding venue! The rehearsal dinner the night before was held in the hills at La Patrona Equestrian Center (Polo Fields) and that is another fabulous venue. Great restaurants in town also. Love San Pancho!

This home is beyond beautiful. While many airbnb's feel like they have been stripped of personality so to be a rental, this home is the opposite. It is literally overflowing with hand crafted art that the owner's partner has spent a lifetime collecting. The grounds are breathtaking with gorgeous pots and landscaping throughout the entire property. The views are stunning, and the house upkeep is impeccable. We felt extremely privileged to have the opportunity to spend a week there as a family. This home is fabulous, and I hope all future guests are able to take care of it so that the owners can keep it available to rent. Please be aware that this is a home with many stairs. I wouldn't list this as necessarily a detriment, as we appreciated the short little work outs, but if you have family with mobility issues, I would keep that in mind.

We had a wonderful time at William and Melissa's home in San Pancho. We stayed in all three homes together and had plenty of room to spread out and also to gather as a family for meals and activities, which was a great combination. William's recommendation of a chef was TOP NOTCH, and we loved every single meal we had over our vacation and that we didn't need to shop, cook or clean -- true vacation.

Pros: The house is amazing.!! When you rent the entire property you'll have access to all amenities (3 houses + pool), definitely a great experience. William (the owner) is professional and super helpful, I really enjoyed interacting with him. Cons: Me and my family just had an issue 1 day before our check out since the house didnt have water so we couldnt take a shower/etc but Iris was super helpful and she sent some help next day morning. Like i said everything in the house is exceptional but please be aware that the beach is around 15 min walk and you need to use stairs (this is not ideal if you're traveling with old people), FYI, we have 2 kids (3 year old) and they didnt have any issue with the stairs but be ready to do a lot of exercise. Thank you so much for your help William/Mellisa/Iris/Rodrigo , the property was amazing and the service was great.

Views, peace, and top of the line hospitality ❤

THE VIEWS!! A pictures could not capture ehat it is to be on top of the jungle canopies and still being able to hear the waves crashing. The Villas offer great experiences all around, private and social spots are everywhere. At the beginning my friends and I thought that it was a little pricy, but after a weekend we are sure that every peso was worth it.

The house is amazing. We had a great time!

La Casa Que Canta was simply stunning! The photos really don't convey the beauty of the interior details and the expansive views and sounds. Bill and Melissa did a fantastic job, and Melissa is a real talent! We enjoyed reading their books on the history of the complex with all the thought and love that went into the design and build process. My husband and I spent two weeks at the big house. We loved all the levels, but especially the upper patio. That is where we enjoyed the magnificent sunsets while listening to the waves crashing on the beach below. We had our coffee on the main level patio where we took in the views and sounds and watched the tropical birds fly by in the jungle. Being in the amazing jungle as well as near the ocean was a real treat. The interior of the house is just as spectacular with its attention to detail and incredible artwork. It has all the comforts of home with a truly Mexican feel. This combination extends to the bedrooms as well, with artful details in the rooms and the bathrooms. The bathrooms are amazing works of art! (Note: the two lower bedrooms are not enclosed in the main house). The staff at Casa Que Canta were very attentive and quite talented. We really appreciated Iris, Rodrigo and Noemy! Thank you, Bill and Melissa, for allowing us to experience your beautiful piece of paradise!!

Villa de Vistas is a treasure! So much care has gone into building a truly peaceful, luxurious retreat. We were a large group with several children and had a blast, playing, resting, cooking at the house and enjoying the gorgeous views. We loved our time on the lovely nearby beach and in the adorable town of San Pancho, soaking in the peaceful vibes. I left feeling renewed and grateful. Thank you, William!

This is more than a house, it’s an experience. The house is amazing, so roomy and so many beautiful details throughout. The views are indescribable. You can easily spend your entire vacation on the property and have the best time, but the instructions for exploring are detailed and the town is so cute and artsy and fun. Everyone we met was so incredibly nice and accommodating. And I highly recommend the private chef. It’s even cheaper than going out and may be one of the best meals I have ever had. We will for sure be back and so grateful for opening your home to us!

Every detail is wonderful and the three little houses are very, very nice! Totally recommended to spend a few super nice days close to the beach! OMG!!! It is amazing! My family and I rented the entire Villa de Vistas and after staying, we cannot stop talking on how gorgeous this property is. Bill and Melissa together with Noemi and Iris were on top of everything so we could have an amazing summer vacation. I cannot describe with words how amazing this little piece of heaven is...and what it is even better is the story behind it!! What a fantastic gem in San Pancho! Our extended family spent 4 nights in this masterfully designed and beautifully furnished home. Nestled in a hill surrounded by pristine jungle, the sounds of chachalacas and cicadas filled the air. The views of the ocean were phenomenal from the main house and the night sky was amongst the best I’ve seen in my life. Special touches can be found throughout the entire property. Iris, the property manager, was very professional and easy to contact. Rodrigo and the house staff were also very helpful and did a fantastic job keeping the place working in perfect order as well as sparkling clean. We definitely recommend it for large families when visiting the Bahia de Banderas area.

