Lux Oceanview Villa with Elevator & Saltwater Pool

Jeanette’s place is amazing, and she ensures you’re well supported throughout your trip! My friends and I enjoyed lounging at the pool, spending time on the third floor enjoying the views, and renting a golf cart to explore the island. The home is beautiful and located in the quieter side of the island. The house is very comfortable and well taken care of. We will be back!

Our family of 6 had a fantastic vacation at Villa Cascada. The host and staff are very friendly and responsive. The house is equipped with everything you need. Having salsa and guacamole ready when we arrived was such a treat after a long day of travel! The staff took care of arranging a golf cart, massages at the house (they were top notch) and chef service was delicious! Highly recommend!

We had a phenomenal time at Jeannette's place. It's clean, private, and close to the coastal trail that leads down to Punta Sur. Dina, the housekeeper, was kind and helpful, and Luis made delicious breakfasts for us most mornings. My fellow travelers LOVED the guac upon arrival -- one claiming it was up there as the best she'd ever had. Everything about our stay was easy and straightforward. Jeannette and the property manager are super responsive. Wifi is strong throughout the house. Only issue was the dishwasher (was getting a new pump) but again, Dina took good care of us. Would love to return in the future!

Pool was a blast. AC is great throughout the entire home. Garden is beautiful. There are two close places to drink/eat. We all loved the coffee bus less than a 5 min walk away.

Our party of 6 have been coming to Isla for many years. We’ve jumped around to different houses each year. This was the first house that we all agreed was the perfect fit for our group! Spacious, modern, comfortable! We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Via Cascada. The house is perfection in style, comfort, decor, and cleanliness. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood but still walking distance to some very fun bars and restaurants. You can take a golf cart or taxi into the town center if you prefer more nightlife. After a long journey from the Playa del Carmen area, we arrived to find homemade guacamole and chips waiting thanks to Omar. We highly recommend taking advantage of pre-ordering at least your first round of groceries to be stocked at the house. You can always grab additional items later in town. Obviously, the pool area of the house was were we spent most of our time and it has glorious views of the Caribbean sea. Jeannette, the owner of the house was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Her team Stacy, Omar, and Dina are spectacular. Stacy went way above and beyond to help us with a golf cart rental and procuring taxis, etc. We will be staying here again very soon 10 stars
