Such an amazing stay! As a family of five, the house had plenty of room and amenities to keep everyone happy and busy. We cooked a lot at home and found everything we needed. There wasn’t one space we didn’t utilize; from days in the pool lounging, to morning coffee / evening beverages on the top patio and everything in between. In terms of proximity, it’s only a 2 minute car ride/ bike ride from the main strip where we shopped and ate plenty of great food, and only 15-20 min to the beach area. A huge shoutout to the hosts, as well as Salvador, the house manager. They make an incredible team! I would absolutely stay here all over again. Tulum not to mention is BEAUTIFUL!!! We flew into TQO and rented a car; it was about a 30 min drive and easy to navigate to the house.

The house is great! We spend almost a week trying to find a best place to live in Tulum and we are super happy with our choice. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful pool.

This was a beautiful place to stay! House was perfect and the pool area was so pretty. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants in downtown, so pretty accessible for daily basics. Nina and her crew were super responsive and super helpful, we got so many incredible local recommendations that definitely improved our plans. Do not hesitate to reach out to Nina and Salvador, or David, the driver they recommend if you have any questions about anything!

loved being here for our 5th time in tulum! the decor and pool were lovely. we were very comfortable and always felt safe. this area is ideal for us! thanks so much for sharing your wonderful space!!!

Nina’s house is a lovely private oasis away from the busy hotel zone. With a rental car we were able to get to the beach if we wanted. The kitchen is well stocked so we’re could make some meals. The pool is large enough to swim in! We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Great villa. Very responsible. Minor issue - no internet in the 2nd floor. Taxi to get around - very expensive

The place was just like the pictures. Check in was easy, house was clean, and great at answering our questions very quickly. I would recommend this place.

i had an issue with a neighboring villa and had to relocate urgently. Nina was very quick to respond and even arranged a visit to the house before I rent it to reassure me. The house was perfect and like the photos , and especially Salvador was extremely quick to fix an internet problem, and especially quick to fix an electrical outage that affected only the villa at 11pm. I was a little worried about spending the night without electricity but He sent someone to fix everything in the minutes that followed my call… which service! On the other hand, I would have some suggestions… to enjoy the villa a little more , the kitchen which is great, by the way, would have to be a little better equipped for cooking. But maybe the majority prefer restaurants... … well, I loved the quiet neighborhood, near the center , maybe a little isolated to be able to walk in the evening. but nice experience . Recommended:-)

Nina’s house is beautiful, very confortable, stylish and very peaceful. We were a family of five and had plenty of room for everyone. Nina was a great host and accommodating, so was Salvador who is the caretaker of the house. I would recommend Nina’s house to other guests.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. It was a luxurious experience that was enjoyed by all. We were blown away by the design of the property. The place was spotless and included everything you needed for a comfortable stay in Tulum.

We stayed at Nina’s place (two couples with 2 young kids) and loved our stay. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable. It comes with everything that you need, and all the things that make getaways easy and comfortable (like pool/beach towels, soap, shampoo, extra linens and pillows, coffee, water etc). The host’s list of places to check out was great - we loved that it was within walking distance to Palma Central, a near a local convenience and fruit store if you need to quickly get something. Salvador, the house manager, was amazing - very responsive, accommodating, always in contact to make sure we had everything we needed, and he helped us with our grocery order before our arrival. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and we really appreciate it. Thank you Salvador 😃

Incredible home! Lovely, modern and spacious for our group including several kids. The pool was amazing and used daily. We did lose electricity once but was fixed and back on within a couple hours. We knew the location worked best with a rental car which we had and the private/secure parking was nice. This was the nicest vacation home our family has ever stayed at and we loved spending a good amount of time in it (while coming and going from cenotes, Tulum restaurants, outings, etc). Would absolutely stay here again!

