Highlights of the accommodation: super comfortable beds and very clean. You sleep like at home!!! Natalia's service was excellent in terms of communication and attention. The house is super close to the beach, it's large and comfortable, and the pool is very good. We had a restaurant very close by with very good food at a good price. There are also shops nearby to stock up on groceries. We will definitely come back. Thank you, Natalia, for hosting us!!! We had a great time.

We were welcomed when we arrived. At that time the nuances were explained. Examples , how the doors lock , how the washing machine worked etc. We were there during the shakeup that was mostly in PV. However at the beginning we didn’t know if the airport would be behind or even how long people were to shelter. We were told we could stay as long as we needed. Thankfully Manzanillo is very safe and we were on time with our exit. It was very comforting to know we could have stayed if necessary. We look forward to another stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, we took an elderly person in a wheelchair and he was able to get in and out of the house without any problems and be comfortable there, we loved it! Just steps from the beach and all the staff super friendly, we hope to return soon.

The house was perfect! In the best area of Club Santiago, a few steps from the beach. We found everything very nice and above all we enjoyed the amenities the house offers. Natalia was always attentive and aware of everything. We'll definitely be back. It was our favorite

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Natalia’s place. This is the second year we book with her, this time we brought our Dad and he absolutely enjoyed the place specially the swimming pool. The beach is also very beautiful and at a short walking distance. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Our stay was a pleasant experience, the house fully met all our expectations. The house is just as shown, comfortable, clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy it. The heated pool is a good size and every day a service person cleans it early. We went with older adults and it was very easy for them to get around, as the spaces are really spacious and on one floor. They also allowed us to bring our pet, which is a big plus as it is rare for them to be open to it. Natalia is super polite, attentive, and responds to all concerns. Overall, they are hosts and a house worth recommending and especially worth adding to your wishlist. We certainly hope to have the opportunity to return.

An incredible place, highly ❤️ recommended to spend a few pleasant, quiet days. Located close enough to the sea to walk, but with enough privacy not to be right in the middle of the walkway. The heated pool is an excellent size, the house is very nice, new, with Wi-Fi and cameras. We want to go back! Thank you very much Natalia for all your attention and flexibility!!

Very pleasant stay

An excellent place, private residential complex, with a lot of added value and private beach access. I suggest that at least 4 to 6 people go so that the costs are not so high, but otherwise everything is excellent

A very nice house and easy access to the beach. Very comfortable to relax!!

The house is beautiful, everything is electronic, from the entrance. It has everything you need to have a great vacation and you can walk to the beach. The room is great for spending time with the family, the pool is spacious, it has a barbecue, and an outdoor bathroom/shower for when you come from the beach. Each room has its own AC and fan. There's only a TV, but in our case it wasn't really relevant. They leave the laundry room, clothesline and cleaning materials open for you. With the surveillance system you can see the outdoors with the cameras, really good if you have children. They accept pets [which is not common] and were very courteous, even a welcome sign. Natalia was very friendly and answered our questions very quickly. Highly recommended and hoping to return soon. Thank you.

Everything was excellent! They were always available for any questions we had. The house is practically new and much prettier than all the ones in the club. I would only change the pillows for firmer ones, other than that, everything was perfect.

Absolutely loved the accomodation and location. Upon arrival, Natalia greeted us personally and walked us through the house while giving us relevant information. Her response time prior to booking was very quick and professional. My wife and I enjoyed our 5 week stay and would not hesitate to return.

The house is a short walk to the beach. It is modern and bright and very secure. We appreciated being able to take our dogs and were able to enjoy our last day thanks to late check out! Many thanks for a lovely mini holiday in your beautiful casa!
