A very good place to rest and disconnect, pleasant and comfortable, very well equipped

Very beautiful space. Kitchen area is awesome. It is quite isolated from the town, and the hot tub is finicky. But also the isolation can be nice in that way - just plan for it ahead of time, bring all your groceries, etc - and the space is gorgeous. Will absolutely book again.

The views from the accommodation are amazing, and the concept of the accommodation is very nice. Each area of the accommodation has its own privacy and charm. Much of what was positive about the stay is due to Azucena and Fabián, since they are always attentive and provide excellent service to guests. Getting there was a bit complicated because there was construction on the road and we had to go through downtown Tepoztlán.

We had an amazing family weekend in this Villa with stunning views of the mountains. Every corner, indoor and an outdoor, is perfectly decorated with such a great taste! We hired the cook service, Azucena and Fabian excelled in the kitchen and they set a beautiful table in every meal. Kitchen is fully equipped! Fabian was very kind and always willing to help us at anytime. We understand that Mother Nature is unpredictable, it was a big storm one night and we woke up with a flood in two bedrooms and one bathroom, our bags were soaking wet when doors and windows were closed. The only one complain is that one heather/boiler is too noisy but Fabian turned it off as soon as the bathroom water was heated. Other than that, we loved the place, the staff, the service, the prompt communication with the hostess and his flexibility when plans changed. Definitely, we recommend this place!

I loved the place; it's much nicer than what you see in the photos, but the best thing, and the reason I'll be back, is the service provided by Fabián and his wife. They make your stay better than in a 5-star hotel. Great place, you can't miss it; the sunsets are spectacular.

Quiet and peaceful place with a stunning view, perfect to relax and chill with friends. Nice individual rooms around pool and common area surrounding by nature, very helpful and friendly staff to assist and provide service if needed. Will definitely try to come back !

Absolutely beautiful location, loads of sunshine all day over the pool. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. There are lots of extra services you can get eg. the house manager Fabian offered to drive us into town if we wanted to go and have a drink and not drive our car, and we hired his wife to prepare breakfast and dinner one day. If you are planning to self cater I would recommend hiring them to do it for you, as the kitchens are not really set up for cooking yourself which was the only thing that was slightly inconvenient for us. Aside from that we enjoyed the place a lot!

Excellent care of the people in charge. Good place to rest with very parents' views. The rooms are very comfortable. Close to downtown Tepoztlan. There's a bit of bugs, but it's normal because of the place surrounding the house. Quedamos encantados

The view is unbeatable! Beautiful property for enjoying nature. Fabian, the property manager, was wonderful and helped us with anything we needed.

We went with friends, with the intention of being away from everyone and enjoying the villa. The stay, the view, and the service from Fabian and Azu were incredible. I would definitely come back to enjoy another stay with friends and/or family

The house is amazing and you will certainly enjoy it to the fullest. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and all are very nice, the villas are separate and each has a different style. The pool, jacuzzi and garden areas are in perfect condition. We went as a family and had a great time, Fabian and Azucena supported us a lot at all times and they are super nice. I highly recommend this property, we would definitely come back again.

This is the most amazing airbnb I've ever stayed at. Gorgeous setting, well appointed, super helpful staff. Highly recommend. Close enough to town to go out for meals or have the staff cook a lovely meal for you. Incredible setting to watch a thunderstorm.

is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Patrik is a very good host, was very attentive and helped me with all my doubts. At the Azucena and Fabian house, they took care of us and allowed us a lot, the service was very good, we didn't miss anything and they helped us with everything we needed. We had a relaxed and care-free weekend.

Beautiful Place

Excellent place, super peaceful with super view, very clean and despite the big it makes you feel very cozy. Fabián and Azucena who welcomed us at the villa really complete the stay with their attention and service, we had a wonderful time on a trip of friends, super recommendable and definitely return!

Probably the most gorgeous view in Tepoz, and just a short ride to town. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are very helpful and kind, and it’s a great place to host a retreat or small gathering. We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved staying here! Fabian and Azucena were so kind!! The place was huge and very comfortable, great unique, Mexican and boutique feel to each of the well-equipped and separate cabañas, breathtaking views. Fabian the on-site manager was amazing! He helped us with every little thing we needed or didn’t even know we needed. He helped us with our luggage, plenty of hot water in each of our spots, prepping the hot tub under the stars and coordinating homemade breakfast. We just wish we could have spent more time here. Just loved every bit of our stay!!

The view of the place is incredible, an excellent space to relax, this is super spacious. Fabian and his wife always pending and available at all times. The sunsets are wonderful! It's better than what you see in the photos.

The place is outstanding, very clean and comfortable. We stayed with another two couples and everybody enjoyed the house. Fabian and his wife were very helpful all the time. They make sure we had everything available for a very comfortable stay. They are really great people and were always at hand. The pool area is incredible and a very nice view, from sunrise to sunset. We have nothing but good comments about our stay.