I’ve stayed in this neighborhood a few times and love it. The house was exactly as described, and Salvador the host was extremely responsive, even when my car battery died he helped me find someone to jump it. The neighborhood is very walkable and has loads of restaurants and stores nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing! The aesthetic was everything we imagined! Also, the host provided great recommendations like Private chef and driver. The pool was amazing along with the view of the garden. I would definitely start again if I come back to Tulum.

Nina’s home was a great experience for my family. Very large accommodations, perfect for larger groups or multiple families vacationing together. The pool was great, but beware it’s very deep and there is no shallow end like we were used to. Nina recommended a very affordable private chef who comes to the home and cooks for you, which we took advantage of for our last night, which was fantastic! Highly recommend! Location is great. You’re off a private road, so it’s very quiet. There aren’t sidewalks so you do have to either drive or walk along the gravel road to get anywhere. We were able to walk to some nice restaurants or took a quick drive, which was nice. Figuring out the gate system to get our cars in and out was relatively easy and made us feel very safe keeping rental cars on the property. Our only issue was there were a LOT of ants that made their way into the home. We had to be really cautious of what we were leaving out (food, crumbs, even toiletries in the upstairs bathrooms they’d get into). We alerted Nina and she made sure someone came by with bug spray and I believe they sprayed outside as well, which helped quite a lot. Host was very responsive to all our needs!

We had a great time at Casa Venado in Tulum. The house was stunning and exactly like the photos online. We felt very safe and at ease while still enjoying the luxury of this amazing property. Definitely would stay again. Also, the property manager Salvador was there to greet us upon arrival with great local recommendations and responded quickly when we accidentally locked the safe. If you are going to Tulum and are unsure of where to stay, this place is the perfect choice!

Just checked-out of a 1-week stay at this beautiful Villa in Tulum. We had an amazing time and we were so happy we chose to stay at this place. The villa is spacious, lots of room (even for a group of 5), the place was very tidy and clean upon check-in and although it's on a quiet bumpy dirt road with construction nearby, it's only a 5-10min walk or 2min drive to the main strip and we did not hear much construction noise at all. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, communication with the host was good. Although we did have a few minor things pop up during our stay (like clogged drains in the shower) the property manager Salvador was always a quick What's App message away, he was incredibly responsive and came to fix any issue very promptly (within a few hours). It would be nice though, in the future, if there was a pool net handy at the Villa so that we could clean the pool ourselves during our stay. We found it got dirty quite quickly (with leaves falling from trees & bugs falling in the pool) but without the net we could not do a quick clean ourselves. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay and the space and I would no doubt book this place again during our next trip to Tulum!

The house was perfect for us (two couples and two babies) Exactly as pictured, clean, updated, comfortable, and lots of room. Nina, Salvador and the man who came to clean the pool were all lovely to deal with and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. There is construction in the area however we spent a lot of time at the house during the day and it didn’t bother us at all. The walk to the main area of town is 20-25 mins. We did it with strollers and it was fine but I wouldn’t do it everyday. There are great coffee shops/restaurants closer to the house though which we would walk to daily. You will want to rent a car or bikes to get around. The area felt very safe during the day however I would avoid walking around at night.. no bad experiences, it is jsut a bit off the main road so not many people around. Very quite and peaceful at night we loved spending time on the roof top. Would def recommend staying here!

We loved to stay at Nina’s place. The rooftop and pool are great. The kids loved it too. The beds are comfortable. There is no drinking water so you have to bring it yourself.

Beautiful home that fit our family of 6. Pool is a great amenity and was nice to have. It is closer to the downtown area, and about 20 min away from the hotel zone/beach. Something to note is that there is active construction going on right in front of the home and next door which was a little noisy. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay in Tulum.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was an easy walk to the town center, very comfy and safe. The house is beautiful and a great place to relax when you’re not out on the town.