This house is amazing! There was not a detailed overlooked! From the tiles to the doors, its absolutely stunning! Rodrigo and Noemi were so sweet and willing to help, Iris even helped arrange a cake for a birthday celebration! The only thing to note is the house is not off a main street, you have to take a very narrow, steep road. We found it difficult to find. My suggestion would be call iris as soon as you get into san pancho and they will come get you at the entrance of town. Otherwise, spectacular! Perfect place to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and watch the wildlife.

What an amazing home Bill and Melissa have created here! As much a work of art as a house. We could not of had a better experience or more enjoyable family stay. Perfect location. Just far enough away from the new bustle of town but close enough to get there when needed. Would definitely recommend golf carts. Fernando and Noami were excellent and Bill and Melissa were as accommodating as they could possibly be. Everything was a flawless experience.

This is what one could only refer to as the “Mansion of Mexico”! The decor was exquisite; the amenities were fabulous; pool perfect for children of all ages and adults alike; and the list goes on too long mention! The staff was friendly, helpful, unobtrusive, and consistently on time; the beds were comfortable with plenty of cozy pillows; the smart tv allowed for late-evening wind-downs after a day a the pristine beach. I walked into town barefoot on the beach almost every day! The water pressure in the master bath was a bit low, and the many stairs took some getting used to...but who doesn’t need the extra exercise when they’re planning on wearing their bikini?! Overall: the place was outstanding. We most certainly will be back...and next time without the kids! Thank you Bill and Melissa!!! Oh! And the plants!! I’m not referring to the absolutely gorgeous outdoor landscaping, I am speaking of the abundance of foliage INSIDE the house. As a lover of horticulture, I could not have been more pleased !!

Our group of 7 couples (and a few kiddos) stayed at the Villa de Vista and it was outstanding! From the views to the personal touches to anticipating any need in the hand-book to the incredibly comfortable beds to the gorgeous pools and landscaping... the list could go on and on. We loved the quiet location just outside of San Poncho and walked the beach into town every day (only about 20 minutes). This beautiful, tranquil oasis was a must-return location.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at the place. Gracious hosts and a very nice home for us nine adults and five kids.

Villa De Vistas is an absolute dream!! As other guests have said already, the photos really don't do it justice. The house is HUGE, with so many different patios and seating areas, our group was constantly losing track of each other. ;) There are so many amazing details throughout the house, such as the incredible glass chandelier inside the front doors, the grand spiral staircase that connects three floors, the giant carved wood sliding door between the kitchen and the dining room, the mosaic mural along the pool edge, and all the beautiful Mexican artwork.. I could go on and on. The pool area is wonderful, with plenty of loungers surrounded by flowers and palm trees, and the pool itself was always a comfortable temperature. The upper deck has a perfect view for sunsets and for scoping out the beach and wave conditions. The bedrooms are spacious and all uniquely decorated, and the beds are huge and very comfy! The house itself is well located, at the north end of San Pancho, on a hill overlooking the beach and jungle. There is a wonderful path of well-maintained stairs down from the house to the road into town, and then is only a few minutes walk from there to the beach. It's close enough to the centre of town to be able to walk to and from comfortably along the beach, but far enough away to feel secluded and private. With the exception of one rather loud wedding at a beach club on the weekend (which was actually a pretty entertaining spectacle), we generally didn't hear any noise at night other than the birds, crickets and waves. Communication with the host was easy and fun, and the property manager was always available when we needed to speak to her. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient, and the gardener/handyman was on site every day doing landscaping and keeping the pool clean. They definitely keep everything in tip-top shape! If you're considering staying here, just book it. We all agreed that this was the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at, and we're already trying to figure out how we can go back again as soon as possible!! :)

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is simply AMAZING! The views, all of the art work, you can tell a lot of time and thought went into the decorating of each room. We had rented the entire villa and it was much larger than expected, lots of room for everyone to mingle but then enough space to go to your own area for some quiet if you wanted also. The house staff was also very very helpful, Iris is very sweet and quick to respond with any questions and Rodrigo was always so nice! Couldn't have asked for a better place to experience San Pancho for our first time!

William was a fantastic host his property is impressive. All of my family had such a great time my brother-in-law is planning to book Williams place next year with his family. All of the information William provided was so helpful we were able to enjoy ourselves as if we had been there before. I would recommend this property to all my friend and family members.

