Villa Cascada was perfect for our family of 6. Jeanette went above and beyond with communication in advance of our trip. It was great to work with Stacy as we planned our week on Isla Mujeres. The house is gorgeous! The small touches were much appreciated (housekeeping, coffee/snacks). It was great to have the filtered water through the fridge and ice maker. Our early check in request was accommodated and having fresh chips, salsa and guacamole (honestly some of the best we'd ever tasted!) when we walked in was lovely. The house is walkable to Punta Sur and a handful of restaurants/beach clubs nearby. We rented a golf cart for most of the trip which was helpful to get to the Playa Norte. Book this house! You won't regret it!

we have had some stunning villas from air bnb but this is right up there with the best , stunning home and had everything for my family and more ,Jeannette and her staff were there on the phone within 5 minutes incredible response time and we were very impressed

Great relaxing spot

Jeannette was super responsive to all of my questions and very accommodating with all requests. The house was exactly as the listing and very well kept up and overall very clean. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Isla!

My family and I couldn’t have been happier staying at this Air BNB! It was perfect for our family of 5 with kids ages 15, 11, 8. The pool, living spaces, bedrooms and overall space were inviting and allowed for both family and alone time. Jeanette provided excellent recommendations, definitely reach out to Luis for a personal meal made at the house! It was our first time on Isla Mujeres and we’d love to come back

Our stay at Villa Cascada was absolutely amazing! The home is in a wonderful location, clean, comfortable and is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay in isla perfect. Stacy, the host, is wonderful and communicated efficiently throughout our stay. She helped us organize massages and dinner at the villa. PS: we had cinnamon rolls delivered to the villa one morning… DELICIOUS! This will be our home next time we’re in isla.

Our stay at Jeannette’s place was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I made the reservation, Jeannette went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She didn’t just provide a place to stay — she helped us plan the entire trip. From arranging golf cart rentals, suggesting must-visit spots on Isla Mujeres, to sharing amazing local food options — everything was thoughtfully curated. You can really tell how much she cares about her guests. Every recommendation felt personal and well-considered, which made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The communication was seamless, and we always felt supported throughout the stay. It honestly felt like having a local expert guiding us the whole time.

Jeannette was extremely informative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend this property. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were wonderful, and the pool was clean, warm, and peaceful. Dina was fantastic, and Stacy was a big help—it was great to have someone available to answer any questions. Staying at this property made our ladies’ trip even more fun and comfortable.

I can't say enough about this home. First, it was absolutely beautiful. Well designed and well appointed with stunning views. It was also extremely comfortable. The beds were great. The place was spotless and Jeannette was beyond responsive. She really helped set us in the right direction on a number of her suggestions. The home is on the quieter side of the island, but there are great places to eat within a walkable distance. The pool and outdoor entertainment areas were fantastic and the living room doors disappear so you can have a great indoor-outdoor experience. The cab driver knew the property by name, which made it obviously super easy to locate. The cleaning service was excellent, flexible and personal. I would definitely stay here again if and when we come back to the island.

From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful in every way — whether it was arranging transportation, sharing local recommendations, or making sure every detail was taken care of. We always felt supported and welcomed. This was one of those rare stays where everything just works. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Villa Cascada. Upon arrival, Omar showed us how to use all the amenities and appliances at the house. Jeannette was very communicative leading up to the stay, recommending restaurants and things to do. We took advantage of the opportunity to have Luis cook us a delicious dinner at the house at a very reasonable price, as well as relaxing outdoor massages at the house from Palestina. Stacy, the local manager, was very helpful in setting up these activities as well as having taxis called to the house to us for early morning departures to the ferry. Dina, the daily cleaning service, kept the house spotless. We would definitely stay at Villa Cascada again if we decide to come back to Isla!

I absolutely loved this property!! Very quiet and peaceful and the views were absolutely beautiful!! Both Jeannette and property manager Stacy were very helpful & provided very prompt responses and gave so much insight on the island. The private chef Luis was amazing and such a kind person. Like the other reviews mentioned, his cinnamon rolls were delicious!! Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would definitely book again!!!

Great spot! Secluded and simply beautiful! Jeannette was extremely communicative and the place was exactly as advertised. Would definitely visit again!

Villa Cascada was a pure delight. The home provided ample space and privacy for three couples. At the same time, the common spaces (kitchen, living room, and pool deck) made spending time together easy and fun. Not to mention, beautiful sunrises from the living room sofa, pool entry from the living room, and doors that opened full to give an outdoor / indoor experience was phenomenal. Other little charms include an elevator, powerful A/C and great apps on TVs. Can you tell, we enjoyed our stay.