This was an amazing stay! I was initially nervous because i thought the space was smaller due to the pictures, but let me tell you! The space was perfect and big! We had a group of 4, and honestly could have had 2 more! The pool was great, it seems like It was about 6 ft deep (on each end). The upstairs rooftop was picture perfect. It’s a scoooch away from the main areas of tulum but nothing a 5-10 minute drive won’t fix. I love the feeling of security as they walls that surround the house are so tall and the door only opens with a key. There was construction happening next door but nothing too crazy, we didn’t stay home a lot anyways so It really didn’t impact us. Overall a great place to stay! Definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house with all the necessary comforts: king size beds, large bathrooms, American fridge, deep pool, very pleasant living room and shaded garden as well as a magnificent rooftop to enjoy the sunset! Everything is available to have a good stay. The villa is a 5-minute drive from the center of Tulum in a quiet, residential area. Salvador welcomed us with kindness and was always available if we had any questions about the house. I warmly recommend this rental, perfect for holidays with friends and family.

If you arrive at this house, the first thing that impresses you is that everything from the entrance to the street, living room, kitchen, garden and pool, everything is better, bigger and nicer than in photos. If you are waiting for Salvador upon arrival, your arrival at this house will be perfect upon arrival, its treatment and arrangement has been one of the best experiences of this villa. Close to all that you need in Tulum, and 30 minutes to the beach by electric bike (a wonder), we recommend renting it. Cleanliness, quality, huge TVs to relax watching Netflix from the pool. If we go back to Tulum, it will be home to Casa Venado. Thank you. Jesus and Daniel.

This house was amazing. The Tulum vibe was real once you walked in. The home was very clean and Salvador was amazing with all our requests. A couple of things we like about the area is it was very close to gypsy market, the gas station was easy to get to, we could get a great cup of coffee down the street, the drive was only 20 minutes to the beach area and we felt safe. Thank you again!

Where do I start? This home was spectacular! It met all of our needs. Great location, minutes to downtown Tulum and not a far drive to the hotel zone. In a very safe neighborhood. Nina was very informative. Salvador (Airbnb manager) was such a pleasure to meet. He answered all of our questions and more! The house was just amazing. The pool helped us beat the heat. Open floor concept of the living room/kitchen gave us the opportunity to enjoy each others company. I will be recommending this place to family and friends who wants to visit Tulum.

Our stay at Casa Venedo was fantastic! Since it’s in Tulum town you will definitely want to rent a car. It was about 15 minutes to Tulum beach, with some great restaurants nearby to grab food in the morning. The house was exactly like pictured - super chic and sexy. We had a great time!

Gorgeous stay for a private resort relaxation type trip! Leo was absolutely great in terms of communication throughout our stay and providing recommendations. Due to the hurricane we had no WiFi or TV, yet we ended up enjoying ourselves the entire time just due to the property’s facilities. Great pool and roof! We had a rental car, but the road to the place wasn’t the safest in terms of damage control. Luckily there is many taxis on standby outside. There is a little store and some restaurants nearby. The beach is so close and despite there being hurricane damage, we got to see turtles hatching and running into the water! Def a little too rocky to snorkel, but there is places nearby to do that. If you want to relax in privacy with gorgeous beach walk nearby, this is the place!

Nina and Torsten's house is a dream - large, stylish and well equipped with everything you need. The garden with pool is just perfect, lush green, Mexico like! Even if you are inside the house, you have the feeling of being outside, as the glass panes of the living room can be pushed away completely - wow! The location in Flora Fauna is quiet (although something is still being built nearby) and we always felt safe. The proximity to all the restaurants and shops is super. Salvador was always there for us and responded to every request immediately; he is absolutely reliable and a real sweet guy:) We will definitely come back!

House was incredible. I stayed in the master bath which has an ensuite bathroom. The two larger bedrooms both have a connected balcony. There were several great spaces for our group of five to gather, but also spaces to enjoy alone time without feeling like everyone was on top of each other. Great communication from host from booking to checkout. Can’t wait to go back again!