Villa De Vistas was hands-down the best AirBnB rental I have ever experienced. Words and photos do not do the space justice; the true beauty and magic of the homes must been seen and felt to be fully appreciated. The many tasteful and artistic touches throughout the homes are very impressive, as are the spectacular views. Make sure to read the coffee table book about the story of the home. Bill was a wonderful host and communicator from the very beginning. We were an all-female friend group of 11 and rented all three houses. They offered plenty of room for us to be together to laugh and socialize, but any of the multiple decks also offered opportunities for reflection and solitude when needed. Walking down through the garden path to the road that leads to the beach is a real treat. I suggest stopping at La Baba del Diablo, a small Mezcal tasting room with cold bottled mirco-beers, on your way. During our stay we arranged for two dinner meals to be prepared for us in the house which I highly recommend. We also had a masseuse and facialist come to the house for some pampering (arranged via Iris, the chef). I look forward to bringing my family back to visit sometime in the future. We stayed in La Casa Que Canta to celebrate my birthday and were blown away by the scale and beauty of the house. The owners did a wonderful job designing incorporating modern elements with local art and an open-air design to enjoy the natural beauty around you. The house had gorgeous views of the surrounding jungles and ocean. We loved sitting in the living room or one of the many outdoor decks enjoying the sunsets and sunrises. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house was easily convenient to beach access, but quite a walk to the town of San Pancho. We highly recommend looking into renting a golf cart. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Villa de Vistas is a gorgeous spot! My family celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary by spending a week together in San Pancho. William was easy to communicate with before our trip and the staff took the best of care of us while we were there. Iris planned our meals out to eat and was spot on with choosing fantastic spots for our large group. Iris also arrange all of our meals that we had catered. We felt quite spoiled. The 3 homes gave our group of 14 plenty of room while also allowing us to feel close. We hope to return to San Pancho in the near future and we'd definitely stay at The Villa de Vistas again.

There are no words to describe this amazing villa! Everything was perfect! William was great with communication and coordinating with this property manager Iris who handled everything upon our arrival. She arranged the amazing meals, wonderful adventures, and transportation with Ramon's car service. My family of 13 members enjoyed every single moment. The villa was perfect for multiple families to stay together. My family members of all ages (ages 1 - 79) were able to find the villa comfortable, beautiful and just relaxing. San Pancho is a cute little town with much to explore and close enough to Sayulita and Punta Minta to enjoy further activities and sights. We can't wait to return and thank you so so so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Awesome place to stay!! me and my friends went to San Pancho to attend a wedding and this was the best place to stay, very comfortable and beautiful house. San Pancho is very small but still to get from downtown to the house you need either a car or a taxi, but it wont take more than 10 mins. I definitely recommend this place

The house is wonderful in every sense of the word. Will's service and management was wonderful. Enjoy a family trip par excellence. Impeccable cleanliness, every space is built with love and a very tasteful design. It is very close to the village of San Pancho and is a place full of peace and harmony . It was one of my best Airbnb experiences, I'm very grateful for the fine way I treat myself and all my needs.

The house is excellent , beautiful view and very wide, we were very comfortable 7 couples , all the rooms with air conditioning and 3 kitchens in excellent condition.

The hiisse is perfect! It offers lots of open spaces to share with family and friends, but also enough privacy to rest in solitude. The house is perfectly furnished and everyone is very helpful and nice.

Our experience in San Pancho and Ville De Vistas was nothing short of amazing. The house had breathtaking views, was immaculately clean and spacious, and no detail was overlooked. Each room and house had its own charm. The property allowed our 3 families to come together pool side and then relax in our own private homes. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Está is my first experience using AIRBNB and it was the best option for family vacations. The villa is simply perfect and beautiful. Each casita is beautifully decorated and well equipped, suitable for traveling with children. The kindness of William, Bob and all the staff is unparalleled, they are thinking about how to serve you at all times! The house is located in the best area but not close to the village, full of privacy, with an unparalleled view, surrounded by virgin beaches and the best sunrise! for nature lovers you can enjoy from any variety of birds. The house has access to the beach and everything you could need to have a perfect stay, including toys for my kids to play at sea or the pool. Everything is available for use. San Francisco in Riviera Nayarit is a small and beautiful town. I recommend buying everything fresh in the village but also in Sayulita (5 minutes away), where there are delicious restaurants and everything to spend the best vacations. We were delighted with the people in the community, they are very friendly people. I recommend renting a car to get around from the house. Rodrigo, the person who takes care of the house, was always attentive to our needs, welcoming us with fruit or buying medicine in the village, he is willing to help you with everything, he gave us exceptional treatment. Without hesitation, we would return to Villa de Vistas.