Nina was super helpful and sweet! Great communication from beginning of booking to end of stay. We have already referred this host to other people looking to visit Tulum! The house has AC and the rooms are very spacious with a gorgeous view on the rooftop terrace. I would definitely come again. This house was amazing and big enough for our group of six. Check-in was easy and the house managers/homeowners checked in with us daily to make sure we are ok. Just a note, this house is close to the town of Tulum, but NOT the strip where all of the beach clubs are located. Our house manager provided us with the phone number to a cab company and we were able to arrange pick ups and drop offs - it was roughly around $20 a person, roy strip. Highly recommend this home! Felt super secure in the neighborhood.

My family stayed for a week and fell in love with the house, the food and the culture. It’s a modern house located off the beaten path in a quiet part of town, but not far from shops and restaurants. Also easy to access the beach or other activities such as cenotes, lagoons and ruins. Be ready for the sounds of construction during the day, but we were out during those time frames, so not a factor for us. The hosts provided us with, so many excellent suggestions. My only complaint is that we didn’t have time to do it all.

The location was great. we really loved the 24/7 security gaurd. He was so sweet and helpful. He helped us bring our luggages up during our arrival and down during our departure(even in the rain). He was outstanding. The area is up and coming. Definitely a lot of new condos/ businesses being built and other type of constructions going on. Not too far from all the hot spots like Taboo, Chamboa, Bak, and etc. The home was comfortable for me and my 4guest. The wifi/ internet didn't work in different areas in the house… Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is rustic/modern. It was a great trip for us all. You won't be disappointed

The location was great so close to many things and just a short drive to beach and hotel zone. The house was very modern and a great fit for my group of four we didn’t stay too much time in the house since we had so many activities lined up but it was a great place to come back to.

Nina and Thorsten were great hosts!! The house looked just like the pictures. They had quick communication and great recommendations. Nina and Thorsten’s recommendations for taxis and massages were also superb.

This home is exactly as described and more. Very modern and open spaced… beautiful!!!All the amenities are true as listed. Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to town which is a plus. Host communicates well with you and offers suggestions for drivers and activities while staying in Tulum.

Beyond our expectations! The pictures don’t do this place justice. Everything was clean, sleek and modern. I LOVED the no shoe rule! Quiet hours after 10pm wasn’t bad at all. We still enjoyed the pool and music from the TV at a low volume. Everything you need on vacation, in one spot. We enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace, everything! Thorsten met us upon arrival , gave us the in and outs about the house and went above and beyond to meet every need (went out and got us an iron)! He was a text away. Transportation was coordinated through his suggestion (David). David sent us our driver Miguel who was AMAZING! We felt so safe, he picked us up and dropped us off the whole time. I will def be staying here next time I visit Tulum !

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the pictures do not do it justice! The home was clean, had great amenities, and was the perfect space for a great getaway. The home is located in Tulum town which has all of your local restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, Tulum Ave and Starbucks :). It is about 15 minutes from the hotel zone were many of the night clubs and restaurants are located that drive tourist. Thorsten was great in communicating with any of our needs and had great information for local gems. Definitely would stay again!

It was a great location, close to local restaurants and shops but easy to get to the strip. One note was the sheets did have a few stains on them but I don’t think they were dirty just gently used. Rooms are very spacious just like the entire place. Pool was beautiful and rooftop was a nice view. The villa has security so it felt safe and was a very quiet area. The place has everything you need from dishes and towels and other things. Nina also offered so many recommendations and we tried a few. Great communication before and throughout the stay. Would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing stay in Tulum. The house was awesome, Thorsten & Nina were great host, they had everything set up & ready for our stay. The house was exactly like the photos if not better.. Thorsten was there to greet us & show us how everything worked, we had an ice maker & a filtered water system built in to the refrigerator that we drank when we ran out of water bottles, also had access to entire house including laundry room & roof top. The kitchen is fully equipped, that was very convenient, & beds are very comfortable. Had 24 hour security. Had great communication w/ hosts. We had a few noise complaints first night, hosts wrote the next morning to find out what had happened, We assured wouldn’t happen again. Overall the stay was 5 stars & I would for surely stay here again. Thank you Thorsten & Nina
